You will see all the opinions of people who are consuming the services and products of Apple Willowbrook (Computer Repair) in New Jersey.
To this day this firm gets a rating of 3.8 over 5 and the rating is based on 594 reviews.
As you can read, its rating is quite good, and it is based on a very high number of scores, so we may say that the valuation is quite accurate. If many people have bothered to value when they are pleased, it works.
You know that we do not usually bother to place tatings when they are good and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or issue...

I brought my phone in for a defective sim card. After using a loner-phone from Apple for over a week with no information on it I was told they backed-up my phone however when I tried to sign into my iCloud account there was no sign of a back-up. I called customer service at Willowbrook, but when someone finally answered the representative actually hung up on me. Very disappointing and may be switching out of apple. I do not recommend using this Apple store.
My son cracked his screen so we went to the store around 11:00 and it was mobbed as usual. They told me I needed to make an appointment and the earliest one was 3:00 so we left and headed back later to get there before 3 only to be told that it was very busy and they were behind and it would be another 45 minutes. I sat at a table until a very nice girl came over and checked the phone, wrote up the work order and took the phone away. They said it would be about an hour. I shopped and came pack an hour later to be told it wasn't quite ready yet. It took another 25 minutes before I saw the phone again, all fixed they said. NOPE. We didn't realize until a few days later that the Willowbrook Tech broke one of the microphones while fixing the screen and they never ran diagnostics to make sure everything was in good order before returning it to me. My son had to take the phone to the Georgetown store where they discovered what the issue was and fixed it for him within the hour. This Willowbrook store is ridiculous. After we got the phone back the first time I had my son put on a glass screen saver. When he had to bring it back because of their negligence, the Georgetown store had to remove the screen again and therefor they had to remove the $ 45 glass screen saver we just put on. Who reimburses me for that ? I will travel a great distance to never have to go to this store again.
Great staff and service. Lots of parking at the mall.
I had one bad experience here, but it was handled very well ($350 gift card). Always nice and friendly staff.
Usually very busy, especially on the weekend. Make sure you have an appointment before arriving if possible and yet still except to wait 20+ minutes before being served at the service desk. Also please note that parking is usually a big deal at Willowbrook Mall. Best entrance IMO would be the entrance near Cheesecake factory. Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. Great gadgets as usual.
Crowded but there are enough salesmen to help.
ALWAYS a giant so expect a long wait!
This used to be a great store with great service but in the last year it's really gone downhill with attitude as soon as you check in for service. God forbid you check in 15 min earlier than your scheduled appointment they won't even check you in. You have to wait until the exact time and wait in line again. Ridiculous especially on a day when it's not that crowded. Customer service skills very poor.
Cozy store, very long lines.
Getting much better. Stafd was quick and even the sales people were able to get me in a nd out kinda quick. After upgrading my phone and transferring all my info from 1 phone to another.
You will never find another group of employees trying so genuinely hard to help other people out at any other retail store. Ever. Smart, loyal, motivated, artful, eclectic...it's the people that make Apple Stores great, and this location is certainly no exception.
Staff is alright. Compared to other apple stores, they dont measure up. They are least knowledgeable compared to most apple stores. They seem a tad bit nonchalant about guests rapport/relationship, and rather than say "i dont know" or "i will find out" , they'd rather just tell you "apple does not accept nor do that" whereas i have done so multiple times at other apple stores in the tristate.
Thrr worst customer services. I get the apple 6 iphone on 04/12/2018 i was not abble to use at the store in White Plains they said i have to use in dominican republic
It's cool looking and over crowded like any other apple store
Apple store that allows fraud. They allowed someone to commit fraud after overlooking several red flags, and refused to own up to their mistakes or try to make it right. I got brushed away when I tried to get them to take responsibility for their actions. We were even able to pinpoint the exact time the fraud happened and they did not help. Very disappointed in a company that supposedly values privacy over all else.
