Supreme Computer Solutions has helped us with our computing needs. At the store/office, you are greeted by his lovely receptionist and a small dog (if you are lucky). The office is clean/tidy with products available to purchase on-site. Rafal, from Supreme Computer Solutions took care of all my personal computer problems in a prompt and cost effective manner. In addition, I used Supreme Computer Solutions at my company's office, where they design our computer lab while integrating an efficient network. I highly recommend using Supreme Computer Solutions.

Ralph was incredibly helpful with my laptop repair. Not only was he able to easily diagnose and resolve the issue, he was very communicative as he kept me updated on the process. Additionally, he gave me tips as to how to avoid the problem, and how if another related issue arose, he'd have the necessary parts ready to fix my laptop. The service he provided me was exceptional, and although I don't want to have another laptop problem any time soon, I know that if I do, I'll definitely be seeing him again!

knowledgeable, honest (talked me down from certain upgrades that didn't make sense that I suggested), good prices and fast turnaround. I originally took my laptop to microcenter some big box computer store. After trying to charge me close to $300 for a screen repair they returned it after a month stating they couldn't find the parts. Supreme Computer Solutions took care of it for less than half the cost and turned it around in 2 days. if you need to fix your laptop this is the place

I fell and cracked my phone screen (iPhone 6) one day and called this shop immediately after. They said they could have it done for me that same day (which I was super shocked about, by the way). I brought it to them and twenty minutes later they called to pick it up---and let me tell you, it works great! Super fast service and not all that expensive. and they have a cute dog walking around the store too !!

Lets start with, it's a local business and I try to support local business. Then let's address the fact that the costumer service and technical service that I received were phenomenal! I was not charged and I was educated on the problem and how to prevent it from occurring again. **UPDATE** It has been a few years since my last visit and I returned with a new problem. With a quick turn around speed and the best possible pricing, Raf was able to resolve my problem and not just replace the part. Raf literally saved me a few hundred dollars. PLUS he fixed the problem over a holiday weekend. That's the same great service and price over the course of a few years. This place is the best and their a local business.

This place is FABULOUS. Never again will I deal with one of the giant computer stores with nameless, faceless repair services that take weeks. The folks at Supreme Computer Solutions diagnosed my laptop problem (a broken hard drive) in about 30 seconds, then replaced it (for only $185 total) in two days. Not only that, he reinstalled the operating system and basic software! I am thrilled beyond words! I cannot say enough good things about the service here!

First time I fixed my laptop at “Supreme Computer Solutions” in February 2015 and it was stable for 3.5 years. Recently while looking for scanner’s driver I installed “Driver Assist” program. The program generated controversial recommendations and started asking me for payments. I uninstalled it. After rebooting PC USB drivers stopped working. All 3 USB ports did not respond. Troubleshooter could not identify the problem. I tried uninstalling USB drivers and installed the latest files from ASUS and Intel. This did not help. In October I’ve got another issue: failure of Windows updates. It was too much for me and I brought laptop to “Supreme Computer Solutions” second time. Again, Ralf was on the top and fixed USB and Windows updates in one day. However, I noticed issues with computer display and microphone. Ralf managed to find some time even on Sunday and tried to fix this remotely. Unfortunately, it was impossible. The only reliable solution was reinstalling Windows. Ralf backed up all my files, reinstalled Windows, and then restored all original programs. He even created a shortcut to quickly reset my printer and scanner. I wish my plumber and auto mechanic had the same customer oriented attitude! I recommend “Supreme Computer Solutions” as the best place for computer related issues and upgrades.
