I was a little sketched out at first because I arrived after 6PM so most of the doors to the building are locked for the other companies but the repair team is still open so you have to ring a doorbell but once I was there I couldn’t believe how quick my experience was. The team was super friendly and my cracked screen was replaced within 10 minutes and a much cheaper rate than Apple would have cost me.

My second positive experience at this place. Went in to have a cracked screen repaired, and was told it was only my screen protector & not my screen that was cracked. They then replaced my screen protector for free -- and dug out the wad of lint from my charging port that was keeping my phone from connecting to the charger, also for free. This place is straight-up and professional.

She was very happy with her service, so I was sure I was gonna be happy as well. The dude fixed my phone in no joke like 10-15 MINUTES and at a reasonable price. Other companies wanted to fix my phone for $100. For less than that, I was able to get my phone fixed, got a screen protecter that he put on, and a protective case. Both guys were very nice. The dude even let me drop his phone to test if it will break and IT DID NOT. GOOO HEREEEEEEEEEEEE

Got a quote through Yelp for an iPhone 6s with a charging port problem. Walked in and they adjusted/cleaned it in 15 minutes. Quote was $55 and with tax was about $60. Working well so far and they claim to have 3 months warranty if the same issue comes up again. I would go back in the future.

Very quick, good customer service. My first screen was defected and I was really worried when it wouldn't respond to touch the next day (the coloring was off and pixelated when I left the shop, but didn't say anything about it). I brought it back the next day and complained, but they stood by their word and replaced it free of charge and apologized. They even showed me the authentic apple logo on the inside of my new screen to reassure me they use authentic products. I would use them again for sure.

Very quick, good customer service. My first screen was defected and I was really worried when it wouldn't respond to touch the next day (the coloring was off and pixelated when I left the shop, but didn't say anything about it). I brought it back the next day and complained, but they stood by their word and replaced it free of charge and apologized. I checked the Apple prices and weren't willing to pay them (130 plus tax), so I looked for alternatives. I checked many shops online and none of them mentioned the SE. So I chose to come to this one knowing what to expect. It took me a bit to find the shop, as it's on the 3rd floor of an office building and there are zero signs outside. But as I entered the floor and saw the tiny office they work in, I knew this was the place. I dropped my phone off and 25 minutes later came back to find my SE in great working condition again. For HALF of Apple's price and less of the hassle of attending an Apple Store. And I ended up buying a new case from them. More durable than the previous one, not tacky, and cheap. Will return here if I have other issues with this or my wife's phone (but fingers crossed)!

Very professional staff and nice location. They were very quick to repair my phone. A month ago I shattered the screen on my IPhone 5s. It was a Sunday so I had few options at the time and had to go with a somewhat sketchy phone repair service. After that repair, I noticed the colors on my phone were no longer as vibrant as they used to be, but the phone worked, so I was happy. After one month went by, the screen protector cracked and I had to remove it. Once I removed it, the touch-screen no longer functioned correctly, and was doing things on it's own like opening apps, and not responding actual touches. It was like my phone had a mind of it's own. After a quick google search, and seeing all the positive reviews, I decided to bring my phone here. I was not disappointed. I was received by Andy, who quickly assessed the situation and in roughly 15 min, brought back my phone completely repaired and with a very nice screen and phone protector. It was functioning perfectly and I also noticed the colors were vibrant, as they used to be. The price for everything was very reasonable (cheaper than the previously crappy repair). I would also like to mention that the waiting area is very nice (For a moment, I thought I was lost because it looks like the reception area for a nice corporate office). Hopefully, this time my phone screen will last, if not I'll update this review. Anyways, for now I highly recommend bringing your phone here for any repair services.

BETTER THAN APPLE!!! When both Apple and T-Mobile denied me service iPhone Screen Repair not only fixed my phone but replaced the LCD screen after damage. I broke my phone, then found them on google. I was able to text them from google and they answered me within 2 minutes. Gave me a fair price and great directions. BETTER THAN APPLE!!! When both Apple and T-Mobile denied me service iPhone Screen Repair not only fixed my phone but replaced the LCD screen after damage. If that wasn't enough, because their shatter glass had cracked on the previous screen, they put on a new shatter glass protector and gave me a case!!!! After an hour at the Apple Store, I walked down to 575 7th Avenue and was out by 25-30 minutes. EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!!! The kind of service you would think you'd receive at the Apple Store and T-Mobile but both turned me away. My phone isn't acting funny, keys work properly as I type this message, touch pad, calls and password Touch ID works perfectly! Great!

After going to many places and being refused service due to the extent of my damages, I finally came here and got the great service I needed. I had a cracked screen , my lcd wasn’t working at all , and my battery was slightly inflated. The guy who I believe was Andy , was completely understanding to the fact I just needed a temp solution to a big problem. He fixed my screen perfectly and gave my a screen protector. I will be going back to to replace my battery this week, for sure !

I broke my phone, then found them on google. I was able to text them from google and they answered me within 2 minutes. Gave me a fair price and great directions. When I got there the gentleman was pleasant and knew his stuff! He told me to come back in 30 minutes and I did and boom my phone was brand new and he even fixed a sensor. He tested everything in front of me to ensure me it worked and that they did not store there finger print! I was very impressed with the knowledge and speed of this place. Highly recommended.

These guys are highly professional--office space is clean and is in a convenient location. I was able to get my screen fixed in about half an hour and Andy, the guy who had helped me, had thoroughly checked the phone after the screen repair, making sure it was all in good condition.