Friendly people. But wait time is long
People are rude here. Apple needs to speed up the game. I spoke to one rep by the name Raj shah. He doesn't even know how to greet a customer and giving false advices on resolving the isses I have been facing with. On top of it he asks me if I sleep everyday or once in 10days when asked about issue with my phone. Not at all courteous. Apple doesn't even give a box to carry replacement iPads! Such a shame that a trillion dollar company tries to re use iPad packaging boxes.
Even though they weren’t able to help me out because I got an iPhone from sprint. They still managed to help me. A gentleman named Chris did everything he can to help my situation even when he didn’t have to but he went out of his way to have someone who could try to help me. He was very respectful and actually seemed like he cared. Chris did help me even though he didn’t need to technically so that’s why I’m doing this review because Apple is lucky to have a genuine employee working for them and they should recognize that and hire more like him. Thanks again Chris.
Made an appointment for 5:10pm on a Sunday. Checked in with someone at 5:05pm and was greeted by Ash a few moments later. Ash was super helpful and troubleshooted my device, I have Apple Care (everyone in their right mind should have it as well) He came back with a new device for me since it was a hardware issue and could not be resolved. It took longer for the new phone to activate in the store than the whole troubleshooting process took. Painless, amazing experience. Bottom line, Apple stores are busy (this should come to no surprise.) Make an appointment and find out if your device is still under warranty so you can prepare for out-of-pocket expenses. Don’t just walk into these busy stores unannounced with a 4 year old phone that you dropped in the toilet and expect them to replace it for free. BUY APPLE CARE WARRANTY+
Third time there. To be honest their on a time limit, so they rush through , a quick fix and I lost things and was told not to reload back up because that’s where the problem is..
Great spot, took my Son the other day, Richard Sawires was awosem, thanks for all your help bro.
Very crowded like any other apple store. Pretty hard to get staffs attention. Seems like they think regardless of how they treat the customer the brand apple is big and popular enough to sell itself.
Just bought a MacBook Pro for my daughter. We had the typical warm and frictionless Apple retail experience.
Staff is always very helpful.
Busy but moved along as smooth once you sign in you wait until staff comes to help.
Adam's a great dude. Helpful staff. All your questions answered.
Quick and prompt service
Very crowded on Sunday but very good
Fast service with nice and informational employees.
I am so pleased with the majority of the associates in the store… There are always going to be one or two bad apples, but for the most part they are very understanding and friendly. I had an issue with my wife's iPhone six as well as my iPhone 6 a few months later and they were so great in helping resolve the issue quickly. A+
I had bought my new iphone last year from the store. Buying a new iPhone was quick as they prioritise customer who come to spend money. Though I opted to email purchase receipt and gave them my email address, I did not received one so went back to employee who i bought iPhone from and he said it might take some time and wait for it. Did not receive at time have to come back couple of times just for receipt. Importantly, some how iPhone got locked in couple of month and went back for technical support. Support guy without properly checking out issue just wanted to erased all data on iPhone and said its required before looking into issue. So did that. And than after restarting I still could not make calls so he said its can not be fixed at Apple store. So first thing they can’t resolve issue and 2nd cleared all data for no reason. This was frustrating. I have been to other apple store before and support guys there explain reasons, nothing like that here. And moved on to next customer
This is one of the worst experience we had in Apple at Willowbrook Mall. Not only did they discrimate us and take advantage of our ability to speak english, they did not do anything to fix my BRAND new phone. We spoke to the manager named Ashley because the Apple technicians were not able to help us with the problem. The phone was very hot and there was a big amount of discoloration around the frame. The manager completly disregarted the problem, and told me that they only fix internal problems and not external ones. We mentioned to the manager and one of the Apple technicians that we feared that the phone would get too hot and burn us. All they said was that "if that happens you could just sue Apple". We don't care about the money, we care about our safety. Therefore, we do not recomend this store to anyone. WORST APPLE STORE. We finally were able to fix the problem by calling Apple customer service and speaking to a representative. They were so kind and helpful to guide us in order to solve the problem.
