I was amazed at the skill and expertise of Dan, Zak, and Mike when I made a trip to the "Repair Sharks". They specialize in iPhone and iPad repair but are equally as skilled in xbox repair. I actually had Dan install some computer parts for me which he did so with ease. In fact, he changed out a video card and power supply for me while I waited and chatted with them. I highly recommend that you check out the Repair Sharks before you truly consider your device broken.

I sent it my "olde" ipod classic video for a battery replacement in February 14. The transaction was very quick and the ipod was returned and has been working perfectly for two months. I was skeptical so I actually called the company - a person answered - and we had a brief conversation so I took a chance. I would recommend them without reservation. Repair Sharks turned out to be Repair Dolphins - very human friendly!

These guys are great. Smart, honest, and fast turnaround on repairs for any electronic devices. If they can't fix it (rare but it happens), they will tell you up front if it's worth contacting the manufacturer. They even fixed my BlackBerry last year. Highly recommended for repairs on phones, tablets, laptops, or whatever!

I dropped my phone in the pool over the 4th of July weekend and had no idea what to do. Apple wasn't very much help and wanted me to buy another phone. Someone recommended me to the Sharks and I am so glad I found them. They were able to save my phone, data, and get my phone working again in just a few hours. I went in with my broken phone and they helped me right away, they told me what was wrong with it and what I could do, they are very nice and they ever gave me options and the best option wasn’t even through them which means they want to help people and not just make money. Prices are very low, a year my phone broke and it was repaired for $80 keep in mind it was a 5C and the other shops charged upwards of $100

This repair shop (in an office setting) is right around the corner from my home so I walked there today. My phone is a 3 year-old Samsung and I wrote it off as lost - it was turning on/off by itself. So my son put a new screen on my daughter's old phone, but that wasn't working correctly either. They checked out both, cleaned my older one (that I had written off) and recommended I keep my old one (which needed nothing more than a cleaning) and charged me $20 for the cleaning and desk check. This is how businesses should run. They know their stuff and don't stick it to you. (**I recently dropped my school I-Pad mini and broke the screen. Yes, I teach in NYC and I am responsible so... as soon as we get back to school, I am taking the I-Pad and having them fix it.) Thanks for being so honest and professional guys! Dr. C

Fast, courteous, and most importantly effective repair service. Excellent customer service. The staff were extremely polite and explained in clear terms costs, status, and what to expect. They were able to fix my iPhone which my child threw in the water. Sure beats buying a new phone! Recommend in a second. P.S. If you live far away, I express mailed my phone to them. They sent it back to me at no charge.

Some of the nicest guys i've dealt with running a shop. Extremely helpful and were actually able to replace my iphone back glass which Apple told me I would need to replace the entire phone to have fixed. This saved me a few hundred dollars. They took the time to explain to me why the iPhone's back glass cover was so expensive to replace. You would think for a part so easily broken there would be an easier way to repair it. I got to watch them do some of the work and it looks to be very tedious. I'm pleased with the service and would recommend them again.

Amazing technical team to work with. Repair Sharks has gone out of their way for me once before and this time they did it again with a busted iPad. Walked in around noon, dropped off my iPad that my daughter dropped on a tile floor. I got a call a few hours later from Nelson that the iPad was ready for pickup. They have always been courteous and helpful each time I've called or came in with an issue. It's nice to see a fun work environment where the employees are happy and actually want to help you.

EDIT: The owner himself called me the very next day about concerns with my recent transaction. Very nice guy who wanted to know if there was anything he could do to make up for what I had experienced. It's always good to know the owner is reading these comments and wants to fix any problem. He issued me a refund and is sending a package for me to resend my ipod back to get the lock button fixed. A while back my ipod lost all sound coming from the right side, so I decided to look online for some do it yourself repairs. I hear that getting an ipod repaired from Apple takes a long time and a lot of money. So I eventually found repair sharks. Got all my stuff together and off my ipod went. Two weeks went by and I hadn't heard from them at all. Sent an email to customer service, no response. I started to feel that this company was a scam (which it is not). After another week I called, the guy on the other end was friendly. When I asked about my ipod they said they never received it. In panic mode I call fedex tracking, eventually they told me that it had been dropped off at Repair Sharks. Calling back the man on the other end then remembered he had done mine and said he was sorry for the mess up. His customer service guy hadn't ever emailed me saying they had received it or had sent it back just the day before I called. Aside from the customer service goof, the reason for the bad score is mostly that my ipod came back worse for wear. The lock button doesn't work, not too bad... But the actual recharge section/allows me to put music on the thing barely works now. Maybe give it a 50/50 chance of it working, without messing with it. And messing with it only will probably make it worse. So seems like I'll just have to get a new ipod sooner than later.

Comparatively priced to other shops but I prefer using reputable places. Heard good things about the sharks so I gave them a shot. Everything worked out well. Price was good, they had my screen in stock for the iPhone 8, they finished the repair in about 25 minutes, and fully tested the phone with me. That was something I appreciated, overall a good experience.

