Friday at midnight my Nexus 6 completely crashed on me, from 1am-4am I was on the phone with Google techs trying to find a solution, they told me I may have to contact my manufacturer or purchase a new phone. At 11 am I reached out to my manufacturer who told me to go through the same exact process as the Google techs did, I called one repair shop but they don't work on Androids. At 3pm I got in contact with Pedro, he told me to bring in my phone so he could look at it, I traveled to Brooklyn thinking I wouldn't get a resolution, he tried everything, finally he downloaded a file that was needed to reset my phone, told me I could pick it the next day and it'll be fine. Reluctantly I left the phone thinking this isn't gonna work out and looked up new phone. The next morning Pedro called and said I could come pick it up! When I got my phone all I had to do was sign into my email account and BOOM! I was ecstatic! My phone that crashed was now practically brand new! With 7.0 update and nothing had changed. I HIGHLY recommend taking your phone to Pedro, he will not disappoint you, especially when supposed "techs" tell me to buy another one. Thank you Pedro! I will be bringing my laptop in soon to you as well.