Very crowded store, but very helpful employees. Definitely worth the trip.
Amazing techs very fast service went above and beyond for me WONDERFUL PLACE WILL GO BACK!!!
Super satisfied with the service i receive every time i come in store with an issue!!! Very helpful team!! So grateful for the service here... helped me resolve all issues I was having with my iPhone! Apple is such a wonderful company always willing to help and get to the root of any problem with you and fix it!!!
I got the appointment between 1:30 - 2:00 PM for pick up the phone that I already paid. They kept saying that not ready and they kept delaying. If they can’t keep promise why they give a appointment? Unbelievable.
I went into the store today to get my step fathers phone fixed. The antenna stopped working out of no where. When they had me wait for 2 hours I assumed the store was going to fix the phone, but this was not the case. Instead the senior manager Stephen Heydel had no respect for my time and told me I was the 2 percent of phones that where bad. Due to this issue I had to pay an additional 300 if I wanted my phone repaired. He was a horrible senior manager in every possible way. I would stay clear of this store and his leadership. After speaking with Apple over the phone the gave me a replacement and said the manager was out of line in how he handled the situation.
The service was undeniably the best I’ve ever had at an apple store. I was dreading even going there but I needed my iPad repaired ASAP. They got me in and out with a working iPad Pro.
Melissa the Store manager at Willowbrook Mall was amazing!! She listened to are needs and concerns. We had called tech support about an issue we had pertaining a phone I purchased a month ago at the store and they couldn’t help.We called the store and spoke to Melissa went in to the store and everything was cleared up. Thank you for your great customer service
Mall had good atmosphere!!!!
Good service great people
I love there Custermer service!!
Very good
It's an Apple store, it's well stocked and clean (ish). BUT! When I went there yesterday to try out a new phone they couldn't help me at all. I use Google maps for work and wanted to see how well it worked on the iPhone SE. No one there could help me get it installed to try it out. I was there an hour and asked all the helpers there, no one knew how to install Google maps on an iPhone SE...
This is my Apple Store of choice because it is closest to my house. I went there the other day as a walk-in because I cracked my iPhone 6S screen. It was cracked to the point that the button was going to fall off, so I could not wait until July 1st for the next open appointment. I went in at 5:30. They took down all of my information and said in about 35-45 minutes, I will get a text message saying to bring my phone back for someone to look at it. 6:30 comes around & I went back into the store. They apologized that I did not get the text and that my appointment was at 6:15. Instead of bumping me back to my spot, they put me at the end of the waiting list, which had 9 other phones ahead of me. They sat me at a table until 7:30, when someone finally came to look at my phone and take it phone from me. She said 8:45-9:00 pm my phone will be ready for me. I figured that would be the case so I was okay with that. In the back of my mind, I say the store closes at 9 anyway so I have to have it back by then. I go back into the store at 8:40 and ask for the status on my phone. Now they say it's not ready, there are 3 phones ahead of mine, and it should be ready at 9:15. I waited until 9:15 at the Genius Bar. They say another 10 minutes and it would be ready. I was told another 10 minutes all the way up until 10:30 that night. They said the machines weren't working properly. To fix the screen, it was $129.00 plus tax. To avoid this again, I wanted a screen protector which was another $35 plus tax. I assumed maybe I would get a discount or something for the wait because of their machines not working. Nope full price for everything meanwhile the girl next to me that was waiting as well got the screen protector for free because her card was declined. They also put it on for her no problem. Apparently nobody knew how to put the screen protector on for me that I bought so I went home and did it myself. I was very unhappy with the service from Apple in Willowbrook mall.
Great experience at this store
Great location, as usual lots of people, get appointment for any service.
I had a horrible experience in Apple Store in Rockaway. After that I went here, place is crowded (not big deal), but it has very polite, smiling, young workers. They helped me a lot to buy non-defective iPhone 7. I spent 7-10 minutes on that. It's my fastest purchase in any Apple Store.
