Previously they would just clean up my computer but Doug ran several test and is taking it in for a few days to reboot it and make sure everything is running fine. Amazing service! Terrible customer service, paid 1200 dollars for the xs Max and dropped in water for literally 2 second, when I went to the store the guys just said to get a new phone and pay 1200 dollar again, never again buying an iPhone with their ripped of product. Tip, apple care doesn't cover water or liquid damage.

I bought an iPhone and iPad just 2 days ago and opened just the day before I returned them. Well, they received them then few minutes later, they came back and telling me that they could not process my return because it did not pass the Physical test of them! REALLY? I've just purchased them for 2 days and never drop them even just 1 time! I asked them if there were some problems with the phone and the ipad before I purchased them but I didn't know, they never gave me the answers! Especially the tom boy staff wearing a glasses! She's such a rude person I have ever seen! Taking my concerns and my words for granted! You should be fired for that attitude.

Very good service, but definitely schedule an appointment before you go. I smashed my iPhone 8 so badly, one of the microphones wasn’t working because the back glass was smashed. We didn’t have AppleCare, get they gave us a brand new phone for the cost of the glass damage, $150. We were helped by a man named Woscar, who was extremely helpful, honest, and nice.

He was knowlegable and not only did he diagnose my problem quickly but he made sure I understood and could comprehend every step even down to signing my consent for it to be shipped out for repairs. Very disappointed with Cammy the tech support specialist. She stated there were scratches and things wrong with my iPhone 6 plus when in reality it was just normal wear and tear. So my iPhone does not hold a charge and I had several issues with this particular phone which is written in her notes. Every time she helped me she had absolutely no personality and turns the situation your dealing with your fault and not the fault of the phone. Even though the notes clearly state there maybe something wrong with the phone, at this point, she sends it out to "DEPO" to double check that it might not be the fault of the phone, Now i have a lender phone with is only 16 gig and cannot download my content from my business on. My plus has 128 gigs. I have client numbers that i need and pictures that are definitely need. I asked if i could have something with more gigs which i said several times, i run a business through. She said NO. So now i have to wait about 10 days while i wait to here confirmation that the phone malfunction isn't my fault. DO NOT GO TO CAMMY. SHE WILL FIND A WAY TO TOTALLY SCREW YOU!!!!!

The sales people are horrible at Cherry Hill! Go to the Marlton store. I was told that I would need to wait at least 30 minutes before someone could speak with me about the watch & its features. I got on the cue and waited... and waited. At the end of the day, I was told that no one would actually answer all of my questions. Further, of the questions I did get to ask, they didn’t seem to know the answers. I got three different answers from three different staff members. I left angry and, of course, without a watch.

Disappointing experience. I went three times, and they put me off because of an iPhone battery problem was allocated as more important than other things. Each time was a 4-hour delay for a Genius. When I had a problem before and went to Sagemore I was spoken to immediately, no wait. I can appreciate Apple's present business model favors the iPhone heavily but don't punish or forget about the rest of us!

These people are always so rude. I'm not going to write any specific names but they always refer me to a phone number where I get zero help. I went in with a replacement phone that was under warranty & they guy who helped me acted as if I stole the phone & didn't care to even help me. Horrible customer service for the most simple thing. As my phone is under warranty I am still told to wait 30 min for a technician when the item is damaged and since I am under warranty I should receive a replacement without hassle. If I am not keeping the damaged item than why do I have to wait over an hour for a simple dongle replacement. Its ridiculous. Its not even just this apple store, its the apple company in general, they don't teach their employers basic customer service skills so they prance around having people wait for nothing. Even when you have an appointment with them you still have to wait hours to get help and then they don't even help you to your satisfaction.

