I wish I can give Zero stars. Please do not go to this store unless you are white. The managers and even he staff are very racist towards anyone who is not of white color. Very rude and need to learn some manners. I mean , when I work I treat everyone the same and if they have a issue I work it out or call the manager to help solve the issue. This lady was very rude did not care about my issue. Learn to respect anyone no matter the color skin they are!!!!!!!!

Don't go to this store for repairs for iPhones. I drove to this store three times an hour each way for the store to tell me the first time that my phone wasn't showing the symptoms that I said. They behaved as if they truly didn't believe me. The second time they replaced the phone with a "brand new one" to find out that the "brand new one" had a straight line of dead pixels. Also the phone got extremely hot to the point I couldn't hold it while watching movies and had bluetooth connected. I called the store and they wouldn't even listen to my problem and sent my call to technical support. Technical support said she told the store to go ahead and replace phone. When I arrived at the store they told me they will not replace phone and that only the screen they would replace. Also that screen replacement would take an hour to an hour and a half! I had to wait an hour and 15 minutes for the simple fact they wouldn't replace my obviously bad batch iPhone. The manager of the store recommended that I go get "a few drinks." I highly recommend going to cherry hill. I've had an iPhone since the first one came out and have never experienced such bad service from an apple store. Not sure it was my race or the way I dressed but they basically made it seem like I was given a favor on a 3 day old "brand new phone" that they refused to replace or listen to the other issue that I was having with the phone.

Have had no issues with the people there usually. Everyone has been super nice. I have been there twice for my kids' phones. This past time I was told my phone may not be able to be fixed because the security screws are missing (tiny screws at the bottom) when I said that it must have never been put back the last time my phone was fixed the guy says absolutely not. Well I KNOW my young son didnt do it. Thankfully the phone was "pristine " when opened.When I picked up a new phone and was told it was all set. Got home and theres no SIM. Tried putting my son's old one in only to not have it work. So I'm being told by my carrier I MUST return to apple to get a new one. Which is a 45 min drive from my home. Not happy at all. I know it's a busy store, but come on. How do you leave the SIM slot empty. And obviously mistakes can be made!

Worst service ever!! I’ve been an Apple customer for years since the original ipod released and I own the iwatch, generations of ipad, imac pro, beats, etc. This experience along with the iphone X headset problem makes the last straw on the camel’s back. Today I decided to come here instead of the one I usually go to in Delware. The store was not that busy and the place seemed well staffed at first. I came in a second time for an iphone X headset issue. They told me 1 hour wait. I came back in an hour; they didn’t tell me that 1 hour wait was to check in so after I checked in, I waited another 30 min with STILL two people ahead of me so I left. To top it all off, the two guys who checked me in were rude. He told me he never heard of a headset problem with iphone X. First of all, why would I lie about it? I don’t have much time and I traveled extensively to get here for a product problem. The other guy who was with him had an attitude. WORST APPLE LOCATION EVER!!! Tldr: Came in for a headset problem, waited 1 hr to check in, waited another 30 min and still no service. Staff was rude and seemed to not take young customers seriously and were inconsiderate of the fact we waited 1.5 hr and still waiting. Decided I won’t buy another Apple product.

Use caution when going to this Apple Store. I don't know if the team has a lack of knowledge or they are just not eager to help. I had an appointment scheduled, in which I arrived early. I was told the serial number THEY entered to repair my device was incorrect. So, to my inconvenience they could not honor my appointment nor help me fix my phone that day. I had to be "escalated" and Apple Support who will contact me in 24 hours until I can find out what is going on. I made the mistake of not going to Apple of Cherry Hill. You live and learn.

Worst customer service ever. My laptop crashed and we went to this Apple Store to see if they could help us. After waiting in the store for 10 minutes, we were finally told that the can't help us. Why make us wait the 10 minutes? It is probably a 10 minute fix and they couldn't even attempt it with 40 minutes till close. Heck, they didn't even ask what the problem was or what troubleshooting we had tried. Never buying Apple again!!!

