Awful, terrible service run by some shady characters. Took my iPhone here to fix cracked screen and they used super cheap knock-off parts. Screen wasn’t nearly as bright as before and the battery drained super fast. Also, touch response went down dramatically. I went back to store three different time to deal with these guys and they REFUSED to give me a refund. I had to call my credit card company in order to get my money back. DO NOT PAY THEM CASH

Great job always looking to throw in some extra stuff to make the price worth it. Good place to get phone fixed within a reasonable time frame. (30minutes-1Hour) cant beat that. Plus side while you wait there is a good pizza place across street and smoothie king at the corner BOOM!

Where should I begin! Recently I inquired about replacing my iPhone 6 Plus battery because it wasn't holding a charge, I called and they assured me that this can be fixed in as little as an hour! I dropped my phone off and picked it up one hour later and the problem was solved. One week later my little cousin dropped his phone and shattered the screen on his phone, so we dropped it off and sure enough we picked it up one hour later. I couldn't believe how fast and fairly priced both processes were. I would highly recommend this establishment for all mobile phone repair needs.

I got my screen fixed here and it took 2 days to fix it. When I got my phone back it was acting weird and after a couple days it stopped working completely. I brought it back to the place and they said it has nothing to do with the screen and that it wasn’t their fault, but before I brought it to him it worked fine just the screen was cracked a little. I spent $150 on a screen that made my phone stop working probably because they did not install it the right way. He also said that if it was a software problem that there is no way to fix it but I went to another place and they said that it is fixable.

Despite how much I dread getting my phone fixed, Glen Rock Phone Repair is probably the only store I actually trust. They make sure all your needs are covered and that your phone is in tip top condition when you leave. I've been to almost every place to get my phone fixed and I've spent ridiculous money at places that didn't properly put together my phone which resulted in more damage. Glen Rock Phone Repair has the best prices and they do the most efficient job!
