Rescuecom is a rip off. They were unable to help me fix my computer and did not refund my money. After almost a month of leaving messages in which I was told by their workers that if they don't fix the computer they wouldn't charge me; customer service never returned my call. There policy is obviously not true being my computer is still broke and I have no refund. They also charged me more then what they told me they were going to charge me. Absolutely unprofessional and down right crooks. Just take your computer to a real computer tech. Save yourself the headache.
