I had my hard drive replaced by the team here last year, and it worked like when I first bought the laptop. Fast-forward one year to today, my Microsoft office stopped working. I was hesitant to email the team here because it had been so long since the repair, but to my surprise, they offered a remote connection fix of my issue free of charge... We scheduled an appointment in short notice and Mitchell had my issue resolved quickly. These guys know what they are doing and seem to really have the customers' best interest in mind. They're very nice and helpful. They've fixed a few issues we had with a few laptops. Aside from their honest and professional workmanship, they are a bit pricey. But when you need that repair done these people are very good and reliable.

CROOKS- They have a computer repair school & then send these new so called techs out to repair your computer by the hour. I could've bought 2 new computers for their hourly charges and didn't fix problem. Nasty owner.

Guys at Computer Repairs are real professionals! They fixed our Apple MacBook Air for fraction of the price Apple offered to us. There were multiple issues with laptop, and Computer Repair Force went very far to find out what's wrong with it and how to repair it. Very nice and polite, reliable and honest people! I am glad we came to their shop and asked them for help. I didn't find that their service was pricey; comparing to Apples flat fee of $475.00 for repair without even checking what's wrong with the laptop and facing an additional charge from Apple after they will recognize the issue, techs in Computer Repair Force are real deal!!! Thank you guys!

I was dreading having to go to one of the big providers, both for the inconvenience and the possible cost. I found Computer Repair Force, which is very close to my office. Mitchell got rid of the virus, tuned up my computer, and got it back to me the next morning. It works much better than before my computer got infected. Been using CRF for many years now and have always felt confident that i was in the best of hands. Always get great advice. THEN EVERYTHING CYBER STOPPED!!! I went there with multiple computers in hand and we plugged them in and went to work on them right away. It took some time and we had to try all the obvious options and consult with other tech's. All now involved by putting their combined creative knowledge together and thinking outside the box fixed everything and a whole bunch of other fixes and cleans. We even set up my phone while I waited. It was like going into the ER with your whole family and quickly leaving with all healthier than ever!!! I always exclaim about the cost but I never don't pay what's asked for and I've never had a problem. I'm moving from Long Island and plan to keep using CRF because i know it'll be worth the trip.