I went to the store yesterday for my daughter's Iphone 6s which would not turn on. I did not know what to expect or how much money this was going to "cost me"......The tech assigned to me was attentive, courteous, patient, kind, knowlegeable and able to diagnose my daughter's phone and 'restore it to sanity' without me having to pay a dime. This was my first visit to an Apple Store. The atmosphere was energetic and alive , and I experienced the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Thanks Apple and your wonderful Tech (whose own mother who recently git an Iphone) for the experience.

WOW! I just took my 2014 Apple MAC Notebook to the Apple Store in Sagemore. My MAC had been erased (long story) but the tech installed a brand new system for me for FREE!! I wish I could remember his name. He was awesome. Patient, knowledgeable and he gave me all kinds of helpful advice and tips. I’ll never go anywhere else!! Thank you!

My experience was great I went on Black Friday made a very large purchase and the employee who helped me did not hassle me to buy items that I did not need or was useless for me and he explained things very well. It took me a total from entering the store to finish an hour and half that's it. Will shop here again and no traffic jams like the one in the mall.

I have walked into this store three or four times and have NEVER had a satisfying experience. I don't know where the 'positive' reviews are coming from-- they are definitely in the minority. Apple has the world's best products and the world's worst customer service. It's as though the staff have a phobia of common people, or else they assume no-one has the appeal they themselves must have. I strongly advocate Best Buy (Moorestown, in a much less crowded area) or online 3rd-party sellers for buying accessories and parts; and for my daughter's computer we went to Delaware to avoid sales tax (and got better service too). Sagemore is definitely NOT an option.

I brought in my year old laptop that randomly shut off and wouldn’t turn back on. I have never experienced such horrible customer service. I was told it’d be 48 hours just to diagnose the issue and a loaner computer wasn’t an option. I explained I’m a full time student and asked to expedite the process and the “manager” told me to go to a library. He spoke very condescendingly to me the entire time and told me other people have deadlines too. Did other people just buy their laptop a year ago and have it shut off due to something that’s clearly apples fault since it wasn’t dropped or spilt or damaged in any way...also was told if I’d paid $500 a year for some business program I’d get top priority at Genius Bar and then a loaner would be an option! Absolutely ridiculous...I will not be buying Apple products anymore if this is how their customers are treated

I generally dislike any trip to the Apple Store. It is always crowded, I generally receive poor service and I find that the sales people have completely purchased and drank every bit of the Apple Kool-Aid. Do your research before going to Apple Store so you know what you need, not what the Apple person tells you need.

This store is always crowded. There are a lot of employees on the floor to see what you need help with. Be prepared to wait if you have issues with an Apple Product. Most of the Apple stores are not for the faint at heart. This one is located in the uppity Promenade, so need I say more?

Was crowded, had to wait for salesperson. Went over some options with him and decided to purchase 13” Mac Book. He said he did not have it in stock but we could get next model up. Only $300 more plus another $60 for the “dongle” to read SD cards. Really wanted the one with built in SD card reader. Asked him if he could order it. He said 5-6 weeks to order’and ship to me. Could he find it at another store? No. We left. I looked on apple website, in stock can have to me in 2 days express shipping. Also in stock at Best Buy where I will be buying it later today!

This place is a disaster, stay far away. Too many employees (as per Apple standard even). I went in when the Apple Watch was displayed to try on. When asking questions, the employee said they didn't brief him on the watch, and received different results every time I asked a different employee. On another visit when my sync cable that came with the iPhone stopped working, they would not take back because they 'couldn't verify that it came with the original box'. How would I even verify that? When my friend tried to get his bent iPhone 6 looked at, they didn't even want to touch it, because 'they could cause further damage'. Took it to another Apple store, they didn't hesitate on getting him a new replacement. Whenever I need an Apple product, from now on, I take the extra time out of my day to drive a bit further and visit a different store. When someone asks where the nearest Apple store it, I exclude it.

Went here to have my phone fixed because the battery died quickly. I don't think I've ever dealt with such great customer service. Right when i walked in i was greeted and they directed me to where i needed to go. Everyone was so helpful and friendly, they even solved my problem quickly. I was in their for a total of 20 minutes maybe less, and they were extremely busy.

I was very displeased with the service here today. When they want to sell a product they are friendly but today they were not. I purchased an iPhone XR 4 months ago and it dropped the back screen cracked. I have apple care I called three different times in one day and two of those times I was informed that I could pay $100 to get my phone fixed and trade it in for a blue one instead of the tacky pink they talked me into getting (which btw they implied I was a liar) so the company says one thing I drive an hour away to come here and what I was told on the phone wasn’t what they said in the store. So now I wasted my time.

