What a nightmare these guys are! First off, they will try to charge you for anything they can...1) They tried charging me over $100 to install OS onto my mac when its FREE!!! the applecare people laughed when I told them that. 2) Later on, I needed a small part to install and he actually told me he would have to charge me to look up the part (it literally took me less than 45 seconds to find on amazon) Then, after I needed to order a new part, they very rudely told me they didnt have 3 ft of space to store my computer while I waited for the part, so I literally had to go back and pick up my computer and re drop it off later. When I brought it back with the new part, he told me I needed another part!!! They are incompetent. So once again, I had to take my computer back and make yet another trip back when the other part came in. I brought it back a third time and they literally lost the screws to put my computer back together. If that wasnt bad enough, they actually blamed me for losing them (which was impossible bc they clearly never gave them to me, which I told them when I first picked it up and asked where the screws were, and he replied "I dont know, Im not the technician that took it apart") Then after they repeatedly couldnt find the screws, they had the gull to tell me I had to order new ones. This is not a joke, and I cant even explain how absurd this all was. Finally they finished installing a hard-drive for me, weeks later by now, and after I brought it home the computer wouldnt recognize the hard drive!! Which means they either incompetently installed it incorrectly, or installed it incorrectly on purpose, so I would have to bring it back and pay their "Bench fee" which they try so hard to make everyone pay for no reason. Good god, dont ever get involved with these guys. I wish there was a zero or negative rating bc one star does not tell the truth.

Took iPhone there for repair. When I picked it up I was informed that the screen was not correct and in fact the glass screen protector that I thought I had removed saved my phone. Happened a while ago, but I was having trouble with my charging port, and I couldn't charge my phone. First, this place charged the least amount of money. When, I got there, they were really honest, and cleaned out my port very good. They cleaned it twice to make sure. After that, they gave it back and the port was like new. I recently dropped off a vintage first-generation 1984 Macintosh 128k computer to Emergency Repair Shop and had them assess the working order of its internal floppy drive, which I thought was in a state of disrepair. Within a week or so, they called me back to tell me the problem was not in the drive itself, but in one or two of the discs that I provided them with. Other discs worked fine. I was quite relieved because I intend to sell my Mac with all its accompanying software as well as the original Imagewriter Printer. I can't thank Josh and his colleague enough for their honest and timely report. Not only is their shop pristine, but their kindness and courtesy are unsurpassed. Remarkably, they did not charge me a service fee. Therefore, I give them all an unconditional 5-star recommendation--this from a former university Director of Multimedia Services. Bravo!

I've used these guys before and they have always been fair in price and excellent in service. I recently brough my (old) phone in to check if I should get what i thought would be an expensive repair or pay for an even more expensive replacement. Instead they kept the phone for a bit and then called me (on my office number) to ket me know it was fixed - a fix they did not charge me for because "it just needed a cleaning and only took 10 minutes. I'll keep using those guys because aI trust them (you can see why) and the work -if I need it - is bettering cheaper than I can get anywhere else

What an absolutely wonderful experience! We are on vacation in Ocean City and my sister's cell phone screen went bananas. We did a quick Google and found that this place was open at 10 am the following morning. That next day we drove across the bridge and were waiting when Phil opened up at 10. He was super nice in his greeting and diagnosed the issue immediately as an easy fix. He then went on to explain that some places might try to do a quick partial fix, but that isn't the way they do things, and that he could have it done in about an hour. Minutes later when we were in the car, he called and asked what we were going to do for the hour, because since he knew we are from out of town, he had suggestions of breakfast places! I found that to be such a kind and detail-oriented gesture. An hour or so later, Phil called again to let us know the phone was ready. We picked it up (at what I think is a very reasonable price) and with some further area suggestions of bakeries and restaurants, we were on our way. Highly, highly recommended.

Went there a few weeks ago. I went to go fix something that was clearly wrong with the logic board of a relatives iPhone. Even though the issue was unfixable, the guy behind the counter explained everything to me in detail and alternative methods I could take to either recover the data on the device or replace the damaged board. In the end of his diagnostics, I wasn't even charged. This place is clearly being run by great people who want to actually help you. My friend went there to fix an All-in-One computer, and it didn't take nearly as long as we though it would. Nice, friendly, simple repairs. Am so glad there are actually still businesses like this around. Can't recommend this place enough. :D

Don't mess around with the clowns on the boardwalk...these guys are real pros that will fix your phone for the right price, with no haggling and no hassle. They fixed my iPhone 6 screen within 45 minutes with no issues at all. Being new to Ocean City i didn’t have a place to take my iPhone when the battery went dead in minutes after just taking it off the charger. Searching and finding there was no Apple store even reasonably close i found Emergency Repair Shop’s ad on the net. A great call for me. Took my phone to them and had a new battery in 3 hours. I stopped in the ERS shop, where they quickly checked the phone and determined the problem was just a buildup of dust in the charging port. They solved my problem in less than a minute for no charge. I dropped my laptop a few days before the semester started and quickly called the Emergency Repair Shop because I am taking 3 online classes and needed it fixed urgently. The owner quickly ordered the needed parts and had them two day shipped in order to finish the project before my first assignments came due. My laptop was fixed within three days!!! The owner even made it possible for me to pick up my laptop after hours when it was more convenient for me. They are affordable and much faster than other repair shops in the area. I would never trust my electronics with anyone else.

They charged my phone for me all day, and then took the time to help me find an external phone charger where I could charge the battery so I could at least back my phone content up. These guys really helped me. My 2012 HP Pavilion laptop had a broken hinge + the OS would not fire up. Well, they repaired the hinge and put in a fresh Windows 8.1, then tuned up my apps and downloads so my computer will be functioning nicely for another couple of years.

As the Network Administrator for a company with 200 iPads, I needed to find a reliable, capable repair shop. After having a terrible experience with Batteries+ Bulbs I found these guys on Google and I could tell from my first interaction with them that they were consummate professionals. They fixed some iPads for us that I guarantee that no other repair shop in the area besides an Apple repair shop could have fixed. They use quality parts and do quality work and they charge a price that reflects that. However, it's still way cheaper than buying a new one, cheaper than having it fixed by Apple, and cheaper than having a shop that doesn't know what they're doing ruin your device. Highly recommend.
