So you know those days when you want to throw your computer against a brick wall? Well, I had one today. Without going into boring details, I finally gave up trying to fix my problem and frantically started looking for help. It was just dumb luck contacting Doctor Computers after a quick search for local techs. I called at about 2:30 in the afternoon and was shocked when Joe,(tech), showed up at my door before 4:00. He was professional and knowledgeable. He addressed ALL my problems, and had my PC running better than when it was first purchased. I am thrilled to know that I finally have a local tech that can resolve my issues quickly and economically without having to leave my home. Doctor Computers was very helpful with the issues that I had with my computer. He was very informative with his knowledge and was very open with explaining what my issues were and what the fixes for them were. He always broke down everything as far as what would need to be done in order to resolve those issues including the prices for the fixes. Another great convenience was that he was able to fit me right into his schedule so that it would fit my schedule as well. He was very open with his services, and honest. I will always remember who to go to and who to recommend with any computer issues I have in the future. If I could I would rate his services 10/10 stars.

The other day 3/22/2019 my computer caught a virus. It would turn on, but nothing else worked. The computer was completely cut off from all programs including the internet. I called Joe of Doctor Computers. He asked me what he could do for me. I said, "You can come to my house and fix my computer." He said, soon as I finish up some stuff here. I'll be right over. He was at my front door in an hour. After an initial evaluation of my computer. He went right to work. I sat next to him and he explained in layman's terms everything that was wrong and everything he was doing to fix the problem. Even with my anti virus software. I managed to accumulate more than 325 viruses and rogue programs. Joe removed them all, cleaned up all the junk and unused programs, and restored my internet. He told me that he would not leave until I was completely satisfied. I am completely satisfied. I'm satisfied with the work he did. (My computer is like new.) I'm satisfied with the fee he charged. (He fee was extremely reasonable.) I plan on calling Joe again when I decide to make some computer upgrades. (SSD) I highly recommend to anyone who is having any problem with their computer. Call Doctor Computers and Joe will fix it for you. Quick, fast, and in a hurry, at a more than reasonable price. 6 STARS

I called Doctor Computer on Sunday afternoon and got voicemail. Within 15 minutes, I received a call back, explained the situation and set up an appointment for the next afternoon. Offer arrived on time and got to work. He cleared up the problems and then continued to show me many ways to make my computer more useful for me. Inasmuch as I am not technologically savvy, Offer was very patient as he worked with me. I also felt for the time he spent with me (about 2 hours)and for the peace of mind he gave me his fee was very reasonable.

I save $20.00 dollars because Joe went online and bought the cheapest piece my laptop needed while still making sure it was a good piece for my laptop. Joe from Doctor computers has come to my house multiple times over the past several years, trouble shooting and problem solving each time with knowledge and professionalism. He always shows up when he says he will and stays to answer all our questions and explain technical stuff in ways that are easy for laymen to understand. Just this morning when I showed him how my search engine was dead and the links weren't working, he identified the problem in about ninety seconds and ten minutes later it was all fixed. He invited me to "road test it" and when I saw how clean and fast the computer was working I told him right then and there that he was a "freaking magician." Of course, it wasn't magic--he knows what he is doing. He gives you that personal touch and takes time to make sure the fixes work. You and your computer are in good hands with Doctor Computers.