I would STAY away from this Apple store... the other day I had bought another Apple silicone case for my iPhone X. (Colbalt Blue to be exact), and this past Saturday I went to exchange it for the white one. I had the white case over the weekend to try it out but I’ve decided I didn’t want it anymore so today I went to return it. In Apples system, they claim that there was NO “exchange” from the Colbalt to the white case.... even if I had lost the receipt, it should still be in Apples system that an exchange did occur and have a copy of the receipt. The ONLY explanation is that the sales rep that helped me messed up and didn’t do the exchange properly!!!!! I am now OUT on $40 .... NEVER coming back to this Apple store. And on top of that the manager on duty that I spoke with on the phone was VERY rude and unprofessional. He didn’t even want to help me and it could’ve been easily resolved.... UPDATE: Later that day, I’ve decided to go to the Cherry hill location. I spoke with a manager on duty, and come to find out that the manager at the Cherry hill location was able to locate my receipt by searching the specific product and the location, and found product that have been sold at the “SAGEMORE” location and GUESS what!! My “exchange” was there.... on top of it all.... they spelled my email address wrong and that’s why they couldn’t find it. The manager was very helpful at the Cherry hill location and knew what he was doing.

Very helpful staff at the Genius Bar. Efficient, not much waiting around past your appointment time. They are honest and straight forward. Definitely recommend this location. Be sure to schedule your appointment. Walk-ins can end up waiting quite a bit.

Totally incompetent staff. They told me 45 minute wait, an hour later I came back (because I still hadn’t gotten my text notification that my appointment was ready) and they said “45 mins? It says here AN HOUR and 45 mins...” they wouldn’t do anything to help me at that point and gave me a “well it’s your problem” sort of attitude. I know people make mistakes but wasting someone’s time like this is completely unacceptable. You can see how many one-star ratings there are. Avoid this store.

When something isn't working their Genius Bar is able to solve most problems that I have encountered. They also have a great Business Team that helps small businesses with purchases and support.

Make sure you have your conformation number for the appointment you make. It's a busy place but several of the employees seemingly are standing around doing nothing because she's is number one and repairs are VERY low on the totem pole. Especially if it's an older model.

Technician was extremely rude. My battery on my phone had expanded to the point that it cracked my screen. The technician basically called me a liar and said nothing was wrong with the battery and that I had just damaged my phone on my own. That is not what happened. In fact, I had purchased a new phone just a few weeks prior to the screen cracking. The screen was popping up off the face of the phone at that point and the retailer did want it as a trade in and instead recommended that I take it for repair as it should be covered. In the meantime, the screen eventually cracked due to the expansion before I could get to the store. Now these idiots want to blame me and not take responsibility for this issue. Had I known a few weeks ago just how poor the Apple customer service was going to be, I would have purchased the LG instead. This Store has completely turned me off on Apple and their iPhones.

Very poor service. I came to buy an Apple Watch the other day and when I ask the staff for help. He told me that there is someone who is going to help me. I stayed for a little bit and the staff that I ask for help, helped another costumer. This kind of people shouldn’t be in sales. They actually think I’m not buying. So instead,I walked out and purchased the watch in Best Buy which had better deals.

The staff was very nice. They couldn’t fix my MacBook since a 2011 model is “vintage” but the Apple Tech did still take the time to help me diagnose the issue. He also made a few recommendations to me about my current MacBook or if I decide to purchase a new one. Very professional, very helpful, and I only had to wait maybe 5 minutes after my scheduled appt before I was able to sit down with him, which wasn’t bad considering how super busy they were.

