I called about 2weeks ago and received a quote from a man named Sam; he was super friendly and thorough with his answers. I took my laptop in, and it was ready for pick up the next day. It is no longer opening random pages and is now actually staying charged! They also fix a couple buttons at no extra charge. Fair prices, great customer service and great job!

My computer was lost after I dropped it off. Old management wouldn't help me but rather said hit the road and then gave me an older computer that belonged to someone else. New management helped me!!! I was given a newer and better computer 4 months later. This is a sign of a great company. Mistakes happen. We all want to to forgiven. The question do we forgive?? Does most companies own up to the mistake and correct it? Great companies do!!! Microtech , Timberland to name two. THIS IS A COMPANY THAT CAN HELP YOU, YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY!!!

My lenovo laptop was gone dead and i was travelling abroad in a day these guys repaired my laptop back to life and charged nominal for there service. Thank you microtech computers for helping me out same day, Manager and staff are very co-operative and helping in nature. i would recommend microtech to my friends and dear one if they faces any problems with electronics. These guys repair mobiles, led tv , laptops all in one single roof.

Poor customer service. Guy at the counter (old guy) was rude and started arguing with me. He was not giving me basic quotes for the laptop repair service requested and was surely trying to rip off. Avoid this one. There are couple of good ones next to this store but not listed on google maps. Try them or visit ones on Central Ave.

BEWARE, THIEVES! These guys stole the RAM card from our laptop today. We called the police and we had them make a report. So, please, please, please, when these guys 'lose' your stuff there or boldly steal from you, call the police. When you don't-you let them get away with it every time and pull the same trick on others over and over again. When there are many police reports about this place, it will arise suspicion and, eventually, will make it difficult on them to continue stealing from people and they will have to stop this vicious practice. I brought my laptop there this morning to have a broken charging port fixed. They didn't open it in front of me, they called me later and said the RAM card was missing. But it's impossible! The laptop would not run without a RAM, and mine ran just fine all these years till I broke the charging port yesterday and brought it into this store to get it fixed.

I’m not one to write reviews but this place was just THAT horrible not to mention UNPROFESSIONAL. I brought in my iPhone to repair a cracked screen. Upon arrival my phone was on, I could pick up calls, and partially see activity on my screen it was ONLY cracked. I wasn’t greeted, had to get the owners attention then I was told the fix would take 30 minutes and they would call. I received a call two hours later so I went to get the fixed phones. When he gave me the phone it would not go on but the owner told me not to worry to “just go home” and it will go on. I felt skeptical so I tried to turn it on in my car but it wouldn’t go on. He then tried to tell me it was my Battery because “it was drained” but I dropped the phone off on full battery. Then he said it was broken before I brought it but remember my phone was on and fully functioning prior to bringing it only the screen was cracked. (Why wasn’t I called and made aware there was another issue besides the screen) I made them give me a refund and brought it to AZ wireless whom I recommend to any one of you’s. Definitely careless unprofessional and rude! Will never go there again and do not recommend you to .

They trick and deceive people. Really BAD service. STAY AWAY!!! All they care about is ripping you off. They say it takes 2 days to fix computer, but they lie. Not honest at all. No one should go here to fix computer or even for anything. Shop elsewhere for better service. Very bad service and rude staff.

Hi friends my daughter dropped dropped my Lenovo laptop and was not turning on. My wife and i visited microtech computers shop in heights JFK blvd. They took the laptop for diagnostic in the morning and later in the evening they called me that it's fixed i was curious to know what was the problem, they explained me it was components on the motherboard which got disturbed when falling from certain height. Thanks GOD it was not motherboard because i7 motherboards are costly my hubby said, they charged us nominal fees for there service. Thank you Microtech computers for providing excellent service u guys are very very good in your related service field.I will suggest my friends and relatives to visit them in future when they are surrounded by any computer issues.

Stay away they sold me a 'new' laptop which the sceen dimmed and when i brought it back (with the receipt) they would not refund my money! Had the same thing happen to my wife's deskstop with a replaced hard drive!

Worst computer shop ever.... First of all, Have you ever lost a computer here!? They very likely may " own " it. Two examples of me losing things to these jerks. 1, is I used to have this old laptop.... so it was messed up so I was like " OH NO I NEED IT FIXED!" 1 week later, Scammer: " Oh no sorry i lost it" 2, is when i needed my 3ds fixed, one week later Scammer: Oh no i lost it..." 1 day later.... Scammer: " ok this is the 3ds you asked for... take it before that guy i stole it from comes back!"

Don‘t ever let this guys have you computer ever！！！！ I dropped my computer there and they promised to change the keyboard and clean van but they didn't clean the van and still charged me $80!!!! Do not let they have your computer ever!!!!

Crooks. Avoid at all cost. I went to repair 5s screen. Screen was foggy and was never clear. Took it back same day and he tries to convince me that there isn't a get blob on the screen it's my background picture. Seriously? So no we can't have the picture we want. Had the same picture for 6 months. Do not get work done here. Contact BBB.
