You don't feel like you'll get scammed, as the staff are very clear and descriptive if you have a lot of questions like I did. I felt I could trust them. I originally gave this company a 5 star review as they were quick and I thought they had fixed my phone. However, less then 2 weeks later, my repaired phone screen began to crack for no reason. When I asked the company to fix it for me, the told me that they would not do unless they charged me again full price. They also said they do not warranty defective screens, even if they provide them. While the people are nice, the policies they have are terrible and it appears like they use shoddy materials. I would highly recommend avoiding this business.

What an awful experience I am having with them. They said they could fix the phone in 3 to 5 days and its been 3 weeks! 3 weeks! First they told me after I paid that it would take 3 to 5 days and never mentioned the possibility of it taking longer. This is completely unacceptable. How can a company operate this way and treat its customers this way. I asked for a refund and they said we don't give refunds. What bs! It's really ashame, especially since I have used them before and they were great. What a joke! Update. Now they call and tell me the problem probably isn't fixable. After the tech said it would be fixed in 3 to 5 days. What a rip off!!!

AHHHH-MAYYYY-ZINGGG!!!! SERIOUSLY. I called roughly every other repair shop in the neighborhood to get quotes and to see if my iphone 6+ could be repaired. My phone was suffering from the "touch disease" - this is the gray bar flickering at the top. Many of the other shops basically tried to convince me to buy an entirely new phone (used and unused) but I refused to give in. Surely there had to be SOMEONE who knew how to fix this! Oh, and did I mention that I also had a very much shattered screen to add to my woes? Alas, I came across this place and lo and behold, MAGIC. I got an EXTREMELY reasonable quote (with all things considered) and a sure fire guarantee that my phone would be like new - no new phone purchase necessary. Never met anyone with the confidence of this man who fixed my phone. It's been a few weeks since I got my phone fixed and honestly, I think it works a lot better than when it came out of the box... I know, right? GO TO THIS PLACE. THEY KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING AND THE PRICE IS FANTASTIC.

Jesus damaged the audio on my son's phone and it took over a month to have the issue resolved. I have zero trust in the company and it's services. I will now bring the phone to the carrier to confirm it is the original phone and not a old refurbished one. I was told it will take a few days to get the phone fixed and after about a month that came down to a day. I just don't understand why Jesus couldn't have offered a one day turn around and avoid my son travelling out of the country with a phone that could only send text messages. I requested a refund from the manager Nicole and she would do nothing for the inconvenience. I requested multiple times that Alec, the other manager give me a call and I am still waiting. The management and staff offered poor quality work and service. I will definitely not return to the store. I gave 1 star but they desire none.

Overall, I gave two stars because cracked screen was fixed. However, I had encountered several issues with customer service. First, please note that they will not do a same day screen fix on most phones (it can take 1-2 weeks). When you receive a quote, be aware that it may be understated and not include part and labor tax until you are committed to pay. Also be ready to pay half up front to order any inventory of parts. I was verbally promised that they would get part within 5 business days max and they would contact me upon arrival; however, I got neither. Instead it took 12 days to get fixed and that was only after I had to come in on my own to hound someone on status. No apology, just got excuses and the bill.

Great service and my repair took less than a half hour on New Years Eve! The gentleman that helped me was very friendly and made me aware of a battery issue and checked with me before replacing it instead of just replacing it and price-gouging the customer after the fact! I went in with my broken phone and paid 175 for my screen to be fixed. I asked that they use Apple glass. They said they would. It was finished in about 30 min. I could tell the screen seemed a little bit more bulky but I just thought maybe that was normal. It wasn’t. They did not use Apple glass. I immediately started to have issues with the touch screen. Then I pressed my thumb on the top corner of the screen and it cracked. I had to take it to a different place spend an extra 130 and got it fixed properly. They would not refund my money. DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP.

I was very impressed with the services I got at this store. Both Davidson and Jesus did a great job at explaining my computer issues and why I had a huge slowdown. My 7-year old PC was essentially non-functional! But because I was a loyal Asus customer, I decided to get it sped up instead of tossing it and buying another less quality PC to get me by. Customer service and friendliness was fantastic....I would've given them 5 star but there was an honest mistake made whereby a wrong part/misinformation was given to me initially, making the final price higher than expected and taking 1 week longer to get the part and fix my PC which I needed to access lectures online. But the store did a great job at handling the situation - the owner was kind enough to discount the otherwise expensive part and charge me bare minimum to resolve the mistake. And I really appreciated that honesty and transparency in a business. In the end, I got my computer back like brand new, with very effective speed! Thank you guys for great work, and for honoring your mistakes and resolving situations smoothly. I really appreciated that as a customer. Highly recommend this place to anyone who wants quality work and great customer care :)

My macbook screen cracked while I was at Starbucks and really needed to have my screen fixed. Luckily I saw there was an ifixscreens store right across the street. Went over there and this cool dude Kelvin helped me out and told me they could fix my macbook. Somehow they had the screen in stock but they said it would take sometime . Repaired late, broke charging port. The shop took over a week after saying they would replace a broken screen in a couple of days. The shop promised to call when the phone was ready. They never did, I had to call multiple times to get the phone back. After I got the phone back I realized they lost the plastic sim card tray. I have also noticed that the magnetic charging port is no longer firmly in place but pulls out of the phone when I tug on the wire. Finally, the back glass panel is not aligned well with the metal frame.

I dropped my phone off at the Williamsburg location and it was sent to Astoria for repairs. After a week, the Williamsburg store manager told me my phone was available for pickup in Astoria. I drove there and was told my phone was not ready. The store manager calmly helped solve my issue and even gave me a loaner phone for 24 hours. Although the location is farther from me than the Williamsburg store, Astoria has my loyalty and I will be back!

Beware: They will not honor their warranty. I had my phone screen replaced in November of 2017 after getting it run over by a dump truck. (I'm a civil engineer at LGA, these things happen). IFixScreens offers a warranty for their work for 6 months assuming there is no physical damage. This past Sunday, I woke up and my phone screen is completely black but the light is flashing and it is still buzzing with notifications so I know its working. I take my phone in to have the screen fixed but the employee says that he cannot honor the warranty because there is a crack in the LCD despite there being no damage to the glass on the outside. This is unacceptable because I didn't drop it or crack the outside of the phone; the damage is all internal. When the screen was installed, it must have been done in such a way that there were stresses on the screen that eventually caused the crack inside the phone. He offers to speak to the manager and get back to me the next day. Two days later I still have not hear from them, but the crack has continued to spread across the screen. This lends support to my position that there is a stress inside the phone causing the crack and not some external force because a single impact wouldn't cause the crack to spread over the next few days. I go to the shop where the same employee says he has been meaning to call me but has been busy. Maybe he was, but Parks and Rec was on the TV in the store so I have my doubts. He says unfortunately they will still not honor the warranty and that I would have to pay full price for the repair. It is unacceptable not to honor a warranty for your workmanship based on physical damage when there is no way to get to the part of the phone that was physically damaged. I completely understand not fixing phones with cracked screens but when the underlying LCD is damaged and there is no other external damage, it is a failure of workmanship. I also do not like that they wouldn't even offer a discount considering I have spent over $500 dollars at this location over the years and this is a disputed issue. I think some pretty standard customer service would offer something. I don't know what the warranty could possibly cover if it does not cover when things break inside the phone but I will never use this store again and would advise others not to.

The woman that helped me was very informative. She fixed my screen quickly and gave me a discount on a screen protector. My phone looks amazing. The only negative is that it was expensive. I have never needed my phone fixed before but I thought this was pricey. I would definitely go back