Two mediocre experiences at Apple Sagemore. The first was in July 2017 when I went to upgrade from an iPhone 6 to 7. Told the wait was 15-20 minutes. I waited for 40 minutes before being “helped” by a young woman. She was nice enough but trying to rush through the process. She wasn’t responsive to questions I asked and didn’t explain the multiple billing/payments options available. Second experience was last weekend. Took my iPhone 7 in for hardware issue (touchpad wasn’t responsive). This time I had an appointment. Was 5 minutes earlier and had to wait another 15 minutes before being helped. Gentleman who assisted me was helpful in diagnosing phone and explaining the stores policies. Essentially my issue was treated as a damaged screen and would cost $149 (still under warranty) to replace. Asked to speak with manager to explain the issue shouldn’t be lumped in with the cracked screen repairs. He wasn’t having it. His solution was to tell me if Apple found a defect in the product that caused my issue I may be eligible for refund in the future. After over an hour of waiting, explaining my case, and hearing from different associates I was told theirs nothing they can do. Took my phone to Apple Cherry Hill and had the issue resolved within 10 minutes. Will never return to Apple Sagemore again.

Excellent service. We didn’t have an appointment but we’re advised 1.5 hr wait. We went had lunch, received text to come back within the hour. We chose to drive extra miles rather then to to Atlantic City store. Very inconvenient parking and you have to go through casino. Long walk. Hated that experience in January! Should be relocated to inland shopping area!

My experience with Apple service here and elsewhere has been outstanding. They took a three year old machine with battery cancer and made it like new again, changing out the battery, keyboard, mouspad and case for $200. I’m missing the distinctive teeth marks my puppy made on the edge, however. Unfortunately this store misses the distinctive smell of pee ridden kid’s fingers on electronics that can be experienced at other locations.

Our Pro Leroy helped us purchase the phones that we really wanted! his product knowledge was both expansive and refreshing. I see there are mixed reviews up here, but fortunately for me I had a great experience. As soon as I walked in a representative came right over to me and answered all my questions in about 5min. When i was ready to purchase they pulled the products right away and helped me set up my laptop right away. He also took the time to show me how to maneuver through the screens. Very bad customer service. I scheduled an appointment for a battery replacement only to be told they didn’t have the battery in stock. This is the closest Apple store and it’s still over an hour drive from my house. The employee helping me was rude and showed no concern when I voiced my annoyance that I drove all the way there for my appointment and my phone wouldn’t be fixed. I wish someone would have called and told me the battery wasn’t in stock but was told that they don’t do that. I will definitely avoid going to this Apple store again if possible.

GO TO EXPERIMAC IN CHERRY HILL!!!! iPhone 6 BATTERY RECALL? After the Apple update, the battery starting acting funny, up to the point where the phone would just power down. It's last power down was two days ago, and was then stuck with a black screen. Spoke to Apple support over the phone, where they determined the need to replace the battery. They then confirmed the battery needed was in-stock at the Sagemore Apple location. Fast forward to this morning, where I was first in line with 20 other people to speak with a tech rep at the Sagemore location when they opened their doors at 10am (at the suggestion of the online Apple support). I described the symptoms to the rep and he took the phone in the back for two minutes and supposedly ran some diagnostic testing.......... I was told they would not replace a battery without having the phone power on first. I was then told my only option was to buy a new phone because replacing the battery would not help. I left feeling frustrated because I felt they were not looking to honor the $29 battery replacement offer on the iPhone 6. I then took the phone to experimac in Cherry Hill and within five minutes they were able to determine it was the battery and in turn replaced the battery in 15 minutes. If you're having any issues with your battery life, don't waste your time with Apple. Go directly to experimac in Cherry Hill; no lines, great service. :) By the way, it only cost me $1 more and I'm so done with Apple!

What a joke. Made an appt. here to have a screen repaired because I couldn't get one at Cherry Hill or in Philly for a few additional days. When I got to my next day appt. at 1PM I was told I would have to come back another day due to a system upgrade across all Apple stores beginning at 3PM. OK- so the appt. was 100% a waste of time, all I did was supposedly setup a new appt. for the following day. The tech told me I could come in at any time, and claimed to have called the Cherry Hill store to set me up so I could go there instead of all of the way back out to Marlton again. Next day, Cherry Hill had no record of this. When I called this store back to get to the bottom of what happened I was kept on hold for a lengthy amount of time and finally told someone would return my call. Never happened, and I had my screen repaired elsewhere for half of the price and a much smaller fraction of the aggravation. I kind of hate Apple now.

