Used them to replace a battery on my MacBook Pro 2012. It was quick and painless. The price was fair. Daniel found an aftermarket battery with a long warranty. I only had to go without my laptop for 2 hours. Couldn't be easier!

Just completed our second transaction with Daniel and he is proving to be the best. Where others have failed miserably in their attempts to cure my IMac's woes, Daniel and his new retail store called Apple Core on Cordova, fixed all of the problems and some I didn't know I had. If you have a Mac that needs help, or are looking to add a Mac, Apple Core is the place you will be best served. Quick, friendly and excellent work at a very reasonable price. I wouldn't go anywhere else with my Mac needs.

Horrible. Took my MacBook Pro, and the person said it would be cheaper to buy another one, he didn’t even let me show what was going on, closed my laptop very abruptly and said that I caused the problem on it. I took to Apple store and it was fixable and cost a fraction of what he told me it would cost and not even close to what the told me. Oh and I didn’t do it. The problem happens sometimes and unfortunately happened to me. I do not recommend this place at all.

Daniel is fully knowledge about all things Mac and has an impressive array of refurbished Mac products for those recognizing that the newest and latest is not always the greatest. I got my teenage sons refurbished MacBook Airs for a great price and he had them fully loaded and ready to go upon pick up. Boys are thrilled. But even more impressively, Daniel talked me out of trying to fix my own keyboard explaining how keyboards have evolved, how difficult they are to fix, and how unreliable that fix is. No, he did not sell me a whole new computer instead, he just gave me knowledge to figure out how I wanted to proceed myself. It's great to have this resource in Santa Fe, especially for those of you who have not been pleased with DotFoil.

In March 2018 my 2009 27 inch IMAC screen went black. I couldn't get it to work so I yelped computer repair in Santa Fe and noticed Apple Core. I hadn't ever used them but they had all positive reviews, which is close to impossible to find. I gave them a call and the owner Daniel answered. I told him the issue and he thought it might be the graphics card. I brought it in and he was going to give it a complimentary once over. Within no more then a day Daniel called and said he did a thorough trouble shoot and that my hard drive was failing. My computer is not 9 years old so I figured it was going to break down eventually. In the end he suggested a solid state drive and explained the reasoning. It was more expensive then the basic hard drive but said it would turn my computer into a fast machine. I trusted he was right and had him install the more expensive drive. His pricing seemed fair and I must say now my computer runs much better/faster! I'm a happy customer, thanks again Daniel!

I am so glad I found Apple Core! My mackbook pro was failing so I stopped in the MAC store to try and get it fixed only for them to tell me i had to schedule an appoint online with the genius bar. After waiting a whole week just for my appointment 3 technicians said there was nothing they could to and tried to sell me a $2000 computer. They were extremely rude and the customer service was horrible. I then took it to a couple of other computer stores just for them to tell me the same thing. Then i did some research and found Apple core. The reviews i read were amazing so i decided to take my computer there. As soon as i walked in i was greeted with exceptional customer service. Daniel was able to do a complementary diagnostic immediately. He found that all my computer needed was a replaced hard drive. I spent only a fraction of what i would've at the Mac store! I am extremely grateful for Daniel's honesty, efficiency and hospitality! More people need to know about this store!

My MacBook Air was increasingly unreliable. In the middle of working, it would simply black out. Sometimes I could reboot it quickly, but lately it would take a day or more to reboot and finally this week it just stopped. I brought my laptop to Daniel Saturday (mind you it's the weekend!) morning and had it back by Saturday afternoon fully functional. I was ready to buy an entire new system (almost $2K I hadn't budgeting for) and instead paid $300 to fix and update my current system. I find that amazing! Thank you Daniel! I hope the word gets out, but in a selfish way, not so much that you can't keep doing such a fabulous job so quickly :-) Seriously though, you are five stars plus.

The services that were provided were remarkably satisfactory an outstanding! I would refer the core to all of my family and friends. The people there are knowledgeable and helpful. I specialize in music production and require an extremely specialized environment so that everything runs efficiently in order to achieve my final result. Daniel was very knowledgeable and helped me figure out a way to get more memory in my Mac. No one else in town could help or even knew what I was talking about. I even tryed a place called Dotfoil which is supposed to be an authorized Apple repair center. Apple Core is truly a great place we are so lucky to have it in Santa Fe.

I had recently upgraded to a new iMac and David purchased my older but clean iMac for a very good price. The other day, after realizing that about 1000 emails had disappeared from my inbox, I was pretty freaked out and took my laptop into Apple Core. Even though they weren’t officially open that day, Daniel took the time to talk to me, advising me to call AOL about recovering my emails, and he also went ahead and checked my laptop (knowing I was pretty freaked out), found and cleared several viruses and trojans. This is a great place for all your Apple needs. Me and my friend had lost hope because I had forgotten my password. We had to download important software for an assignment. All our problems were solved by the owner “Daniel”. I’ve been to other places in Santa Fe. This place is great. He is super knowledgeable and patient. I highly recommend this place!