I am taking my time writing a review because they deserve it all. My phone started acting up when I tried taking pictures. I searched and I came across repair shark. They told me I needed a new camera lens which at a very very resonable rate. And since they are going to open the back, I decided to change the battery. My phone is doing well. Thanks Danny. The reason I am writing this is how professional they are. They called me when they got the part. This doesn't sound like a big deal but I didnt had to track them down like many others. They had my phone when promised. Very pleasant and courteous. Thanks again. I will use them again as long as I have a phone.

We heard about the sharks from one of our friends. One of our kids dropped our iPad and shattered the screen rather badly. The glass actually cut my finger when I picked it up. We took it to the sharks and their service was very good. They were friendly and knowledgeable about the iPad and their prices were very reasonable. They finished it by the next day and it looks like new again.

They are not the best for repair, be weary, they will tell you they are fixing your computer but they do not do it. They are very dishonest.

Excellent. Fixed 2 iPads and 4 iPhones. I bring all my repairs them. Previous place in my town was terrible. It's worth the ride. They fix it correctly! I just need someone to stop my kids from breaking them. Lol

I came here today to fix my son's 3DS game system button. I had gone to another store that kept me waiting 1 week for a part that never came! Theese guys fixed the button on the spot and were extremly nice! I brought in my iPad mini as well and they diagnosed it for free. These guys are very reasonably priced and worth thevery drive.

My touch screen stopped working on Apple iphone. Reading on line it sounded like a part/chip had gone bad. Dropped my phone off and these guys replaced bad part in an hour. Charged a very fair $60. Highly recommend

I was hesitant about sending my iPhone in to a place like this... but I had heard from a friend that there was nothing to worry about. My iPhone stopped working, it wouldn't turn on or anything and I had no clue what was wrong with it. I sent it in and had a couple of conversations over the phone with the Repair Sharks exchanging info. They assured me all was well. I am so impressed with Repair Sharks, they called me when the unit arrived for diagnostics and battery replacement, then they called me when it was being shipped back. They also called me again to tell me I had over paid in PayPal and they were issuing a credit, thank you Michael. Many other companies should take customer service lessons from Repair Sharks. The ipod now works perfect, I tell everyone I know about this fabulous company.

Truly a great experience. I never review anything because majority of places are average, not good not bad BUT I had to say Dan and his team at Repair Sharks are EXCELLENT AT WHAT THEY DO! And what's even better then their work is their customer service. I brought in a really messed up, old LG Android phone, approx. 15 mins before closing. Dan looked at it, told me what it could be and proceeded to open it and do his diagnostics. After about 40 mins, mind you it is a really messed up phone that i don't need, he broke the bad news that it is repairable but it will cost way more then the phone is worth. Since i don't need the phone, i said ahh forget then. What i appreciate is his honesty, he told me exactly why and showed me what they had to fix and broke that down into terms that the non-technician would understand. He stayed late to try and help me, no overtime, Who does that? So i said thanks anyways, how much do i owe? He said nothing it's FREE. So i says nothing is free, he said well here FREE DIAGNOSTIC MEANS FREE DIAGNOSTIC! I was shocked, so i trys to give him a tip for all his help, and he refused and said don't worry about it, and i forced him to keep the money because of what he did for me. This is why i did this review because of the HONESTY, INTEGRITY, CARE, RESPECT, AND APPRECIATION Dan and his team give and show their customers. I am not receiving anything for writing this review, discounts, free services, etc. All i am receiving is the satisfaction of knowing that good people and good businesses still exist. Thanks to Dan and the whole team at Repair Sharks! Awesome job!

These guys were quick to fix my Playstation 4 hdmi port. A bit on the expensive side but after explaining to me all the detail and work that goes into the repair I was comfortable paying for a good job. Most shops told me they wouldn't touch it so I am happy with the outcome.

I sent my original Xbox 360 console to them for repair after experiencing the "red ring of death." After some confusion (largely on RS's part) about where to send the repaired item to, I finally got the console back and it worked. However, just the other night, I got the RRoD again, so I can't really consider myself completely satisified with the overall experience since the fix only worked for about 3 months.

These guys are great. I absolutely SHATTERED my iPhone 5 screen one night to the point where it became unusable. Called in about 5 minutes after they opened; the gentleman on the phone was incredibly polite and told me that broken screens usually take about 30 minutes or so to fix. I was convinced that they wouldn't be able to do anything about it. I'm not even kidding when I tell you that it looked like I had a gotten a brand new phone once all repairs were complete. Excellent service; beats waiting three and a half weeks for Apple. Keep up the good work fellas.

Rather than spend $100 to send my phone (HTC One M9) somewhere in the country to get my battery replaced by HTC and not have a phone for 2 weeks, I took it in to Repair Sharks. It took them a week to get the replacement battery, but in that week I still had my phone with me. I paid $50 for the battery replacement, half what the maker of the phone would charge, and the staff were friendly. Not only did the new battery fix my extreme battery life problems, but it also fixed an overheating problem my phone had the entirety of the 15 months that I had owned it before taking it in for repair. I would definitely recommend Repair Sharks based on my experience with them.

Dropped my Droid Maxx2 and the screen cracked, not a common/popular phone. They had to order the part, they got the part in a few days later, was fixed with in an hour I showed up. Slight hiccup on their part when my phone couldn't charge after replacing screen but fixed it immediately and phone is working. I will definitely recommend this place to all my friends and family.
