Went to repair my Samsung Galaxy S6's charging port, and although it took a bit longer than I expected, the woman there did not stop working at it until my phone was completely back to normal- she even threw in a free screen protector for my trouble, and the wait was not a problem since they had a nice couch and Netflix to watch at the location. The charging port works fine now and no other parts of the phone broke in the process of the repair!

this place was a pain in the ass. My tablet system software all of sudden got messed up. I found this place the next day. It took 2 weeks to get it fixed . But they were able to fixed my system i have no idea . What they did. I guess they know how to fixed software issue on top of there fixing the screens. The charged me me 54.43 dollars. It’s Interesting how they pull money out of you. First they replaced my screen ( $250 ) when I came back complaining about touch responsiveness they told me to remove the screen protector. 2 weeks later faceId camera stoped working so I brought it back for replacement under warranty. They told me warranty is voided because of the scratch on the screen and I should had used screen protector lol!!

TOTAL SCAMMERS. Went in due to a cracked screen just hours before a work trip. 30 minutes and $140 later I left for airport to discover the new screen had areas that wouldn't respond to touch and other areas that were overactive. I ended up locked out of my phone for the duration of the trip. Upon return they wanted another $60 to fix it, blaming me for a pinprick sized mark on the screen they installed. It was in a case from the moment they handed it back to me.

Very happy with the turnaround, extremely unhappy with the quality. 3 weeks after, the screen isn't responding to my touch, keeps glitching and is impossible to type or scroll. I took it in before the end of my 30 day warranty and they told me they can't fix it for free b/c the screen is scratched. The lady was kind enough to take a look at it and put a free protector on it, but now the problem is even worse. They told me they would replace it for the cost of the parts, another $70 after paying $180 for the cheap replacement. Not wasting more money here. ***I do appreciate the offer to repair my phone sans labor fee, but the problem is these are not OEM parts. I decided to go somewhere that guaranteed OEM parts (I paid less than $180 and the screen looks like the original Apple screen).

Both times the lens of my iPhone 7 camera needed to be replaced. On the first attempt in October, the tech broke the last lens they had in stock while trying to replace it, leaving me with a still broken phone. Admittedly they did offer to expedite shipping on a new lens, but I went to another shop in Williamsburg and was able to get it fixed same day. The second attempt in December resulted in dropping my phone off for over an hour, and when I went to pick it up was told that they were out of stock again. Again I was told they could expedite shipment of a new lens, but I'm just going to go to another store in Williamsburg. I want to use iFixScreens WB due to the proximity to work, and the kind staff, but so far they just haven't been able to deliver.

I said I don't mind paying the $20 more but he should tell them not to give inaccurate price quotes on their website. His response? "I'm not going to tell them anything. I quit here August first and only fill in one day a week, so no. Have you ever used our service before?" Right. I came to pay for a service, and that's the attitude they present? Nope. I'm sure this place is great when they don't have disgruntled ex-employees working there but frankly I was happy going around the corner and paying someone actually interested in doing their job to fix it.

Incredible customer service. We stopped by to have my wife’s screen repaired and were greeted by Prakash. I can’t speak highly enough about how friendly, relaxed, and helpful he was. He was very straightforward about what he was replacing and the costs associated with it, and even gave us a heads up about some other damage to the phone that was unrelated to the screen. The best part is, he wasn’t pushy about selling extra services, he was purely telling us out of respect. When I returned to pick up the phone, he even flagged that the colors on the screen seemed a little off and wanted my opinion since he wasn’t sure if it was a theme or the phone background causing an illusion. After looking it over it did seem like it was just the background, but he assured me if it continued to feel miscalibrated that we could bring it back and they’d take care of it under warranty. Throughout the whole experience, Prakash felt more like a friend than salesman, and that is invaluable. When we eventually need another repair, I know exactly where I’ll be going. Thank you for all your help.