Great customer service and inlcudes latest deals
Apple is the best including willow brook mall if you don’t like it “YOUR CRAZY”
I had an appointment and I was taken on time despite the fact that they were very busy My problem was fixed and the tech person did not make me feel like a 77 year old idiot. My only complaint is the noise level which is deafening
I am an Apple fan!
The 2 employees we spoke with were great. We got so much info. Knowledgeable. Friendly. Great salesperson'ality.
So crowded; the apple guys are always there with their confident faces and always helpful. Generally apple could take recycling phone with little bit better price.
Great staff make an appointment with the genius bar just call that way u will not have to wait in line and will be taken care of right away. MAKE THE APPOINTMENT!!!!! YOU WILL BE IN AND OUT EVEN IF THE LINE IS OUT THE DOOR!!!!!!!! HOPEFULLY YOU'LL TAKE MY ADVICE AND HAVE A GREAT EXPERIENCE, AS FAR AS MY OWN EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD ALL MY ISSUES RESOLVED..... GOOD LUCK AND MAKE APPOINTMENTS WEEKS AHEAD DEPENDING ON TIME OF YEAR, IN OTHER WORDS CALL THE, "GENIUS BAR ", AND MAKE THAT APPOINTMENT....... "AS SOON AS U NEED ANYTHING FIXED" AND TAKE CARE OF YOUR APPLE PRODUCTS....
The wait can be a bit long even with an appointment. Good customer service though.
There doesn't seem to make much sense to make an appointment, because you still end up waiting for about 10 minutes to be seen.
Worst experience with the genuine bar representative. The guy was very very rude.
Good staff
A bit slow but thanks for fixing my glitch
What else can you say it's Apple they take care of you from A to Z the minute you walk in.
Too many people
I went there they gave me a iPhone Xmas that didn’t turn on. Then they gave me a new phone and today before writing this my phone blacked out I highly don’t recommend this apple store
One of the best Apple Store that we have ever been to. I would admit the waiting time is long as in any apple store but thank god that the tech whom helped us named Adam made our visit very pleasant and all the wait was well worth it. Adam is very helpful, kind and went out of his way to help us. One of the best employee if not the best at that location.
The wait time is ridiculous. Be prepared to spend all your day just to get something done here.
What a great experience.. that Jameel for your help!
Worst customer service !! Not accommodating to their customers at all! Leaving on vacation and wanted to change my screen , no complaints about the charge just wanted my screen repaired before I go on my vacation and was told I couldn't change it and I would have to wait until Tomm or wait 5 days .... seriously ? What a great experience Apple ! Your management sucks
Great service!!!
Worst experience ever! I had a tech that did not even looked at my phone about the issues I have and then he got the nerves to say my iPhone 7 Plus it’s only worth 300 dollars and then he said I should upgrade my phone well when I bought my phone I paid 900+ and I put apple care! Never in my life I would spend another dollar on apple products going back to Samsung galaxy!!!
Good people
It’s ok
Their products gave me indigestion. Assumed I was supposed to the devices because you sure as sugar cannot do anything else with them. On the bright side, store is a great place to get a date because the girls shopping here have low standards.
Very professional and staff knows their stuff. They have plenty of staff to help people. Polite and helpful and know all the answers to questions.
Great service! So good, it ALMOST made me want to switch from my Android.... lol.. Swift and Easy purchase of an iMac Air for my daughter. We were in and out of the store within 20 minutes!
The workers over their have an attitude
Great place, helpful apple emloyees
I worked with an employee named Kristie. She sat with me for hours helping me figure out my issue. We tried many options and she kept me calm and was extremely patient. In the end we found a solution and after days of issues I was able to go home with relief. Thank you!
