Had a wonderful experience at Computech Experts. Sam was able to identify the problem as soon as I explained him the issue. And within few hours he changed the charging port and the issue was resolved. Sam is very knowledgeable and would highly recommend him for any laptop repair work.

ONCE THEY GOT MY MONEY THEY DIDN'T CARE ABOUT MY SATISFACTION OR THE QUALITY OF THE SERVICE! I had my iphone 6s screen replaced, ok price, fast service. But on the very next day, the phone is in my pocked and the screen cracks... there was no fall or hard impacts on the phone... it simple cracks! I went back to have the screen replaced for a better one or my money back... and the only thing they had to offer me was a "sorry" and a "discount" for a new screen in case I want to have it fixed... I don't know if they used a very poor quality screen or if they had a bad batch but apparently I'm the one who has to pay for that...

Sam is genuine guy. Advised accurately for my iPhone. Other vendors asked to replace the display but Sam fixed it in $15 only. Recommended for through verification and repair

Update: I did not print 25 pages by mistake. The print that came out was all illegible and all the letters in the content were smashed together making it totally useless. The shop owner told me that I have to pay for this bad printing job as if it was my mistake that the print came out horrible. Not good service at all. Only care about money and expensive too.

I needed a repair and dell transfered me to 3 different people and 3 different departments and still couldnt give me the item number i needed for the part to repair. This place not only ordered the part for me so i could get it done quickly but they did it without me coming in to put the deposit down because of my work schedule. Very friendly extremely helpful and my repair was literally done the next day after i brought the pc in. Highly recommend using them for all your cpu needs. And reasonably priced. Thanks again pal!

The man tried charging me extra money for something I never asked for (and could do for myself for free). The prices to use the computers went up, so did the printing costs. I would have given less stars if the man had not replaced my phone battery. He was not patient with me and seemed pretty schemish on many parts, but he did in fact replace the battery. Prices are ridiculous though.

Ok, so if you want a true review, take it from me. I have been coming here for little over a year now, and I must say I have never heard "i cant repair that" no matter what year make or model... he does it all! The owner here has plenty of patience and he is definitely very fair with his prices. And ill tell you, before I found this diamond in the rough, I had been cheated, gipped, dipped and dooped by many other computer joints around Hudson County.....I can not express the professional and timely work on all the different items I have brought to him. everything from touch screen tablet replacement... to fixing an old out dated phone for my sons first cellphone... also he replaced the keyboard to my laptop on a few occasions. As a mother of 4, I get many drops, spills and cracks, and I can always count on Computech to get it fixed quick and cheap! I highly recommend this as your go to tech spot.

A little expensive but good and fast service. My laptop screen was not functioning properly but they changed it for a new one. The screen resolution, however for some reason is lower than before and all the driver and windows update after the job didn't help. Gave excellent service when I followed up.

It's scary when your Google phone dies for no reason and Best Buy can't help. I happened upon Sam and his electronic repair store/internet cafe on the corner of Central Avenue and Sherman Place in Jersey City NJ. He was very efficient and fair. I am back up and running on my phone quickly!! I would definitely recommend Sam!!! So appreciative to find an honest electrician!!! 5 stars well earned!!

Had a liquid damage in my Macbook Pro and logic board completely gone. Sam there had complete idea of what he was doing, and fixed it for me. Been going to this store since I moved to Jersey City and Sam has not let me down since!! Anything I need done (from broken phones to fixing my computer) it is done in a timely manner and at a reasonable price.

Doing an exercise for school, I accidentally reconfigured the boot drive on my laptop. Comptech agreed to fix it this for me so that I was able to access my files. The computer was returned to me with the hard drive was wiped clean. Sam explained to me that both technicians at this site were not able to do the task I specified and had no other option but to wipe my computer clean. Under no condition did I give verbal or written permission to destroy my data. Despite my very specific request to save my files, Sam informed me that he did not know there were files on my computer. I was charged $64 without a proper explanation, refund for damage to my property, or even an apology. Sam did not contact me for consent or notification that he had no other recourse but to wipe out 2 years of invaluable data and pictures on my son nor did Comptech allow me the option to have my laptop serviced elsewhere. These technicians lack knowledge and customer service skills to effectively run a business of this type. The damage that Comptech caused to my property is irreversible. Do not trust them with yours.

Had a broken Laptop and a cracked Phone Screen. Both were fixed quickly and at a fair price. I was especially happy with the cracked screen, as two other "mobile phone fix it places" in JC told me they did not have glass for my model phone (Asus). Computech simply ordered the glass, called me when it arrived and fixed the phone quickly.

Very mindful and friendly owner. It was my first time in this store. I needed to download windows into my mac computer. I have never done it before, so I googled on how to do it and tried to upload windows on my own. I have spent a week on trying, trying again and again … lost much time and energy, but I couldn’t succeed: it is not easy to find compatible windows version for apple. Thankfully I was carried through this tiring task by Sam. I would recommend this store as a safe shortcut for tough efforts that require a lot of knowledge, patience and time. Thank you, Sam.
