Don’t be fooled by greetings and look of the store, one of the worst & slowest service came across in recent times. Customer’s time is irrelevant in this store. Had 2 queries, one on battery replacement and other on purchase of new iPhone(XS/8). Reached store at around 1:35PM. After 4hrs 15 min wait, I was told that battery cannot replaced due to some liquid found inside. Fine, but why 4 hrs 15 min. Being such a big company and paying highest price in mobile segment, don’t they have quicker way to identify if it can be serviced based on the query and inform customers. On 2nd query to purchase a new iPhone (XS), sales person took 1hr 30 even to approach me to see what I was looking for. No wonder why iPhone sales are dropping. planning to purchase android phone instead. I would have given 0 if had an option.

Sitting here waiting for someone to help me at the Apple Store for a possible purchase- going on 45 minutes now. Just asked one employee how much longer I had to wait to ask questions about purchasing a new computer. Rudely told me to 'ask someone else' to see how much longer I would have to be in the queue. When will Apple figure out how to really treat customers? The Genius Bar people are great but what a huge hassle even to get there. I should not have to put in my apple id every time- name should be enough- been a customer for too long I guess....

I usually have a pretty good experience at an Apple store. This one was a different experience. The employees didn't really seem eager to help. After I grabbed my accessory I had to run around to a few people to find someone who can actually take a payment and even the person who took the payment made me feel like he was doing me a huge favor by taking my money.

Mark the manager at the South Park Apple Store is a fine example of people that are pleased to provide poor service. I would not recommend this store. If apple can afford to provide poor customer service they can afford not to have my future business.

This place is a dumpster. I came yesterday to have a battery replaced. They said it would be three hours so I opted to leave it overnight as they said it would be ready first thing. I got there at 10 am right when they opened and guess what, the phone is not ready. Horrible service horrible store. Apple does not seem to care at all for their customers time, loyalty, or patronage.

Very disappointing! I'm a big Apple fan, but this store needs to train the staff. The store itself is pretty and new, but the staff I encountered during my recent visit did not represent the Apple brand well. I came in to spend some money and needed guidance, but the 20+ Apple employees were standing around looking at their iPads. I waited for over 20 minutes for my turn to come up, but everyone continued looking at their iPads, talking to each other, and some providing tech support to other customers. Clearly, no one wanted to sell anything. So, I'll be calling the 800 number and shopping online. A good reminder why brick-and-mortar stores are disappearing.

My wife had the worst experience. She asked Tory to assist with the recent issue I had with my phone that completely stopped working. She looked at the phone and told me I am not touching this. It has water damage. I am curious to how Apple claims that this phone is waterproof and it carries a rating of IP 67 or IP 68. I simply asked on how come the phone has water damage and her response was: “I wasn’t with you to know how” I need to know what kind of customer service is this ? I don’t know may be because I have an accent We have 5 iPhones and iPads in my household. This was the worst experience I have ever had specially when I was present at the Apple store. I have a special needs son that had to endure all of the frustration we encounter. That response aggravated me so much and unfortunately I had to leave because of my son getting frustrated. Your agents response should represent your brand. I would not expect such a response out of Walmart employee!

I've attempted to contact them on several occasions and I can't get through to anyone in the store . It sends you to the customer service line and the representative cannot even reach them . Needed to find out if they can even help me and all the customer service representatives can say is maybe so now I'm driving 1 hr each way just to find out if they can even do anything to help me . Done with apple so is my family . What's the point of a warranty if you can't even get them to fix it in a timely fashion . Apple is a joke

My Apple iPhone recently stopped receiving a signal and was directed by my service provider to take it to the Apple store, as this is a known and common issue. I come to the Apple store only to be told that they do not have any availability to look at my phone today and I cannot make any appointments for over a week to have my phone diagnosed... although I do find it odd that they have someone to assist me immediately to buy another phone.

