The first time that I went, it was easy and quick. The second time was a different situation. My phone had been there all day and when I came back, they told me that they had no more white screens. I was supposed to leave that Friday to go away for basically the whole summer and I did not want a black screen on my phone. So they gave me a black one and told me to come back on Thursday to get a white one (because the order was supposed to come in). So I come back on Thursday, and they don't have them. That forced my IPhone 5s to have a black screen with a white button for the whole summer. It was an inconvenience.

The replacement screen wasn't Installed correctly, it cracked 3 days later. Awful!

Worst place ever ! I went and got my iPhone 7 Plus fixed here and it was working for about a week and now every morning i have to restart my phone because it’s always frozen when i wake up when I’m texting it’s typing different words i wish i never came here to get my phone fixed and on top of that i dropped my phone one time after and the screen broke again this is the worst place with the worst screens i would not recommend this place to anyone

I had a positive experience here: these seem knowledgable and polite but what really won me over was honesty. My phone stopped charging and had been dead for days when I took it here. They solved my problem and didn't charge me because nothing had been broken. What they actually did was open a Samsung S6, pop the battery out and put it back in - something I don't know how to do yet. Honest. Knowledgable. Polite.

(Using my friends account to post a review)........Came in to get my Iphone 5s Battery replace because it was swelling up fast after I had already replace the screen on it 2 days ago at another different company, where they had warn me about the battery swelling up. This place was fantastic. Didnt have to wait long, 15 minutes into just sitting down and reading a magazine (flipping pages) my iphone was fix. Very welcoming and nice. Comfy place to get your electronics fix......No complaints at all. Awesome cool little place. Will be back again.

Unbelievable service. I spilled a little bit of water on my brand new MacBook Pro and it wouldn't turn on. Since Apple's warranty doesn't cover water damages the replacement part would have cost me $1000 (the computer was $1200). I brought my computer here and after a few days of servicing, they got it to work again while costing me close to nothing. They saved me about a grand. Oh yeah the people are super nice.

Cute store, pleasant employee at front desk. I brought my iPhone 5s after it died and many unsuccessful attempts at restoring (error 4013). I thad taken it to Apple and they wouldn't fix it since they could not run a software restore. With high hopes I brought it here, but sadly since it's the logic board they said they could not fix it. So in my experience they offered no advantage over taking to Apple store for repair. I guess either they don't have equipment to fix it or the costs to repair (parts + labour) would be too close to replacing the phone. They probably specialize on small repairs that someone with basic technical prowess (and time to spare) can do after buying parts and tools from Amazon (replacing broken screen, repairing charging ports, new battery, water damage, etc).

I had a good experience a year a go, but last week I went to repair my scratched nexus 5 screen and they told me they will fix it within 3 days, and it took a week!!! moreover i had to send them multiple emails asking for the services status. Then they tried to over charge me and they gave me back a broken case! so they replace my good state case for a broken one, then I asked them to fix their mistake and it took another week, plus they lied about the time it would take them to do the repair, they never apologize for make me wait multiple times.

Came in here with a broken MacBook air LCD. 2011 model so they had to order a replacement screen. Took 5 business days for the screen to ship - seems reasonable. I put a deposit down because I wanted to keep my laptop while I waited for the replacement. The repair was same business day. Dropped it off in the morning and picked it up at the end of the day. Everything works as expected. Nothing additionally broken. And the outer screws don't look stripped. I called a few places in the city and they had a very reasonable price for a few screen replacement, not just an LCD swap. They weren't pushy or try to upsell me on anything. Overall friendly service. And they have a website to check the status of your repair. +1

The service at this place is great. I dropped my iPhone twice and David fixed it both times with no problems. The prices were very reasonable compared to other shops offering Apple repair services. I will definitely use him in the future for all of my Apple product issues.

These guys fixed my smashed iPhone 4 screen in half an hour! Wasn't super cheap but a lot cheaper than apple and/or buying the iPhone 5. They cut me a deal on fixing the cracked back glass as well, which I've been meaning to do for ages. Phone works great!
