Dont waste your time here. I gave them my projector to look at. Told them I had dropped it and it wouldn't turn on. Then the bald guy told me it was gonna take 2 to 3 days to figure out what's wrong. After waiting 7 days, I called back. He said we dont have any information. then I called back 10 days later. Same answer. After that, I went in to see them in person to ask what's going on. He gave me a vague answer saying he will let me know when it's ready. Then after almost 3 weeks, I finally called and asked for my projector back and refund. No refund was given and also they got rude. Calling me names and bad words. This place is a joke. Dont waste your time and money. Go somewhere else . I will definitely take legal action.

Not sure why these guys got a couple of low marks. Maybe there's been a change in staff since, but they were fantastic with me. I started to get a "FAN ERROR" on my laptop and it would shut itself down. Since I use my laptop for my business, I needed it to be looked at ASAP. I called them, they gave me a quote and assurance that they can get it done the same day. I showed up, really friendly guy -- explained my problem and he said he would be able to get it done within 3-4 hours at which point he'd call me. Sure enough, he called and emailed me when he was done -- and not only was my "FAN ERROR" resolved, they had fixed my touchscreen. When asked for the price, it was exactly the price they quoted me on the phone. Then I started to have the "FAN ERROR" issues again (but less frequently, so I was able to work), so I contacted them. They were super responsive and told me that they would need to order a part in that case, and would contact me as soon as the part arrived. Again, they contacted me as soon as the part arrived a couple of days later -- I brought my laptop in to be sorted, similar as before, 3-4 hours. I came back to pick it up, everything was working great, and when I asked how much, they said, no problem, don't worry about it. Outstanding service and quick! I would highly recommend.

Just terrible! Nobody has ever wasted my time as they did. The first time that I went to their office the technician seemed to be a nice guy. My laptop was not turning on. He “fixed” it quickly but almost after an hour of using it the laptop stopped working again. I took it back and just told that I am on a time constraint and asked them to let me know if the laptop can be fixed or not until a certain date so that I could arrange for another machine for my traveling. However, not only they never called me back but they were behaving really rude when I was calling them just asking for a simple question” do they think the laptop can be fixed or not until x-day?” I had to go and ask the machine back for which the technician also behaved impolitely and wasted my time for another two hours before giving the machine back to me on the day of my travel. I asked for a refund and refund was processed. Seriously save your time and money and try somewhere else.

Dropped my 15” 2010 MacBook Pro while in my backpack. Screen and lower portion of the case were destroyed. Not loving the new style of MBpros I was determined to get this one fixed. BNY fixed my laptop back to its original glory. Thanks again!!

Very happy with my service here. They were able to properly diagnose a problem with a Christie Roadrunner L6 projector and then replace the motherboard. I've also used them to fix the power buttons on a few Nexus 5 phones for $50, which another place wanted to charge me $150 for. They also stand by their work, which is hard to find these days.