The company has really made me have a different out look and opinion on the customer service, support and products. I purchased a iPad Pro back in December not an air on a mini the new pro. My pro stays at work on the desk or I carry it to church to take notes. I have been hearing about them bending so I notice mind was bending as well. I took it to the store three months after purchasing and the manager said they was aware of the bending issue because of the bezel design but my iPad was pass the the amount of bend that they cover so basically I didn’t catch it in time. I was told I would have to pay 500 dollars to get it repaired even tho it’s an Apple issue. I will continue to advise anyone to not buy the products if the can not stand behind them. The manger didn’t care but was willing to take pictures of my iPad that’s all the help I received from this huge company a too bad so sad.

Tried to make an appointment online and was unsuccessful. a glitch on Apple's end. Once I finally got an appointment, the staff are unfriendly and seem to be annoyed that you are even in the store. 2 star only because they honored the wait time (walk in) & estimated service repair time was exactly 1 hour. Be prepared to wait, to pay a service fee, although I carry and have carried for 2+years Applecare. I have since made the switch from the haggle of "back up your phone" and "download our latest software" interregoration to the easy accessiblity of Android, the Samsung galaxy.

My phone kept saying no service so I made an APPT. Brought it in and Robin helped me so much! She took me through every step and was very professional! I’ve had a bad experience at Apple at north lake mall and they instantly told me i’d Have to pay out of pocket and didn’t even take a look at it to see what was wrong and South Park definitely always has the best customer service! We thought i’d Had to pay for my iPhone to be replace, but she doubled check with her manager 2/3 times and instantly had my phone replaced at no charge! Turns out it was a hardware defect or something. We all know how bumming it can be to pay extra out of pocket, but she made sure of everything before we’d continue on to the next step. Literally made sure 2/3 times! So thank you Robin! If you’re reading this we need more sweet and professional people like you who actually cares and see what’s wrong rather than taking your money! Definitely will be back at this location again!

I have been to the Apple store in SouthPark twice. Both times I was impressed with the helpfulness of the staff. The first time I went, without an appointment, I had to wait for several hours, but they gave me a time to be back and they were ready and they fixed my problem. The second time I had an appointment to have the screen on my iPhone replaced. They were prompt, took my phone and told me when it would be ready and it was. I love my iPhone and macbook air and I love the South Park Apple store.

I am a huge Apple customer (iMac, iPads, watch, tv, MacBook). I experienced the worst customer service of all time at the store today. I drove 35 minutes to the store to drop off a computer that was broken because I ran an Apple OS update. The store refused to accept my computer because I did not call ahead and make an appointment. I told them I did not want it fixed that day they could keep it for as long as they wanted. It did not matter, they refused to accept the computer and said I would have to bring it back another day after making an appointment. Wow. I will never buy another Apple product from this location again .

I had the most frustrated and unpleased experience at this store. I was very disappointed of the costumer services of apple at this store. Hope that no other person goes to what I did, and this review helps them to understand how frustrated could be. I had a reservation at 7.30 pm on 11/29/18 to replace a phone's battery. But, I decided to go early around 5.30 pm after work to see if they can help me. When I arrived, they asked me to come back at 7.30 pm since they were too busy. I understood, so I asked them if I can leave my phone and come back in a later time. They told me that was not possible because a technician must be present. Arrived again at 7.15 pm and they told me that I must wait 10 minutes before my appointment to check in. But he "got me" the guy at the front door with the computer said. Then, I wait and wait... It's now 7.55 pm and I have not words for anyone (no acknowledge). So, I asked another person to see how long I must wait. He told me " I got you" again and come back to me at 8.00 pm. Then, he told me, " you have to leave the phone and come back at 9.00 pm." I said: ok. The mall was closing, and I decided to check in at 8.50 pm and wait for my phone. At this point, anyone acknowledge me and it's 9.30 pm. I asked another technician, what’s happening? and they said: "they are working on it." This person, left and did not reported back to me. Finally, at 9.45 pm, a technician come back and handle me, my phone. The mall was closed by this time and I am walking outside the mall in an empty parking lot at 10.00 pm. So afraid. While I was waiting, I was observing the way some of the "technicians" were providing costumer services to their clients and I noticed that "Spanish individuals, like me, were not acknowledge." My intention with this review is not to claim "racism" because I don't feel less than anyone. I am a well-educated and knowledgeable individual but, this time, "I felt the difference" I did not hear at any time of my long wait, “I am sorry for the waiting, or any kind of other sympathetic word.” I felt very disrespect as a client.