Smashed the screen of my phone last night so I couldn't make calls. Unfortunately for me, I needed to make calls for work this afternoon. I did some google searching in the Williamsburg neighborhood and came across iFixScreens on Broadway. There were all these posts about how great their customer service was, with everyone specifically naming Colin. The reviews were so glowing, I actually thought maybe Colin had put his friends up to it. But I walk over and am the first customer in and the guy behind the desk is so friendly and professional I'm like "are you the Colin that everyone loves in the google reviews" and he laughs and says "yeah, I work my ass off for those." I gave him my phone, bought him a coffee, and it was fixed in under 45 minutes. Could not have been more satisfied with the experience. Any more issues with my phone I'm going straight to Colin.

Awesome experience. I had a broken camera screen and after the replacement piece was ordered it didn't take very long to repair it. As irony would have it, later that night my camera wouldn't auto focus. I took it in the next morning, right when they opened up, and Colin was able to get back in there and clear out whatever broken glass debris was hiding. Camera works. Screen repaired. Happy camper! Incredible customer service. We stopped by to have my wife’s screen repaired and were greeted by Prakash. I can’t speak highly enough about how friendly, relaxed, and helpful he was. He was very straightforward about what he was replacing and the costs associated with it, and even gave us a heads up about some other damage to the phone that was unrelated to the screen. The best part is, he wasn’t pushy about selling extra services, he was purely telling us out of respect. When I returned to pick up the phone, he even flagged that the colors on the screen seemed a little off and wanted my opinion since he wasn’t sure if it was a theme or the phone background causing an illusion. After looking it over it did seem like it was just the background, but he assured me if it continued to feel miscalibrated that we could bring it back and they’d take care of it under warranty. Throughout the whole experience, Prakash felt more like a friend than salesman, and that is invaluable. When we eventually need another repair, I know exactly where I’ll be going. Thank you for all your help.

Smashed the screen of my phone last night so I couldn't make calls. Unfortunately for me, I needed to make calls for work this afternoon. I did some google searching in the Williamsburg neighborhood and came across iFixScreens on Broadway. There were all these posts about how great their customer service was, with everyone specifically naming Colin. The reviews were so glowing, I actually thought maybe Colin had put his friends up to it. But I walk over and am the first customer in and the guy behind the desk is so friendly and professional I'm like "are you the Colin that everyone loves in the google reviews" and he laughs and says "yeah, I work my ass off for those." I gave him my phone, bought him a coffee, and it was fixed in under 45 minutes. Could not have been more satisfied with the experience. Any more issues with my phone I'm going straight to Colin.

Awesome experience. I had a broken camera screen and after the replacement piece was ordered it didn't take very long to repair it. As irony would have it, later that night my camera wouldn't auto focus. I took it in the next morning, right when they opened up, and Colin was able to get back in there and clear out whatever broken glass debris was hiding. Camera works. Screen repaired. Happy camper! If you have a broken screen or need some repair work on your phone, I highly recommend "I FIX SCREENS".

I came in to fix my screen, service was good though the price was a bit too high. At first the guy told me it would be $140 then when I started to leave he said he will give it for $130 and then he went down to $100 (another shop in the area quoted me $90). The actual fixing took less than 15 minutes and my phone works great since then.

I spilled coffee in my computer yesterday. Luckily my roommate had come here before so she told me to take my computer and I’m glad I did. They removed the parts and left it to dry overnight, saving my laptop. And they made sure it was affordable, charging only the labor fee. I am REALLY happy my laptop still works. Lifesaver

stay away from this place!! Very Unprofessional. Gave in my phone after falling down and not working. they charged me more than $70 for an SE screen replacement. I turned on the phone and it is not working so he says you can buy a new phone your phone is not working.. so why did you change the screen? you thought I want to replace a screen of a phone I cant use.. KEEP AWAY 200 FEET

The service was quick and professional. The prices are reasonable also. I did shop around and I found this was the best price. Fyi I'm not getting any perks from writing this review.
