The worst customer service I have Ever experienced. They never called me back witth a status update when they assured me they would.This happened over 10 times. They told me my repair would take 5-10 business days and it took a month. At one point when I called, they told me my comp was ready for pick up so I went to go pick it up and the guy at the front desk had no idea what I was talking about. My computer wasn’t ready. When I finally Got upset and called them, the guy was completely unapologetic and rude. I asked to speak to the manager and the guy said he was the owner, David. Would def not recommend this place! I never write reviews but felt compelled to this time!

This man is a GOD-SEND. I walked in with a MacBook that had a cranky backlight for the keyboard. He set it down immediately, worked on it and I walked out 15 minutes later, just $20 lighter. Remember: I never asked him earlier how much, so he could've charged a lot more. Please go to David without a thought!

I have a 6 year old PC and it's starting to show signs of age. On two separate occasions, Peter's PC Repair managed to rescue my WIN7 machine, allowing me to keep all of my downloaded software and saving me the cost of an upgrade.