Came here specifically to buy a particular computer. Waited almost an hour to be given the glorious opportunity to spend over a thousand bucks on a laptop (sense my sarcasm? Because I'm laying it on pretty thick), after being told it would be a 15 minute wait. Why you have to wait at all to simply buy something is beyond me. Gave three stars only because the sales associate was knowledgeable and friendly.

I came for my iPhone and the issue was battery drained quickly. The person ran their diagonal so the verdict was nothing is wrong with the battery. They refused to change the battery and asked me to reset the phone as try and see if it improves. I found it hard to believe that they couldn’t tell what was wrong with the iPhone. Also they would charge me for battery. A phone that i paid for $800 now a year later i have issue they don’t know what’s wrong! It’s insane I would pay for every single service. Phone is little over a year old only. I expect better from apple.

I get that it was busy but I had set an appointment five days prior and the staff still helped walk ins before getting to me, and when they finally got to me (as I knew it would be) it was a short 5 minute talk about my warranty on my product. This branch may be a little OP since they’re the closest in our area. It just sucks to know that they could’ve been better but you can’t really do anything.

Management is completely incompetent. Sighted policy as the reason for his pitiful customer service. He was either unwilling or unable to define the reasoning behind the policy just that it exist for reasons unknown. The staff at Southpark has ensured my current apple products will be my last.

I also experience the occasional grumpy employee here unlike the typical Apple store experience, but today, a savior named Greg really helped me solve my phone issue. If you’re desperate maybe ask for him because he really went out of his way to ensure I was satisfied and my products functioned properly. Five stars for Greg.

One of the worst apple stores in the USA. I lived in Miami, New York and Los Angeles and this is without a doubt the worst store I have visited. The attention is slow, to buy any product the minimum wait is 20 minutes. In any store you enter, choose, buy, pay and leave. In Apple South Park, enter, wait an eternity and leave, without buying, tired of waiting. If you live in Charlotte, dont waste time, BUY ONLINE!

Apple Store is a shopping anxiety nightmare from the moment I walked in. Coming in only for a replacement cable, it was virtually impossible to differentiate staff from customers except for the whoosh as hurried employees went back and forth from the floor to the back room area. No guest acnowledgement whatsoever as I looked over the sea of tiny white boxes. Checking out is another complete mess as you have to find a frenzied worker not already on a mission. I felt like the best way to find an associate would be to hold the tiny box up in the air next to the exit and announce, I'm walking out now... I'm sure I'd be stopped by the hand of Jobs. A self checkout for quick purchases would be a smart addition to the aseptic but chaotic environment. Thank you but I'd rather try my luck with a cord from anywhere else!

Really love the upgraded appearance of the bigger store now. Always very slick and clean like an Apple Store should be. At certain times there can be quite the crowd here and you may have to wait a while for technical service but it's always entertaining and the workers are knowledgeable and kind.

I have been a passionate Apple customer since 1982 and currently have (5) iPhones and an iPad in-service. I accepted Apple’s offer to replace my failing iPhone battery for $30 which appeared to be a great deal. Traveled to this location from a different state. After waiting over 1 hour for my work to be completed Apple Southpark refused to perform the contracted service with nonsensical excuses then tried to upsell me to a new (used) replacement for $300. Bait and Switch. Apple Customer Service investigated and called bs on Apple Southpark. I believe the poor customer experience is a function of this store and associates. Go for service elsewhere and buy Apple products elsewhere.

Typical apple store experience, which means it’s really good. They have a high bar for customer service and paying attention to details. You don’t really notice it from Apple store to Apple store, but you definitely notice it by comparing their service to virtually anywhere else. On my visit, I had a complicated issue due to the online order I’d attempted. It took about 10 minutes for them to get to me, but once a rep was available he stuck with me for about 45 minutes plus some time with a manager. They did everything they could to help me out, and I am blown away by the effort they put into dealing with just one customer. It actually offset the hassle the online apple store and 3rd party fulfillment centers put me through. As much as I hate going to the mall, I’ll go to the apple store before I place another online order.