Andrew along with the store manger Lue were both went out of their way in order to help me out my experience at this apple store was behind great! I am active duty military, and I brought an apple watch while i was overseas in Dubai a series 3 with gps only. However when i got back to the states i saw that the series 3 with gps and cellar were available so not knowing that if i brought a watch or an apple product from another country that it had to be returned to that country i thought that i was out of luck trying to return the series 3 with gps for the series 3 with LTE. However the store manger lue and Andrew worked hard to figure out a way to help me get the series 3 with LTE making my day. These two were extremely helpful and went far out of their way to help me and i greatly appreciate it. Apple should be proud!

I love my IPhone 6 Plus. However when something is wrong with the phone, you go the computer to get help, you cannot get someone. All I want to do is make an appointment to go to the store and have someone sit down with me and tell me what is wrong with my phone. Other than that, I like the IPhone. In fact, I may purchase the new IPhone 7 for my husband. To rate Apple for service I give them a 2. I do realize that the Apple people are very busy help others however, you have people on hold for such a long time. Our time is very important as well.

It's not like anyone from Apple will ever read this or care.. but here's my experience with this store, and Apple.. I called about my iphone to the support call center and explained the issue of my phone screen lcd being cracked (after being in a case and falling less than a foot onto carpet). I explained that my phone was opened previously to my knowledge to do repairs, but was in working condition. The phone was simply dropped from less than a foot and the inner lcd was cracked (phones condition was perfect). The Apple support specialist stated that this shouldn't be a problem and made an appointment to visit the store. I brought my phone to the store and explained the same situation to the representative and he agreed that this shouldn't be a problem either. I waited over 2 long hours for my phone to be "repaired" to be told in a nasty attitude that they can't do anything with my phone since it was "modified" because the phone was opened. I told this individual that 2 other reps told me otherwise and she simply said "well they were wrong, I don't know why they said that." Not only did Apple waste most of my Saturday, but the phone's lcd screen was in even worse condition when it was returned to me then it was when I originally dropped it off. What a great way to show customer service when there's many more competitors in the market today.

I bought my iPad pro with apple care few weeks ago. I drove to the store to ask few questions about ipad pro because of the issues I'm having with updates. I waited on the line and when it was my turn the representative told me "we are really busy selling phones so you need to come back later or wait an hour." I don't know what grants them to pick and choose who to help. I wasn't thrilled about their support at this specific apple Sagemore location. I hope other stores aren't like this.

My experience at this store was terrible. I waited there for an hour with an appointment at 12:10 finally got someone at 1:00 and when I got someone, they were very disrespectful and blamed me for not buying apple care, including the manager. They were not helpful at all and was a very terrible experience.The way they handled my issue was one I wouldn't want from any company.

Today I went in with a few month old phone were my apple headphones that had accompanied the new phone broke inside my headphone jack. Despite the fact the company had recently provided me with this defective product the employee who helped me said the best he could do is completely replace it for $250+. Every time I have ever gone in here with an iPhone issue, no matter what the problem or how new/old my phone is the only solution they have is a full replace for a couple hundred dollars. Waste of time going in here, I don't know how these people get away with the front of being tech support, they're just there to sell, sell, sell.

I've been told time and time again to always make an appointment with apple ahead of time due to the long waits. I made mine at 1:45. I showed up on time, checked in and was told someone would be with me shortly. An HOUR later no one had even acknowledged my presence. I reached out to one of the workers who then passed me onto another worker. I was then told that since no one approached me during the entire hour I was there my appointment was cancelled. I was told I would be next when I should have been first an HOUR AGO!! The first man that helped me ran the diagnostics on my phone then left and another man came to help and did the exact same thing which shows there's absolutely no communication between coworkers. But wait it gets better. They took my phone and told me to come back in an hour. When I returned my phone wasn't ready so I waited a few minutes before checking in again. It showed that my phone was now ready for pick up and I was told someone would be with me shortly. HALF AN HOUR LATER I had to find a worker and tell them that once again I've been waiting for help and no one even paid me any mind. Not once did anyone apologize for the inconvenience. I then witnessed the worker that originally helped me watch me walk in for help, he went into the back changed his clothes then LEFT THE STORE COMPLETELY IGNORING ME. This had to have been to worst service I've ever received in my entire 20 years of life. I wouldn't even give this place one star.

