My Toshiba Satellite laptop was experiencing issues concerning the back light of the computer screen. I brought it to Fast Computer Solutions and Erik quickly determined the problem without even doing a full diagnostics. He determined there was a problem with my alternator which provides electricity to the back light of my laptop and swiftly repaired it. Ever since the issue has not returned, and my computer is running efficiently. He even included a complimentary virus scan and defragmentation of my hard drive so my laptop runs at its maximum potential. Highly recommended.

I first called Erik a couple years ago when I was having a crisis moment and my computer stopped working. He helped me out and got my computer fixed. I have had to call him a couple times since then - once when my computer got a virus and another time recently when I needed more memory space installed. Everytime I call Fast Computer Solutions Erik was quick to answer and quick to fix the problem. He has also helped me out by making suggestions on how to improve the performance of my computer. He knows what he's doing, he's good at doing it! When he says he's going to call or take care of a problem, he's true to his word. He's always courteous and reliable. I hired Erik to replace an IT Company that was handling our account in the past. I wasn't satisfied with their service and monthly maintenance charges. I am the pastor of St. Joseph Church in Maplewood. With Erik, he comes out when needed and has customized a program that fits my exact needs. He's friendly, professional and gets the job done. Erik is the best. We have updated our system with Erik and he did a fantastic job, had us up and running working on our new system with very little down time. We also updated all of our work stations. It was a very smooth cross over from our old network to our new network. Our new system works great thanks to Erik. If we have an issue with anything, he logs onto the system via remote and fixes the problem in minutes. You can always get in touch with him. He is very easy to talk to.