I have been to the Apple store in SouthPark twice. Both times I was impressed with the helpfulness of the staff. The first time I went, without an appointment, I had to wait for several hours, but they gave me a time to be back and they were ready and they fixed my problem. The second time I had an appointment to have the screen on my iPhone replaced. They were prompt, took my phone and told me when it would be ready and it was. I love my iPhone and macbook air and I love the South Park Apple store.

I am a huge Apple customer (iMac, iPads, watch, tv, MacBook). I experienced the worst customer service of all time at the store today. I drove 35 minutes to the store to drop off a computer that was broken because I ran an Apple OS update. The store refused to accept my computer because I did not call ahead and make an appointment. I told them I did not want it fixed that day they could keep it for as long as they wanted. It did not matter, they refused to accept the computer and said I would have to bring it back another day after making an appointment. Wow. I will never buy another Apple product from this location again .

I had the most frustrated and unpleased experience at this store. I was very disappointed of the costumer services of apple at this store. Hope that no other person goes to what I did, and this review helps them to understand how frustrated could be. I had a reservation at 7.30 pm on 11/29/18 to replace a phone's battery. But, I decided to go early around 5.30 pm after work to see if they can help me. When I arrived, they asked me to come back at 7.30 pm since they were too busy. I understood, so I asked them if I can leave my phone and come back in a later time. They told me that was not possible because a technician must be present. Arrived again at 7.15 pm and they told me that I must wait 10 minutes before my appointment to check in. But he "got me" the guy at the front door with the computer said. Then, I wait and wait... It's now 7.55 pm and I have not words for anyone (no acknowledge). So, I asked another person to see how long I must wait. He told me " I got you" again and come back to me at 8.00 pm. Then, he told me, " you have to leave the phone and come back at 9.00 pm." I said: ok. The mall was closing, and I decided to check in at 8.50 pm and wait for my phone. At this point, anyone acknowledge me and it's 9.30 pm. I asked another technician, what’s happening? and they said: "they are working on it." This person, left and did not reported back to me. Finally, at 9.45 pm, a technician come back and handle me, my phone. The mall was closed by this time and I am walking outside the mall in an empty parking lot at 10.00 pm. So afraid. While I was waiting, I was observing the way some of the "technicians" were providing costumer services to their clients and I noticed that "Spanish individuals, like me, were not acknowledge." My intention with this review is not to claim "racism" because I don't feel less than anyone. I am a well-educated and knowledgeable individual but, this time, "I felt the difference" I did not hear at any time of my long wait, “I am sorry for the waiting, or any kind of other sympathetic word.” I felt very disrespect as a client.

I came for my iPhone and the issue was battery drained quickly. The person ran their diagonal so the verdict was nothing is wrong with the battery. They refused to change the battery and asked me to reset the phone as try and see if it improves. I found it hard to believe that they couldn’t tell what was wrong with the iPhone. Also they would charge me for battery. A phone that i paid for $800 now a year later i have issue they don’t know what’s wrong! It’s insane I would pay for every single service. Phone is little over a year old only. I expect better from apple.

I also experience the occasional grumpy employee here unlike the typical Apple store experience, but today, a savior named Greg really helped me solve my phone issue. One of the worst apple stores in the USA. I lived in Miami, New York and Los Angeles and this is without a doubt the worst store I have visited. The attention is slow, to buy any product the minimum wait is 20 minutes. In any store you enter, choose, buy, pay and leave. Apple Store is a shopping anxiety nightmare from the moment I walked in. Coming in only for a replacement cable, it was virtually impossible to differentiate staff from customers except for the whoosh as hurried employees went back and forth from the floor to the back room area. No guest acnowledgement whatsoever as I looked over the sea of tiny white boxes. Checking out is another complete mess as you have to find a frenzied worker not already on a mission. I felt like the best way to find an associate would be to hold the tiny box up in the air next to the exit and announce, I'm walking out now... I'm sure I'd be stopped by the hand of Jobs. A self checkout for quick purchases would be a smart addition to the aseptic but chaotic environment. Thank you but I'd rather try my luck with a cord from anywhere else!

