I want to thank this guys for their service! My dad’s iPhone completely broken the back glass was cracked and the screen was so badly damaged with no image at all. So I read good reviews and called them for the price and they was cheaper than other places. So I went there, the place was nice and clean, good atmosphere. I had to wait there for one hour while they replaced whole housing and put new lcd. Now phone works great and my dad is very happy with it. We thought it can not be fixed and we need to spend a lot of money for new one. Thanks again!

A few weeks ago, I had the horrible experience of breaking my MacBook screen while commuting home by train. After finding out it would cost an exorbitant amount to replace the screen through Apple. I contacted a number of repair shops via Yelp. FixAce was one of the very first to respond, asked great questions, and quickly gave me a quote that was by far the lowest I received. Alex quickly ordered the replacement part that was needed and the next week I dropped my machine off. It was repaired that same day! The next day, Alex followed up (in my rush to get the machine back he hadn't been able to personally oversee/review the repair). This follow up was critical because even though the screen otherwise worked perfectly my computer was not going to sleep when I closed the lid. So I brought it back and Alex personally went over the whole machine, identified the issue (a tiny magnet's position was off) and fixed it. He also kept me apprised of his progress throughout the afternoon and early evening and then stayed late so I could pick the computer back up (he even offered to deliver it!). My MacBook is working perfectly now, arguably better than it was before. I'm incredibly grateful to FixAce and can't recommend their services highly enough!

Great phone repair shop, come twice already. First time around 7 months ago I fixed my iPhone X broken screen, there was green lines, repair was done perfectly. And now I came with cracked iPad screen, they charged me $59 to replace the glass. I think it is like a cheapest place but with great service and good quality repair. Highly recommend this place for iPhone or iPad repair. Guys are professionals!

Had an amazing experience with those guys. Brought my iPhone X for a repair.I got a broken screen ... kinda bummer ... Apple refused to fix the screen... So, it took a guy something around 5 - 10 minutes to repair the screen. Very efficient! Highly recommend to use this cell phone repair service!

Great store, came in for motherboard iPhone repair. i though my phone could not be fixed, but this guys are professional. So I went there after another shop mess-up my iPhone trying to fix the screen, they damage the motherboard and told me that the phone is done. But information on this phone was important so I start searching for motherboard repair in New York and it seams that not a lot of places doing this and also who does - charge a lot. Very happy to fin FixAce, so I was quote for $120 and 2-3 days for repair, it was ok for me. So I brought the phone, surprisingly location is good and the store was nice and clean, not like other repair shops in midtown. Next day i receive call from the store that my iPhone is working perfectly and ready for pickup! I was not expect it this fast because it is micro soldering and very hard job. So if you would ever need mother board repair for iPhone I think this is the one place to go.