This place is just too busy. Unfortunately Apple has lost a lot of their “good” customer care due to popularity. Anything not specifically covered by warranty is a full priced repair. So don’t expect any handouts at the business. Make sure you schedule tech repairs beforehand but still expect to wait 10-20 mins extra and most often (besides screen repairs) they will need to take your device and give you a new one. Staff is nice, but just really unable to do much on the spot and you are often left wondering why you didn’t just go to a 3rd party kiosk outside.
Way too crowded! Can't get anyone to help you.
Excellent servcie.
Firstly, I have been with apple for 20+ years, be it the ibook MacBook, iPad, Iwatch and iPhone, I have had it, and continue to still have it. I have been to many different and much busier and slower apple store. This store is very disorganized and displaced and confusing. Not a normal apple setting which is weird because all of New York and some NJ stores I have been to so far, have same concept and layout, but this location seems to be out of place.
Good response and service
I had the best customer service from my apple representative Darlyn. He attended me with very nice professionalism and answered all of my questions. I purchased a brand new Ipad for my wife and he made everything as smooth as possible and he's a open and great person. One of the best apple stores i have had the pleasure to be at. Will definitely be back for my next purchase for the Ipad pro for my business. Definitely count on it !!!
great store because you can buy stuff from it.
Fun place
Better take an appointment if you want to get the staff’s attention, else they don’t really care
I had terrible Apple Retail Store experience. Very rude advisors...
The place is super busy but the guy Matt who sold me the computer was pretty cool even though he forced me to buy the warranty haha but he was cool and honest.
Quick and friendly service. Staff super helpful and knowledgeable. For how busy it they tame traffic well and really know their stuff. And they don’t work on commission so they’re not typically trying to sell everything to you. They narrow down what you want vs what you need and get it right. Kudos!
Ashley was a delight on Sunday! Thank you!
After spending one hour trying to buy a phone on line in the store I had a problem with 2 of the computer the manager told me that I will NOT be able to purchase the phone with a credit card from Costa Rica wish I went and seat down outside the store and I purchased with my own phone. I felt the few of your store personal did not want to help me
Good place but take forever to get the order ready
Good place
Its ok
Located in the Willowbrook Mall. It’s the typical Apple store that offers classes on Apple Store Apps. Staff can be helpful and waiting time can vary depending on the service you require. The good thing is they can message you once someone is available to speak with and again when your product is ready for pick up. Prices seemed bit pricey when compared to competitors.
I bought an apple watch from some tall guy a few weeks ago. Every single questioned I asked him he had no idea what the answer was. Not even the price. Just kept saying "I think" or "maybe" or "not sure". How did he even get the job here? And he kept talking to his Co workers that were leaving while ignoring me. Idk why I even purchased the Apple watch there or from him. Never gonna buy anything at this store again. If I was I'm not gonna bother asking for help.
Wow, has to be the worst human experience in purchasing I have ever witnessed. Guess it works great for weak people who like to be controlled. I was there to BUY and not browse. Guess their nixing the registers and properly trained sales staff attracts a specific type. Hmmmm 1984 commercial was a prelude to them being the conformists. Kinda scary actually. Not interested in a cash sale - just wanted me to conform. Now I really know why I like Android. No sale Apple! Taking my money home - happy conforming!
Great staff & service.
You can spend literally the whole day there before anybody finally comes to you even if you expressed at the start your decision to buy a certain item without any useless consultant's involvement...We left this awful place, changed our mind and finally bought the competitor's stuff...
I still believe that the Apple customer service experience is one of the best. It's one of the things that bring me back to Apple. Scheduled a Genius Bar appointment, spoke to a representative and his suggestion was spot on to resolve my issue.
A very nice store with excellent service and very knowledgeable staff. But be sure to get there early as it gets crowded fast.