Store has been closed for remodeling and even the Apple support people are not aware. It does not show in their system, I’ve had two of them verify this with me. One of the workers at the northlake store said he heard they weren’t going to open until as late as December. But that’s just one piece of a much larger, horrible customer experience I’ve been having with Apple in general: My iPhone 8 was having issues and after having no luck with customer service (who said the next nearest store had no appointments and tried to refer me back to the closed SouthPark store), I tried online but the two factor identification code it sent me, which I had re-sent multiple times, never worked. So I had no choice but to walk in and try to get an appointment. After driving up there *3 TIMES, 45 MINS AWAY, taking time and from my business, losing money from that and in gas, I finally get a wait time under three hours. I then get a supposedly refurbished replacement phone and within an hour, on my way home, the phone started malfunctioning. It started with the home button intermittently not working to fully shutting itself off and restarting. The ringer and vibrator for notifications do not work properly, it can’t handle playing any sound or video and usually locks up and shuts off. Makes strange static noises from the speakers. It’s like they dropped it in water and gave it to me. It progressively got worse over two weeks, but I did not have the time available to step away from my business and drive 45 minutes away to get it addressed. But now it will shut off and won’t turn back on for long periods of time. I can’t even use it. So I tried to schedule online AGAIN and the two factor identification code does not work AGAIN, despite having it recent three times. So we try customer service again, who tries to refer us to the South Park store AGAIN, tells us there’s no appointments available at the northLake store AGAIN....... So, my wife escalated it to a senior advisor who granted an exception to get the phone replaced, but still could not get me an appointment, no exception no nothing!!!!! She reluctantly said she could call the store, which was news to me, and I said absolutely yes, only to wait on the phone 30 minutes for them to finally pick up and tell her no. No exceptions, walk in or set an appointment this weekend. Piss poor!!!! I could’ve spend that time driving up there! So we are still trying to figure it out. It looks like I might have to put down the $650 deposit on a credit card to get a new one overnighted. And I really can’t bring myself to do that because at this point they owe me gas money and the money I lost from my business traveling back-and-forth to that godforsaken store. So yeah. This is by far the most awful customer experience I’ve ever had!!! And it’s still not resolved. I’ve never wanted a Google pixel so bad. Seriously Apple, W T F ?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

After leaving it for repair, my MacBook track pad still doesn't work, but it's such a pain to go to this store that I've decided to just use a wired mouse... the Mac Magic Mouse doesn't stay connected either. One question, when they used to have the "Genius Bar," who was the genius? Them or me? Clearly them. I'm still using their over-rated products.

What's fun is walking by this store and then walking by the Microsoft store. Apple is always busy and the Microsoft store associates look so lonely and sad. The antenna on my son’s iPhone 7 somehow broke so we took it to this store, over 2hours away from our home, to get fixed. It was determined in store that the phone needed to be shipped out for repair so we accepted an iPhone 6 as a loaner. It was estimated to us that the repair may take two weeks but could be more or less time. More than 5 weeks later, I received a customer satisfaction survey via email but never heard anything from the store. Today I finally call the store to be told that they emailed me 3 times, none of which did I receive, and that the phone has been “abandoned” and there was nothing they could do about it. So, I called 800MYIPHONE in hopes of a better answer than “unfortunately, there’s nothing we can do.” After 45 minutes and ultimately being transferred back to this store, Apple is obviously unwilling to try to make things right. Perhaps, if the loaner were the same model and same amount of gigs, I would be willing to call it even but it’s not. I’ve paid full term price for a 7 and have a 6 to show for it. No offers to do ANYTHING other than pass the call off to the next person. Apple seemed to have info about other phones on our account but the Apple Store only has access to what’s on the ticket. Apple was able to get a satisfaction survey to me but the store couldn’t get an email to me. Perhaps Apple should work on integrating their own business systems and customer service before anything else. With the camera on my own 7S now malfunctioning, it looks like android will get another opportunity at my money.

