CCS picked based on good reviews and it earned another. Work included rejecting W 10 upgrade that caused recycling. Work was prompt, professional and fully explained. Software updated and cleaned up. When startup at home failed, Gary explained why and gave an immediate fix. (Recycling through one of several attached devices. Definately will use again if needed. PROMPT means walk in at 10 am, got call back "done" sometime before 2 pm!

They had a person to speak with to make appointments, and they came to my house on time. Most of the issues were resolved. On the one issue that wasn't, Bryan the owner, called me and offered to fix it at no additional charge over the phone. After dealing with poor, unreliable service for several years I am pleased to have found a better computer service company for my future needs.

Along with that, they ordered the parts and fixed my computer in a timely fashion, which was a huge help given I'd be stranded without my computer. Neither Apple nor Optimum could fix my iMac problems. Brian came to my home office on time, and was courteous and quick. He could not fix all the issues, but promised he would if he could take the computer with him. He left after 5 PM, and at 9 PM I got a call that everything was repaired. I had my computer back by noon the next day. I am grateful to him for his perseverance and expertise. He is a friendly, pleasant person, but does not waste any time while the meter is running.
