Bergen Computer Solutions did not disappoint me once again by chance I was around the area and recently crack my screen I decided to visit my techs here and they amazingly fix my phone making look like new. I in past visit there Ramsey location and now I just visit there new location in Oradell both stores I can say are keep good and clean. The technicians in both stores are friendly and very knowledgeable. I must say anyone looking for tech related services please give them a try you will not regret it!! Thanks again Bergen Computer.

I am not an easy customer but Erwin handled my computer issues with professionalism, respect and courtesy. When the quote came in higher than previously thought, he even offered to pay the difference out of his own pocket. Who does that??? When the weather prevented me from getting to the store to retrieve my laptop back, he offered to bring it to me personally after work, on his own time, because he lived near my office. Employees like that are impossible to find. He should be rewarded for such efforts. As a small business owner, I’d pay over market to have people like that on staff.

These guys were great! Fixed my old Mac Mini that Apple wouldn't fix and did it for a reasonable price and it works perfectly!! Thank goodness for regular backips! They were kind and knowledgeable and no nonsense, no upsell. Straight up good folks. Thanks Guys!!!

Brought my MacBook to be repaired. They said they know how to work with MacBook Pro. I was leaving for a long trip within a couple of days. I went there because they were closer to my home and less expensive than the place Apple suggested I take my computer. I was told they can’t fix it. When i got my computer back, it was giggling inside. Not sure if they took parts out or just didn’t attach everything back in place. My advise is DON’T bring your MacBook there.

I took my Seagate external hard drive to Bergen Computer Solutions in Oradell, NJ for data recovery services. I was charged $69.31 for an initial scan. I was informed that it would have to be sent to their other facility as they could not repair it locally, but this would require a more advanced scan costing $101.29. I received an initial "estimate" that it would cost an additional $425.53 to recover my data. [All was within the "reasonable" threshold thus far.] I was sent an email and SMS telling me to contact them to receive a revised estimate. I was told something similar to the following: "They looked at it, and it's really bad. We can't guarantee recovery, but the cost for recovery is likely to reach $2,200." I was now done with them as this was an outrageous cost, and likely designed to play on the psychology of feeling "trapped" by my lost $170.60 for the two overpriced tests. Instead, I made them send me back my hard drive, and sent it to Seagate for repair. Seagate charged me $49.00 for the initial examination, and $550.00 to FULLY RECOVER my data. I am disgusted by my experience with Bergen Computer Solutions. UPDATE: My response from the owner literally says "I'm sorry you are confused." Here's a quick note on customer service. DON'T BLAME THE CUSTOMER FOR YOUR BROKEN SERVICE. FYI: I'm a professor, and I actually "teach" a course in Service Marketing, wrote a textbook on the subject, and won the lifetime achievement award in the field from the American Marketing Association.

Fast, fair and easy! So happy with my experience here! I spilled water across my MacBook Air Thursday night, aired it out on Friday and on Saturday it turned on but wouldn’t hold a charge. I was heartbroken. I stopped in here on a whim Saturday morning and Christian was so sweet and knowledgable. Pricing was fair and transparent and I felt good about leaving my laptop with him. Monday morning I got a call that my laptop was ready and working perfectly! I was ecstatic! I didn’t need a new battery like I originally thought and the water clean up was a success. I plan to be more careful and hopefully won’t need to be back here soon : ) highly recommended! Thank you BCS!

Pricy and slow. They could have done it much faster and differently without doing extra work and charging me extra. I paid 275 plus tax for reinstalling the windows and saving the data. They could just re-start the computer by using the disc. On top of this, it was an unnecessary delay when I picked it up due to their mistake of the charging and bill adjusting.