Is there VIP table service? I went to this apple store to buy a new iPad and to get my new iWatch screen fixed. The lady at the front was pleasant. Told me it would take 90 mins to get help for my watch which they would then mail out to get repaired as they don't do them in store. (90 mins, Yikes!) But she quickly suggested she could have apple call me and they could arrange a box to be mailed to me and sent out from home with same turn around time. (That sounds good, better than the 90 min wait) My Phone rings, apple lady on phone says, if your already in the store, just have them mail it. It will be 90 mins I explain to her. She replies, it will be three days for us to send you the box. I reply, Its not the expedience of the shipping its the 90 mins I don't have to stand here and wait to be helped. Again she says, it will be faster if you just wait in the store. I ask one more time, can you just mail the box and do the repair that way? She huffs and finally agrees. We go through the process and that seems sorted out. (why did I have to nearly beg her to help me? but it only took 10 mins so that is better than 90!) Meanwhile, I am still waiting to be helped to purchase a new iPad. 20mins, 30mins, 40mins I return to the nice lady I checked in with. How much longer I ask. Her reply, there are still three people in front of you... I just want to buy a $950 iPad, I reply. Is there anyway to get someone to help me sooner, I have been standing here for 40 mins. (I'm smiling and courteous incase your wondering) I'm sorry she replies, there is a long wait. But you told me it wouldn't take that long when I first checked in, I reply. (My eyes scan the store; there are 25-30 other customers wandering around I guess that must be busy) I ask, will be be less than an additional 20 mins. She replies, I do not know. So, I left. (without the iPad I have been so looking forward to having:( When did apple become like a night club? Are they really so exclusive that we have to wait, behind the red velvet ropes, for over an hour, so we can spend our hard earned $950 on their products and thank them for it at the end of the day....? Seriously, if this is the future of Apple I'm out.....

I had to called this place 4 times and they had me on hold for 15 minuets each time , tell someone answered the phone. Turns out the person who answered the phone was some tech guy from apple people ,who then had to transfer me to this store , when I finally got in tuch with the stuff member and told her about my Wait said cool this is a very unprofessional place.

This place is absolutely awful in food and customer service!! My husband ordered Louisiana pasta and it came under cooked and I ordered pasta davinci. Both were lacking sauce. Both noodle dishes came out dry. We asked for more dates and it took 20 min for the sauce to come out by then both dishes Ice cold. I notified the manager to have the food comped off our bill. The manager refused to comp our meal. When you $20 plus for a pasta dish, you would think they would try and make it right and have proper customer service to please their customers. Lacking in customer service!!! We were offered a free piece of cheesecake.. I don’t care about cheesecake. I don’t eat it. I wanted a good meal! So disappointing!!! I hate leaving a restaurant not satisfied and irritated!

After leaving it for repair, my MacBook track pad still doesn't work, but it's such a pain to go to this store that I've decided to just use a wired mouse... the Mac Magic Mouse doesn't stay connected either. One question, when they used to have the "Genius Bar," who was the genius? Them or me? Clearly them. I'm still using their over-rated products.

What's fun is walking by this store and then walking by the Microsoft store. Apple is always busy and the Microsoft store associates look so lonely and sad. It's clear that M$ is only still in business because they still have a stranglehold on business systems. Apple really has the best consumer experience and I love their products for that. The antenna on my son’s iPhone 7 somehow broke so we took it to this store, over 2hours away from our home, to get fixed. It was determined in store that the phone needed to be shipped out for repair so we accepted an iPhone 6 as a loaner. It was estimated to us that the repair may take two weeks but could be more or less time. More than 5 weeks later, I received a customer satisfaction survey via email but never heard anything from the store. Today I finally call the store to be told that they emailed me 3 times, none of which did I receive, and that the phone has been “abandoned” and there was nothing they could do about it. So, I called 800MYIPHONE in hopes of a better answer than “unfortunately, there’s nothing we can do.” After 45 minutes and ultimately being transferred back to this store, Apple is obviously unwilling to try to make things right. Perhaps, if the loaner were the same model and same amount of gigs, I would be willing to call it even but it’s not. I’ve paid full term price for a 7 and have a 6 to show for it. No offers to do ANYTHING other than pass the call off to the next person. Apple seemed to have info about other phones on our account but the Apple Store only has access to what’s on the ticket. Apple was able to get a satisfaction survey to me but the store couldn’t get an email to me. Perhaps Apple should work on integrating their own business systems and customer service before anything else. With the camera on my own 7S now malfunctioning, it looks like android will get another opportunity at my money.