It's worth the wait. I walked in without an appointment and waited about an hour to handle a warranty issue for my watch. During that time I observed a few interactions between staff and customers. They displayed such patience and knowledge that made the customers feel at ease while still handling their issue. Naturally it made me feel confident that no matter what my problem was, it would be handled and I'd get my watch fixed. My Genius technician was no different and talked me through the whole process. So for those reasons I give you 5 stars and a high five.

My iPhone 7 plus is getting too hot I go to the Apple Store Sagemore I can not attend that day I get an appointment I go to the appointment the person tells me that the cell phone has to stay 24 - 48 hours in the store they hiban To save all my information ok Saturday, Sunday and Monday did not last longer and I went to the store and they did not know where my cell phone was and the only thing they told me was SORRY this store for me does not give 100% for customers.

Terrible..Paid for a new phone replacement due to the "Apple Touch Disease" issue and 3 hours later found out the new phone has another bad hardware. The technician ran some tests and told me that they have to send the phone to apple. They would not give me a new replace phone instead loaned me a lower end iphone model. Now I have to wait 4-5 business days without business data. Apple products quality and customer service is so horrible.

Wow! I have never seen a retail store use such a poor model. You CANNOT just enter the store and buy an item. You have to wait in this "queue" for other people who dont know what they want to ask tons of questions before you can actually buy something. This has to be the most in efficient retail concept and frustrating one also, I have ever experienced. If you know what you want, and want to walk in a buy something quickly and leave DONT GO TO THIS STORE. You should go to best buy, or better yet, buy a used version of the ipod (or similar) on ebay and save yourself some money and agrivation. I waiting in the queue for 30 minutes after telling the manager I simply was waiting to buy the ipod touch. He said "Sir, you have 4 people ahead of you and we will be with you shortly". Another 15 minutes passed and I asked again, he said "you still have 2 people ahead of you". I asked him if these people were simply looking to make a purchase as I was, did the other customer know what they wanted? He said he has no way to track that, each customer is treated as if they do not know what they want. I was shocked!!! I left and bought a used one on ebay. Told my sister, she went to best buy to buy hers. I will never ever visit this unorganized mess of a store again. Apple stores are the worst if you simply want to buy an item and leave. I suppose if you are just browsing they are ok but what ever happened to the good old retail model? Its been proven over hundreds of years. Hey apple! Your new improvement to the old retail model is terrible. Get some registers, and let people simply buy stuff! I cant see how this store can stay in business.

Very bad customer service. I tried to change my MacBook Pro there to another one but they refused to do it without receipt. I went to another apple store on the same day and they did it without problems. I don't recommend this apple store. There are a lot of much better in this area.

I had a crazy time getting my iPad fixed through apple on the phone- it was a manufacturing defect and the pad was out of warranty. I spend hours on the phone with apple and then was sent to the store. Apple customer service wanted to charge me (saying it was my fault). It did take me two trips but after the manager reviewed everything and investigated the device- I was very pleased that they fixed it for no charge and were very nice about it.

I have tried calling both Apple Stores in my area this morning to see if they can fix my cracked screen. after going around and around with the automated phone tree, I looked for direct numbers to the stores. Found them and called. Each store's automated system answers and then hangs up on me. Terrible customer service. I have had to visit the stores 3 times in the first month of owning my iPhone 6. this will be the fourth and I don't even know if they can fix it. Their capability to calibrate the display was down yesterday. I guess I will have too drive there to find out if it is down again since no one will answer the phone.

nice enough people... but in today's world of technology unfortunately some semblance of knowing how to do your job correctly needs to be present as well. My IT guy convinced me to switch my business over from Windows based PCs to Apple MacBook Pros after my not very old PC crashed. Long story short, no one at the Apple store knew how to properly submit my business order. I was told it would take 'an hour at the longest'. After 3 hours I gave up and went back to my own office. At 4:30 I finally called Apple Business directly and found out that the Sagemore store had put through my order as 'online' and not pick up in store. Apparently no one knows or cares how to fix this. If you own a business or have a job you probably know how crucial a functioning computer is to have EVERY DAY. I specifically chose a computer they had IN STOCK so that this would NOT happen. **as a follow-up I was able to get my computer the next day, and the employees are super nice, but I feel like there should be a better system in place to have transactions run more smoothly, especially on the business end.
