After having my phone screen replaced 6 times incorrectly at different stores I finally went to ifixscreens. They fixed my screen CORRECTLY and gave me an unbeatable price. Staff was quick and knowledgeable as to what the other stores were doing wrong. Will be doing all future repairs at this store. Thanks guys

This place should get ZERO stars! They literally just stole my money! I brought in an amazon fire tablet to be fixed. I brought my own brand new screen that I had purchased as the replacement. He made me pay before the service (which is the first mistake). Then after I pay and walk away is when he calls me back saying it's not the right screen. I go back to get refunded and he refunded me TEN DOLLARS LESS than what I paid, and his reason was because of the credit card processing fee. HOW IS THAT MY PROBLEM?! Going on yelp to post about this, too.

This is the worst place to get your phone fixed!!! The job they did was horrendous!! I got my phone back with the screen half way off and all messed up!! They did the job effortlessly and only did the bottom. I would suggest to never ever even think about going there. AND THATS FINAL!!!!!!!

Heres my FULL Experience: The first time I walked into the store I brought my 2015 MacPro to repair my keyboard and trackpad. This took a month to diagnose although I was able to get a proper diagnosis from Apple and told them what was wrong with my laptop, yet they kept ordering the wrong parts. The repair was supposed to cost me $270. I got the laptop back and the screen wasn't working. Clerk said my laptop wasn't charged, but at this point my keyboard is lighting up so he was lying. I wrote a bad review here on google and this got the supervisors attention. The deal she offered me was to change my review on Google and a discount to $240, at this point I agreed because I need my laptop back for work. I finally get a functioning laptop, I come home to find that my antenna for the Wifi needs to be repaired. Once again I have to go back to the store to get in fixed. Note: the parts they use aren't from Apple and that they're noticeably different. I finally take my laptop back, with noticeable damage on the back cover AND STILL GOT CHARGED $270 This place in unprofessional. Save yourself the trouble, seek help from your manufacturer. You'll likely get better customer service and better product repair.

If I could give 0 stars I could. Brought in my iPhone 8 as the back glass got cracked. When they called me saying it was done the screen had a blob. I was able to argue my way out of paying for the screen replacement; however, after that was fixed they broke the volume keys. Do not bring your electronics to this store unless you want to spend more than you should or want your electronics to break even more. They will fix one thing but break another. I later found out there were other places that would replace the back glass for cheaper and I would have avoided all the mess. Avoid this place, go somewhere else.

Most horrific experience ever. On Saturday 7/13 I brought my amazon fire hd10 tablet in to IFIXSCREENS to replace the screen that was cracked. Everything worked perfectly other than having a cracked screen. I was called today 7/17/19 to come pick my and that the LCD wasn’t working properly which was weird because I brought in to have the screen replaced. I got there and the screen was replaced but there was a lot of blotches and discoloration towards the bottom of the screen. Mind you the bill was 120 to fix this. When I saw that my device wasn’t fixed properly I was extremely upset and I just left the tablet there and I didn’t even pay the balance. As of now I’m trying to see how I can get in touch with the owner of the Greenvale location. I’m also trying to see if there is a corporate office I can contact. I’ve had a similar experience with another place who replaced my iPhone screen. I had the same problem with the blotches and discolored resolution at the bottom. This place saw the mistake and replaced my screen which corrected the problem. I wouldn’t have a problem if I had those blotches and discolored resolution at bottom when I brought it but it didn’t have those problem. I refuse to pay for poor service.

