Whatever you do, DO NOT GO HERE. Save yourself the trip and spend a few extra dollars and go to the Apple store. I got my iPhone 7 Plus screen fixed here about 2 weeks ago because it was cracked and it hasn’t worked normally at all. The touch screen doesn’t work, the Touch ID doesn’t work anymore, I am absolutely disgusted with this store. I wish I could get a refund because they DESTROYED my phone. It was better off with the screen cracked. For $160 you’d expect your phone to be fixed. I would give this place a 0 if I could.

This place was the only one who would touch my (Android) I have an HTC U11 that I love. The charging port needed to be replaced and it's a tricky task, it took a few days but all the right parts were ordered and care was taken to make the successful repair. Their policies are pretty fair and clearly explained. Very helpful and courteous.

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. For starters, whoever I was talking to about fixing the phone gave me an estimate of when it would be done and incorrectly gave me times to come back 3 times!!!! I had to keep going home and coming back to check if my phone was finished. Next, he completely RIPPPED ME OFF. These people quote you prices randomly. I was charged 170 and the next day my boyfriend called for the same issue and said he would be charged 120. Complete rip off. If it was good quality I wouldn't have minded at all but they put the cheapest glass that it immediately came off my phone when I dropped it very lightly. The whole screen shattered and chunks of the "glass" came off. It feels like plastic. Complete garbage this place is. Would highly recommend people to stay away.

READ BEFORE THINKING ABOUT GETTING YOUR PHONE SCREEN REPLACED!!!! About 2 months ago, I cracked my iPhone X screen. I did some work for these people so I figured I would go to them for my phone repair. They charged me around 350$ to replace the front screen of my iPhone. A little pricey to me but I needed it fixed ASAP because I use it for business. Couple hours go by, the work was all done. They tried telling me that they gave me a deal and used a stock iPhone X screen rather than a manufacture screen from China instead. At first I believed them, thanked them and even tipped for the work they did for me. Later that night I go to use the flashlight button on the home screen it turns it on but doesn’t turn it off. So I would have to go into the phone and turn it off another way, which again it’s fine I’ll live with that. At nighttime when you turn the brightness down you can instantly tell that it is not actually a stock IPhone screen, it is way too dim and the colors fade on the phone(having iPhones for the past 5 years I know how it looks with different brightness levels) again, wasn’t a deal breaker for me I will live with it. My problem with them is suddenly, my screen started to turn purple in the corner, and then fully purple blue from the bottom up. I never dropped it since, I haven’t thrown it in water just all of a sudden all the color started to fade. I am an honest man, I help run a business and would never screw anybody over. I go in there expecting to get an explanation for this and hopefully a warranty being that it has only been 2 months since I’ve had this. The lady in there was trying her hardest to find any type of small scratch on the screen and pin it on me. There is no one crack on my screen but she insisted that a tiny hair scratch is one of the reasons why it is doing what it’s doing. She proceeds to tell me there’s scratches on my screen of my phone and that is why the warranty is voided. “We tell all our customers to buy one of our screen protectors just to make sure it wasn’t us.” Is what she told me. Bottom line is, I would never go back here for anything and would never recommend anybody to do so if they have any issues with their phones. I’m out 350$ and a phone screen. Do yourself a favor, go to Apple directly and have your screen replaced and just eat the price of it because Atleast you will know the job is done right, the screens they use are their own stock screens and they would offer warranties on the replacement, especially if it’s only been 2 months with ZERO cracks on the screen.

Would highly recommend using this business As a foot note, I discovered after picking up my phone and during a conversation that this chain of repair stores have a "range" of prices. That means the pricing of repairs are discretionary and will change depending on who gives you the quote, same issue different people working there, different prices. Per other reviews I have read many people have had this experience. I personally had a great experience. To me, that policy is fraud and for that reason I will never be back.

I went in around April to get my iPad mini screen fixed. When I went to pick it up the screen still had a small crack at the tip of the iPad. I went back in and showed the guy. He stated he didn't see it and asked if he can replace it. I stated I didn't have time I was going away. He stated dont worry its UNDER WARRENTY! So today I go in to get it fixed because now that little crack has spread. I was told by the manager Nicole that physical damage was not covered under warranty. Yet the screen wasn't properly fixed in the first place. So now I have to pay for a whole new screen. Why would i do that? I would rather give my business to someone else. There is no way i would go back there.

I have had several devices fixed here, not just screens. Sometimes they are flawless the first time, other times they have to go back again before they are fixed, that's just the nature of this cell phone repair business, just like fixing cars. They always let me know up front what the options are and if it is worth fixing. Very honest and pleasant to deal with when I'm not. I think these stores are all affiliated. Mark the manager is a nice guy and solved every problem. Inna was a good tech but she left. They say they send some phones to Brooklyn where a tech named Colon fixes the tough phones. This guys is good, trust me, I have a lot of his work. The fixed my HTC m8 when no one else would touch it with a 10 for pole. I'm a very fussy customer, and I'm telling you, give these guys a shot, it may take some time depending on the device and repair, buy you will not be disappointed.

They asked me $150 to replace broken glass lens cover for my Samsung j7. You can buy this lens cover for $3 on eBay. Replacing is a 10 minutes job I can't do this by myself because I have arthritis.

So glad I found this place! Cory didn't have my screen on hand but was able to get it the very next day, which was Sunday. Screen was fixed within 30 mins and at a very reasonable price!! I hope not to break mine again but I highly recommend him if you break yours.