Service was great only problem was not notified when phone was done had to ask about it 20min after time given to be ready by then didn't want to accept my id because it was expired but wasn't told or asked about id when I dropped it off. Some people don't have state id , nor should have to be required to show one if they are paying for there services out of pocket. Apple should have taken a picture and then have you sign. My boss would have been so Mad if I went through all that to have the store not let me pick up what they let me drop off , especially when the person who took me in was no longer there to confirm that I wAs the one that was picking up. I had to fight with them and still it was my fault that I didn't have valid ID to pick up the phone I dropped off and was told that I would be getting notifications when I was able to get the phone back and pay for it after I was satisfied. No one said anything about id. All this technology why is a id the procedure? Should give customer multiple options for pick up confirmation like picture or thumb print.... I'm more upset that this was even a issue for a place that is suppose to be so far advance.
I worked with James today (7/26/19 around 7:30 PM) to purchase an Apple watch. He was extremely patient, helpful, and nice! Great experience with James; he made it easy for someone who knew nothing about Apple watches to make an informed decision.
Danny is the best Fixed my phone in 2 seconds
Great positive environment
Very helpful and friendly service. Patient while I figured out the exact item and color I wanted to get. Purchasing process is very smooth.
I brought my MacBook in to fix an issue and the service their was excellent. The gentleman working with me was very patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. I felt he had my best interest in mind. They took my appointment on time and I couldn’t say better things.
This first bit is directed at Apple store specifically: I have been having issues with my phone for the past few days - service is always listed as "searching" and my battery life depletes within a couple hours (even if its not being used). I stop by this Apple location to get it checked out and find out its a faulty model (you should look it up cause you might be entitled to a free service). The first employee I spoke to was a woman with a pixie haircut, she was lovely. Very clear and answered all my questions. We are told that we are given a loaner phone while my phone is sent out to be serviced. Perfect. Unfortunately, the wait time was too long so we decided to come back the next day. The very next day, we are told oh well, no more loaners phones. No other option was given and the employee just says too bad. I'm in disbelief - are there other locations that DO have loaners phones? Then the employee proceeds to check after being asked to do so. Nope, no more and they don't know when they would get one. They ran out of loaner phones because this issue has been coming up a lot. But he goes on to say that my warranty was over and that they're essentially doing me a favor by servicing it for free. This is not by user error, this is company and product error and this employee is trying to make it seem like he's doing me a favor? This must be a joke. This is awful customer service - I've worked in retail and even we know that when something happens that is company error YOU DO NOT PUT BLAME ON THE CUSTOMER. Please let it be known that I'm not easily angered but this was the most ridiculous interaction with any company I've ever had. If the employee does not know the answer, that's fine. But don't waste my time spewing some BS and point me to someone who does! Don't blame the customer ESPECIALLY when it's product error. Give options and don't just stand there cause there still needs to be a solution at the end of the day. These are basic principles in customer service etiquette. To Apple: If your phone model is defective and as a company you know this; as a customer, I would have appreciated it if you had sent out a memo of some sorts about it to get it repaired ahead of time. In this day and age, our smartphones have become a vital part of our day-to-day. Be considerate to your paying customers to let them know if an entire batch of iPhones are defective. Be honest. Also, if you know there is an entire batch of iPhones that need to be serviced and people will be in need of loaner phones - SUPPLY THEM. We have reached out to 5 Apple stores near our location and how is it that NONE of them have a single loaner phone available. It is better to over prepared than underprepared. As a customer and pretty loyal fan of Apple products this was severely disappointing.
I've never had any issues here. It's a busy store, so expect to wait. The staff is really nice and really helpful.
Ok
Excellent customer service!
Great customer service
so crowded!
It’s always crowded but the workers are really helpful.
Went to pick up 2 phones and they bounced us around - from 1 rep to another or a total of 5. Did not get a paper or email receipt for the purchase. Will dispute charges if no receipt is received. I finally got my receipt emailed after I called. You have to make a call to get a receipt? Awful. And it is easier to call the white house than this store...just give it a try.