Is there VIP table service? I went to this apple store to buy a new iPad and to get my new iWatch screen fixed. The lady at the front was pleasant. Told me it would take 90 mins to get help for my watch which they would then mail out to get repaired as they don't do them in store. (90 mins, Yikes!) But she quickly suggested she could have apple call me and they could arrange a box to be mailed to me and sent out from home with same turn around time. (That sounds good, better than the 90 min wait) My Phone rings, apple lady on phone says, if your already in the store, just have them mail it. It will be 90 mins I explain to her. She replies, it will be three days for us to send you the box. I reply, Its not the expedience of the shipping its the 90 mins I don't have to stand here and wait to be helped. Again she says, it will be faster if you just wait in the store. I ask one more time, can you just mail the box and do the repair that way? She huffs and finally agrees. We go through the process and that seems sorted out. (why did I have to nearly beg her to help me? but it only took 10 mins so that is better than 90!) Meanwhile, I am still waiting to be helped to purchase a new iPad. 20mins, 30mins, 40mins I return to the nice lady I checked in with. How much longer I ask. Her reply, there are still three people in front of you... I just want to buy a $950 iPad, I reply. Is there anyway to get someone to help me sooner, I have been standing here for 40 mins. (I'm smiling and courteous incase your wondering) I'm sorry she replies, there is a long wait. But you told me it wouldn't take that long when I first checked in, I reply. (My eyes scan the store; there are 25-30 other customers wandering around I guess that must be busy) I ask, will be be less than an additional 20 mins. She replies, I do not know. So, I left. (without the iPad I have been so looking forward to having:( When did apple become like a night club? Are they really so exclusive that we have to wait, behind the red velvet ropes, for over an hour, so we can spend our hard earned $950 on their products and thank them for it at the end of the day....? Seriously, if this is the future of Apple I'm out.....

This place is great for repairs. I have had them repair my MacBook a couple times, and it’s always fast. But anything else, I would go somewhere else. They are ALWAYS busy. No matter what day or time it is. Just go to your carrier for phones or buy online. It’ll be much quicker.

Got here right when the store opened on Saturday because I didn’t have an appointment but they still told me that it would be over 2.5 hours before they could get to me. The other option they gave was to schedule an appointment mid week. However like most other people I work durning the week so a mid week appointment would not be possible. There is only two local apple stores which are both in malls so I understand that they will be busy but it seems that they could be more readily available on weekends to help walk in customers.

Took my iPhone 6 in for battery replacement (which Apple has admitted manipulating battery usage on). I was told they wouldn't do any work on it since I had already opened the phone case, which I did to see if could replace the battery on my own (which I did not attempt). My repair wouldn't have been under warranty and I was fully prepared to pay for the repairs. Apple declining to work on your their product is a joke. I am done with Apple and will be purchasing a Samsung Note 8 today.

I've found walk-in service at this store abysmal. While there are always people milling about toward the front of the store, I've never seen signage to indicate the check-in process. On this occasion, that left me to wander the store in search of a free clerk. By the time I determined that an employee was in fact taking names toward the front of the store for a waiting list, the line was 10 deep, so I walked. If you value your time, I advise against visiting this store without an appointment. If you have a phone issue, you'd be better off visiting your mobile carrier first. The solution here seems pretty simple, even if it may conflict with Apple's design aesthetic: Install signs and customer service lanes to explain the check-in process to customers.