I had a cracked screen on my IPhone 7. I took it in to this shop as I've passed it on Glen Cove Road a number of times. It was more expensive than his advertised price. For the next 2 days, I could not text or make calls- nothing but typos, incorrect letters were coming up when I touch the space bar I'd get the letter "B", my photos were random cycling, my music was playing when I hadn't turned it on. I took it back in. The gentleman replaced the screen with another screen, a day later, it got worse- my "home", circle button wasn't responsive, I could not make or receive phone calls, it literally was crippled. I went online to find that I could restart it by hitting the sound button to low, and the toggle on the right- for the next three days, the phone was a wreck. I made an appointment with Apple, only to find out by going to a 3rd party, I voided my warranty. I called the owner and said I wanted my $139 back, and he told me he needed to see my phone- which he can't/won't as I'm waiting for my replacement phone (that I have to pay $99 for @ apple) and I'd never let this guy touch any phone again. Sorry- he's a nice guy but never take your Iphone to him to have a screen replaced. I should have lived with the cracked screen until I could get to apple and pay $29 for a new screen. I love to support a small biz, but this caused me so many problems I'd hate others to encounter.

I went in to get my iPhone 7 cracked screen fixed. Not only are the colors discolored from my previous iPhone screen, but the keyboard literally does not work and my phone barely responds to touch. I have to press on things multiple times for the phone to register. And the final price with taxes came out to only be $30 less than just going to Apple and getting a real iPhone screen, which I should have done. I will never go here again. It takes me 5x the amount of time to send a simple message because of the glitchiness of the screen and keyboard. Also, the screen is uneven. When you look at the phone from the charging port, you can see one side is higher up than the other. They took no care in fixing my phone and if I had known I would have a pretty much broken phone after this visit, I would have just gone to Apple. I would have been better off with keeping my shattered screen than using this one.

Outstanding service by a women technician, I was so sorry I didn't get her name. She waited for me at 7:40 pm, and took the extra time to fix my phone (I was in a panic). Brown hair and a kind smile. Great service, great product. Highly recommended. I hope I never break my screen again, but if I do, I'll go right back.

Horrible! Their name should be “iFixScreens but BREAK Your Phone” STAY AWAY! Unprofessional, they do NOT stand behind their work. SCAM ALERT. So I dropped my Samsung note9 and cracked the screen. The cost was over $250, but I figured it was well worth it. What happened? After having the screen replaced basically the phone does not work 80% of the time. I have hold my phone up and tap really really hard to get my in input to register. I have trouble picking up calls, and forget about having the phone lay flat: Nothing Registers! I can’t zoom in or out by pinching the screen. We went back to the store (2 days later) the same guy who replaced the screen told me that he fixed the screen and it is fine. I showed him how my tapping on the touch screen does not register and he told me that it is because I need to take it out of the case and remove the screen protector in order for the phone to work properly. I told him that I was never informed that after this expensive “fix” I would not be able to use a phone case or screen protector(especially since I had both on my phone when i dropped my phone off to have it fixed). Seems like an odd suggestion coming from the person who had just removed and replaced a cracked screen on my phone to suggest I don’t use any protection on my phone that I told him I dropped. Maybe this is their ploy to get more business. Awful experience. When I asked if there was something that can be done to fix this situation he simply said No... really? Terrible way to run a business. Thank goodness for the stylus pen that came with my note9.... this is the only way I can text, send emails, use my phone, etc. BUT when I went to pick up my phone the stylus pen was MISSING. They said they “forgot” to put it back in the phone, and quickly gave me the stylus pen. Did they forget or is this another dishonest way for them to make money. STAY AWAY. DISHONEST. SCAM

Worst experience ever! This store is a fraud and did not honor their work. iPhone screen replaced, didn’t work a week later. They sent me to Apple saying it was a software issue. It’s not a software issue according to Apple. Went back again only for them to say they would not replace the screen. Anyone that knows me, please go somewhere else, trust me this place will be out of business soon. They are a bunch of idiots.

After going to Apple and my cellphone carrier they gave me the run around and wanted to charge so much to fix my cracked screen. So I looked up i fix screens in greenvale, ny and decided to go there. It was the best decision, the gentleman that worked on my phone was very kind and preofessional. My phone is all fixed and looks brand new again and it only took 30 minutes! It was definitely worth every dollar. Highly recommend this business!