Like any other Apple Store but man oh man, what a wait line. Oh wait, that's like any other Apple Store, too
All I wanted was airbuds they were out of the new ones and they won’t be in until June. I needed for a gift so I compromised on the original old ones. I had a short amount of time and it was 8:15pm I had 2 more stores to get to and it was going to be 15 minutes since they don’t put them on the shelf and someone needs to run to the back. There were lots of people standing around. After 15 minutes I approached 3 people and they said they were technicians and it was a separate queue. I asked where I was in the queue and Mike was very nice and looked and said just earbuds and I said yes he said let me help you out. He got them and I paid all in less than 5 minutes from when I asked him. If they allowed the manager to ask the technicians when they were not busy to bring out simple things like I needed the store would be more efficiently run. The tech was friendly and went out of his way once I asked him to step out of his set role. The manager came back and thanked me for my patience while I was finishing with the tech since she saw my name come off the queue on her iPad I guess. I barely made it to the other store and could not get to the 3rd which is a problem since I don’t live nearby. It was about 20-25 minutes for me to get simple earpods. Apple needs to rethink their customer service protocol. I would have given the store less had it not been for Mike. Maybe have those items on the shelf or keep a few out and rotate more out as those sell as well as cross mix available people.
very clean and they have availability of most of the products and also their genius bar team are awesome
Fast Service
I don't really have an Apple iPhone but it's it looks a good Store
As compared to other Apple stores, it's great. However the service is slow even when the store is empty. Genius bar is ALWAYS packed. So be sure to make an appointment. Rare that this Apple is short on latest inventory.
Easy to get to. Always busy.
Amazing customer experience. Mohamed helped a lot and was patient and explained things in detail. Even when the opportunity arose to upsell or take advantage, he was very honest and fair. He really is the best.
Always great experience and friendly salespeople
EXCELLENT service. Lance even stayed after he was supposed to be done working for the day to make sure my computer worked.
Had to wait for 30 minutes to give them 700 bucks for a phone. No wonder people shop online more and more. There has to be a more efficient way to buy an iPhone!!!
Crowded. But they seem to service everybody.
I had been here 3 hours however they are really friendly, smiling always....
Been here 3 times except my last visit, They werenot helpfull and nice. There was no smile atleast:(
I really like going to the Apple store in the Willowbrook Mall. Employees there are very nice and extremely knowledgeable. The only down side is, they are now mostly a hardware repair shop now. Yes, they will help with software, but will push for you to call the help line instead. I really like the face to face software help.
People we're very helpful and nice
Very attentive staff. Beautiful store make sure you get there early it gets crowded.
Very bad!
Very professional and efficient.
The wait time is out of control, they told me they would fix my screen, made me wait there for 2 hours only to hand me a brand new phone without my knowledge or approval. They did not erase my old phone or set up the new phone. I left and came back since the phone was not set up and i could not access maps or get home...mind you i live in CT and was only there because i work in NJ. When i came back in the store, the manager was completely unhelpful. He did not care about the "genius'" unprofessional behavior, and said "well at this point what do you want me to do, setting up your phone from iCloud could take up to 40 minutes". I had one amazing representative Jean Carlos that overheard the conversation and that helped me until the very end when I started crying. I rather switch to an android than be treated like that again. My appointment was at 7:25pm and I left the store at 10:15pm.
In and out, service was great
Before moving to a different state for school I brought my phone in cause I was having issues with the touch screen and sometimes the phone would black out and shut off or the screen would go grey ( I still had my 1 year warranty its a new phone). The guy at Apple at Willowbrook said it just needs a hard reset & sent me home. So I reset it & moved and was still having issues and brought it to another Apple Store and as soon as the worker plugged it into their computer he said the screen wasn't working and the bluetooth wasn't either and replaced my phone. Would have been nice if the guy at willowbrook had put in this same effort so I didn't have to deal with this after moving.
I live in PA. The nearest Apple store is at Willowbrook Mall. Their personel is outstanding and helpful. They are very courteous and professional. I've been to the other Apple stores and they are good and professional, but this one in Willowbrook to me personally? This Apple store make you feel like they know you.
