Came here to get an audio port replacement on my Macbook Pro. When I got the laptop back, it wouldn't turn on and I took it to Apple for repair. What they told me was that when I got it repaired, the hard drive was damaged in the process and I would need it to be completely replaced. Unfortunately since someone other then them opened up the laptop, it would not be covered under warranty which meant paying another couple hundred for it to be done. I just got the laptop back today from Apple and found out as well that the audio port does not work properly. The internal speakers don't work and when I plug my headphones in, sound comes out from only one ear. Overall I spent over $400 to get my laptop back in working condition and even then the main problem I had is still not completely fixed. I am taking it back to Apple tomorrow to see what can be done and will probably have to spend another $200-$300 for it to be fixed.

PcMac Express has extremely fast service. Within 24 hours, they diagnosed my ancient 2005 Dell Optiplex as being in terminal condition. They also gave me the option of swapping it out for a refurbished PC with a copy of my data from the hard drive of the Optiplex. Since I needed a replacement fairly quickly for my semi-geriatric network, (which I am not ready to upgrade just yet), I took them up on their offer and although they did not have a refurbished Dell on hand, the Lenovo Think Pad that they replaced the Optiplex with is working out just fine. Very happy with PcMac Express and highly recommend them for emergency service.

I was extremely relieved to have found Michael at PC MAC Express. When my computer went dead, I searched google for resources to fix my PC and found Michael. He was extremely responsive and guided me through many options for resolving my PC issues. In the end I decided to purchase a new MAC and he helped me retrieve all of my corrupted files, photos, music, etc. from my old PC and transfer them to my new computer. He was a lifesaver! What I like the best about working with Michael is that he knows what he's talking about, is someone who you can trust to provide you with objective advice and goes above and beyond to make sure you know what ALL of your options are. This afternoon, the unthinkable happened: my laptop went dead. No lights, no motor, just a useless large brick. Since I had paid for a service plan when I purchased the computer, I assumed they could take care of it. But I spoke to two of the staff "geeks," who both said the motherboard needed to be replaced, and possibly the hard drive as well. They would send it out and I should have it back in 2-4 weeks. As a last resort, I had a friend search New York City computer repair specialists. By sheer wonderful luck, I called PC Mac Express. Michael (the owner) answered the phone, and with a comforting "bedside manner," immediately made me feel that things were not as hopeless as I was feared. As a matter of fact, he solved the problem RIGHT ON THE PHONE! The store was quick enough to sell me a "support" package, but when it came to actually providing needed support, they were of no help whatsoever. If you’re seeking professional computer support, look no further.

Please don't take your Mac here, I'm begging you. This idiot charged me for a battery I didn't even need, kept asking for second, third, and even a fourth chances to fix my computer. Michael also said that he would fully reimburse me and didn't. It literally took months and the people at Apple couldn't believe at what PcMac express thought the problem. Yes he replaced my battery even though it had nothing to do with the problem. I beg you, please don't go here.

I’d like to give the highest praise to Michael Bayan and the great folks who work with him at pcmacexpress for their amazing service and professionalism. I recently had a terrible emergency with my computer - my Dell Dimension 9100. I did realize my machine might be a little dated but I believed it could function for at least another year. But when my CPU started making sputtering and odd noises, I realized it could expire on me at any time. I made a desperate call to Mr. Michael Bayan at the suggestion of a friend. Stop searching now! This company is your best option. I had complete hard drive failure and faced loosing some very important material. PcMac Express went above and beyond to recover all the data and delivered a fresh new system in less than 48hrs. PcMac Express is one of the best small businesses I dealt with in New York. I have a Toshiba laptop which was heating up and freezing. I called them and I actually got the owner on the phone; not just a customer service agent who gets information from you and gives you no answer on the phone. I was not able to leave in order to take my laptop to their office, so a technician from PCMac Express came to me and fixed it. PcMac Express guarantees a 3-hour pick up time and YES! A technician was at my door within 1 hours. I loved that. As for the prices, it was cheaper than I thought and cheaper than the manufacturer, it's all worth it. They set me up with a new drive and my computer is faster than at the time when I bought it.

Love you Mike!! Mike is the owner. Extremely trustworthy!!! Did I say Trustworthy????!! So important especially with so many con artists in the city. I knew him for only a few hours and felt like he was a family member who had my best interest at heart. I am a recruiter for the financial services industry and I work from my laptop at home... I accidentally spilled water on my keyboard. I was in panic! I called Mike and he put my nerves to rest. I gave him my computer Thursday morning and was done by Sunday afternoon. He had to replace the motherboard, (which can take weeks to get, mind you....) I got it done in 3 days!! He offered his fatherly advice by getting me a good backup system and virus scans with updates. This is the type of concern that you would expect from a dad. Super IT professional with heart of gold. He went above and beyond by delivering the laptop to my apartment because I have surgery next day. I highly recommend these guys.
