Well folks, this company is truly the "A" Team - see for yourself . . . . Staff members are Adam, Anthony, Andrew and maybe a few other "As" not yet identified. Seriously though, these guys get down to business and take your concerns to heart and FIX the problem(s) without any "window dressing" or other nonsense likely encountered at other so-called "computer repair entities" (some commonly known and advertised as "Geeks"). Here, your problem is diagnosed and a solution(s) is / are developed and applied. The pricing is extremely reasonable given the time and effort (not to mention potential parts needed) that is put into some of these machines, to bring them back to life. You CANNOT go wrong using these folks. They are busy so be patient and work with them and you'll be a happy camper, just like myself and others who have posted positive reviews. I hope they stay in business a good long time and given the advancement of technology and the complications that arise from the use of these technologies, I am sure they will have plenty of work in the days, months and years ahead! Good luck to everyone at Qualitech, you guys rock!