It's really cool and really orginized
I bought phone from there and they had quick service when I spend money after I had issue with same phone so I had to wait as walk in and waited 3 hours and after that they told me it got cancelled some how and they just told me to come back rather then fixing there problem. Couple times before I had appointment and they cancelled it on there own. This place totally sucks
This review is more about the classes they offer including the summer camp program of an hour and a half for three days. With over 10 Apple devices in our house it is always great to learn more. Hopefully I can get my more to learn some more about her phone rather than always asking me for help!
Nice store no so busy as short Hills. Fast in and out.
My low rating is due to the overwhelming crowds and wait time at this store. The representatives are being polite and doing the best they can but this store is too small. Currently a two hour wait to pick up a device. Also, on a side note, the phone ordered from Apple was uncharged thus increasing the wait time in a noisy stupid without seating or services ( coffee/food )
No complaints from me
Terrible. Had a 5:45 appointment, waited 20 minutes and no one offered to help after checking in. When I told rep I was leaving, he simply said , "fine." Service
Excelent like always
Nice people very professional
I go here when something is wrong with my phone but the only problem is you have to make an appointment and you still have to wait a long time for them to see you
Spectacular customer service!
Went here for battery replacement and after waiting for over an hour and half and checking in with the staff if my name was called, I was turned back saying it’s too late for replacement and technicians have gone. I was pretty sure they didn’t call my name but they insisted that it was called twice. Even If an employee was trying to find me , they could use a little judgement based on the people waiting and ask around, especially since it was so crowded and noisy. It was too easy for them to avoid doing the job making an excuse that the customer didn’t respond to their name. Update to the review a day after original posting: (upgrade to 2 stars) So we went there again the next day and explained to 2 different people that we had to come back as our order was not accepted the day before. They were courteous but unaffected by my previous experience. This time, it took someone not more than 15 mins to come out and call my name, they accepted my phone for repair and asked us to come back an hour and a half later as it takes that much of time to replace the battery. We had dinner at the mall, came back and it was still not ready. Then we went back to the food area to get ice cream as the kids were getting impatient and even after coming back from that trip, it wasn’t ready. We were literally the last ones to leave the store with the phone and it turned out that my screen was accidentally broken by the repair tech so they had to replace with a new screen. I’m overall satisfied with the job done and I feel that they are overwhelmed with the orders. I was feeling bad for the employees also who had to wait long after the closing hours to service all the orders, so I do believe that they could not have accepted my phone the previous day with less than hour left to close the store. However it doesn’t change the inconvenience I had and the bad experience it left with me. Apple should start servicing battery replacement orders at Best Buy outlets too.
It's hard to find anyone that speaks Spanish at this location. Some of the people that work there just ignore you like you don't exist. Even though you have more cash in your pocket than they do. They think you're homeless. I work in retail so I know what customer service is about.
Good experience, efficient with the repair of my iPhone in timely manner. Store manger was great too.
I’ve only been here for new iPhone pick up day, and while the staff seemed fairly friendly, they also seemed quite bewildered for an annual occurrence. Not only was there a fairly long line that took almost an hour for what was supposed to be a “reserved” spot, the staff seemed much more occupied with selling other devices than serving the guaranteed sales in the line. Only about 3 reps were helping the line though there were at least 8 others inside circulating. Still, if you know what you are doing and don’t have a million questions to ask, you can get in and out somewhat quickly.
Didn't deal with the genius bar, and everything else is the same as ever apple store.
I came in with a problem that they had no obligation to help me with and they went above and beyond both times! Absolutely great staff as well as service!
Fantastic Store ! ....could spend hour looking through all the Apple products. Very friendly, helpful staff. Very beautifully designed store.
They were very helpful when I went to buy my new tablet
I worked with a nice young man named Alex. He was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and he resolved my issue quickly. I was extremely pleased with the service from him and along with the other assistants in the store. A very positive experience.
