By some stroke of good fortune, I bumped into Computuners on Facebook today. Called them about an issue I was long overdue about resolving because previous attempts with "high profile" IT people were becoming futile. They shared my screen, and in less than 15 seconds located the problem and went about correcting it . I can't say enough about Computuners! The keyboard went on my daughters laptop and they ordered and installed a new one within a few days. The same week my hard drive was not working went to Computuners and bought a new computer from them. I was using windows 7 and they gave me the 10 but set it up so it was close to the 7 to make my life easier. They were able to transfere all my data. When I went to pick it up the employee set it up for me and explained everything to me and the added built in features. Best service I ever received. In helping me with a problem with my email, they recommended numerous upgrades to my computer. They explained each of these upgrades in detail which all made sense and i agreed to them. When I came to pick up my computer, they explained each of the new features they added. With regard to the switchover there was a password issue with microsoft office. They contacted microsoft on my behalf and spent at least 40 minutes on the phone to resolve the issue. Once I took the computer home, they worked with me remotely to reconnect my printer and upgrade the features as well as recommend and add additional features . I worked as a client service professional with high level clients for over 30 years and am well aware of what going over and beyond entails. In my opinion, Computuners sets the bar. My 9 year old laptop crashed, which is the "work horse computer" for my business. The fan died and the hard drive was at 8% "health" (should be 100%). He has gone beyond the normal call of duty, even dropping my new computer off at my house at 11:30 at night because it took longer to configure then normal. Scott walked me through each problem, explained what had happened, corrected both problems and then took me step by step through the results to insure that I had a complete understanding of the situations. Since I am not the most technically knowledgeable computer person, Scott was able to explain things to me in terms that I could understand and follow. He was patient, knowledgeable and took the time to insure my understanding. I have dealt with other support groups before I came to Computuners and can say that their service and Scott in particular are far and away the best at what they do.

I had a system crash, I had someone come in and could not diagnose or offer me a solution. Scott came to me within an hour on a Friday afternoon, the computer had serious issues, he took it saved all my work and programs and was here Monday am with a new unit that is lightening fast and loaded with memory. It would not leave until I was totally satisfied. I can't thank them enough for a professional fix. Give them a try if you have any computer issues.

They are fast and quick also don't charge for diagnosis . We have laptop to check which was not charging they diagnosed for free and in 3 days we got to know that it was a motherboard issue. Honest so wrote a review. Good work keep it up.

From the quintessential Luddite, Scott Sobol from Computuners made our PC upgrade painless and quite seamless. They installed a new solid state drive into an older Dell desktop machine and upgraded from windows 7 to 10, then got all our programs running at mach speed....I highly recommend them for your personal and business computing needs.

Wow. This is THE place to get your computer up and running. All of the sales help were honest, timely, and friendly. Steve and Isaac were very knowledgeable about fixing the computer. But even after I brought it home Scott, over the phone -for free, was so kind and patient helping me set everything to my liking and showing me (a computer novice) many helpful tips. Computuners located at 134 Main Street in Nanuet, NY is the most wonderful place you need to visit. When I had difficulty getting my computer to print after receiving new equipment because my old components weren't working together correctly one of the owners contacted me and offered his expertise and time because I was unable to get the equipment working by myself. Computuners has this service where they can log onto my computer from their facility and help me do what they are telling me what to do. Without their help and patience I would not have been able to use my computer. All of the people who work at Computuners are the smartest, calmest, kindest people I have ever met who don't stop helping until all is working correctly. They will help again if I call and need them. Wonderful people, wonderful help and guidance.