The salesman we dealt with was knowledgeable but at one point he got frustrated with us when we didn’t understand the very confusing phone payment plan options. Being in service business for 11 years if my customers come in at 8:59pm and my store closes at 9pm I still take them and sacrifice going home late but I gues these people don’t care. First they slow your phone down then drain your battery to force you to by another phone then discriminate you when you go to the store wowww Apple I guess that’s a new and nice way of taking care of customers.

I had to replaced a non functioning iPhone XS and it took 1h 20min to do it. But the best is yet to come because considering all my datas were in the broken phone they tried to restore the back up I smartly did 1 day earlier, but they could not be able. The Apple guy I dialed with did not even know the procedure to replace a device so the keep asking here and there making my experience awful. Apple Customer Care turned out to be ridiculous.

Beyond useless employees who push buttons and think they are 'geniuses'. I had a rude, condescending, unhelpful and extremely ignorant young man 'help' me today after waiting over 3 hours for assistance. (My phone has been saying no service for 4 days. Apple literally has a recall for my model for this exact problem and he ignored me multiple times when I told him that.)He plugged my phone in to a computer, deleted everything off my phone, pushed a button and said it doesn't work. He also pushed a button and told his computer to not update my phone to activate and now I can not use my phone at all. It is completely unable to activate. He broke my phone way worse than when I came in to the store. I told him he was no help and he replied "you're welcome" I told him I did not say thank you and he proceeded to say he assisted me today. He literally ruined my phone. At least before I brought it in I could use it on wifi. It now won't even activate or take me to a home screen. I am about to call and file a formal complaint. To make matters worse I just moved to Charlotte. Since the employee rendered my phone completely and utterly useless I had no gps and it took me over an hour of driving around before I found my way home.

The Apple guy I dialed with did not even know the procedure to replace a device so the keep asking here and there making my experience awful. Apple Customer Care turned out to be ridiculous.

I was pressured into upgrading my phone, which was an unusual experience for me at an Apple Store. Usually the staff members are very friendly and not the least bit pushy, but this was a particularly bad experience. Wait times are typically very long, and the Genius Bar is sometimes unable to fix any issues you may be having.

They are in a good location but standing in line for 10 plus minutes just to get on the list to talk to someone about phones is not my idea of good service. Once on the list wait another 15 minutes. I tried to make a sales appointment like you can do with the Apple experts but they don't do that. Once a sales associate was available and helped she was great (she was a five).

I’ve purchased most of my Apple products from this location through the years and everyone has always been helpful but Manny is THE BEST. He really helped me see the importance of understanding a number of iPhone features and what other features I should take advantage of. He also showed me some tricks on how to keep my 2015 MacBook healthy and in great working condition.

I wish I could give 0 stars I called 3 times stayed on hold for over 30 minutes each time just to get hung up on each time. Not sure who is running this store but they need to be fired ! This is the worst customer service I have ever received in my entire life no one seemed to care at all! Just kept getting hung up on after explaining my issue!

Cordial and friendly. They've modernized the store to the point where there are no registers and it's hard to tell customers from staff. Lots of products to choose from.

Beyond useless employees who push buttons and think they are 'geniuses'. I had a rude, condescending, unhelpful and extremely ignorant young man 'help' me today after waiting over 3 hours for assistance. (My phone has been saying no service for 4 days. Apple literally has a recall for my model for this exact problem and he ignored me multiple times when I told him that.)He plugged my phone in to a computer, deleted everything off my phone, pushed a button and said it doesn't work. He also pushed a button and told his computer to not update my phone to activate and now I can not use my phone at all. It is completely unable to activate. He broke my phone way worse than when I came in to the store. I told him he was no help and he replied "you're welcome" I told him I did not say thank you and he proceeded to say he assisted me today. He literally ruined my phone. At least before I brought it in I could use it on wifi. It now won't even activate or take me to a home screen. I am about to call and file a formal complaint. To make matters worse I just moved to Charlotte. Since the employee rendered my phone completely and utterly useless I had no gps and it took me over an hour of driving around before I found my way home.

Friendly staff but they said something they don’t want to honor. I was tricked for a phone repair and they changed their words and was told to pay more than double the price. Be aware, avoid this store if you don’t want this hassle! They deserve NO star at all. Do what you say if you want people come back.