Upon arriving 2 minutes after they opened at 10am, I am told there is already a 50 minute wait to be helped at the Genius Bar. I went in simply because my iphone wasn't charging, and Verizon told me to go to the Apple Store to have them clean out the adapter hole. He looked in the phone and told me there were prongs missing and corrosion from water damage. I know for a fact that neither of those things are true. He then told me that the phone was not going to charge unless I got the prongs repaired, which "isn't even guaranteed 100% to work." So he told me it would be the easiest and quickest if I just bought a new phone. Then he goes to plug my phone in at the Chargers on the table "so the Genius Bar people will have an easier time when they look at the phone", (whatever sense that makes?!) and it immediately lights up and starts charging! I am baffled. He tells me it's not actually charging and I still need it fixed. I'm like no, it is charging! I come to the conclusion it must be my charger that is broken so I cancel my appointment with them and go over to the wall to buy a new charger. I get home, plug it in and BOOM! It starts charging. What a miracle. Long story short, I went to apple for them to fix my phone and I ended up fixing it myself with common sense. Maybe they should spend some of the million dollars in profit they make this month to properly train their staff. I walked out spending 19$ on a charger instead of the 500-600$ new phone he told me I needed. What an experience!

My boyfriend took me on Valentine’s Day to buy me a iPad pro we had Bruce assist us and I’m glad he did he made me feel so comfortable about getting exactly what I wanted and getting every questioned answered he also let me know about the short classes they have at their stores and showed me how to sign up, such a kind and helpful person. Apple online support seemed to offer no insight or help for the repairs needed on my MacBook Pro. I set up and Apple store appointment and upon arriving I was almost immediately assisted at the Genius Bar by Doug, who was amazingly helpful and seemed familiar with every issue I was facing with my MacBook. I received a free repairs for all of my issues thanks to Doug. This guy should be the manager of the store he was well versed in all the issues that have been plaguing the new Generation of MacBooks and how to handle each appropriately, where as online support seemed to know nothing and told me I would have to pay a significant amount to fix my device. Great customer service and help from someone who actually cares about customer satisfaction. Thanks Doug!

The staff at this store went above and beyond to help me and my stepson. I'm a 50 yr old man. I'm not really a computer or Cell phone kind of guy. Not saying I don't use them just that I just use the basics. My 26 yr old stepson is legally blind and pretty much close to being completely blind. His phone was broken and he was sent a replacement. Multiple things needed to be done to get him up and running. The staff in a combined Effort went out of there way and took the time to transfer everything and get him on his way. They didn't have to go as far as they did but me and my son are truly thankful that they did. Much appreciated

Usually have a pretty frustrating time when dealing with a broken product and the Apple Store but today changed my mind for sure. The man who helped my friend never stopped smiling and joking with us along with other coworkers and customers. The man knew what he was doing and did it well! Although they are very well trained with customer service, the 'Genius' bar is far from Genius. I took my MAC book pro there 3 times and 3 times I was told this issue could not be replicated, that the lack of power can happen 'at times' after a energy surge. I kept insisting that perhaps it was a battery or mechanical problem. They threw around words like 'triage the problem' 'diagnosis the issue'. Long story short - I called Apple Corporate Customer Service who were FANTASTIC. They heard my issue, sent me a box with shipping labels, kept me informed via email, then returned it FIXED in 3 days with a laundry list of defective parts. And they did it for FREE. Even though it was out of warranty. Restored my faith. Avoid the store for repairs or diagnosis. unless your purchasing.

I broke my iphone 6s, so i came to this store to fix it but rather i fix old phone i just get the new phone so bought iphone se for emergency (temporary) (06/15/18) because I didn't decide yet what should i get iphone x or iphone 8. apple sales person recommend me to get the iphone se and i can return it when i finish decide for full refund in 14days. so i finally decide to get iphone x 3 days later and then i came here to return iphone se (6/18/18) but manager (girl with glasses and ear piece) denied return, because some inspection that they did, she told me one that i just bought wasn't passed. so i asked what didn't passed? that phone is perfectly brand new condition as i bought!! she said I modified something on this iphone se!! i told her i just follow what iphone want me to get start it!!! she said she don't know!! i told her can you inspect phone again? some kind mistake going on. but she keep saying she cannot show me what was the result and reason and she cannot inspect phone agian!!! she was so mean and disrespect the customer!!! she called a cop and report me!! I called apple customer service, they couldn't understand why they didn't accept the return!!! they want to speak with manager but she refuse to talk!!

Went in for a tech issue and was immediately brushed off and told to wait. 10 mins later I see a tech who attempts to negate my issue after his amazing 10 second triage. Broke my screen (lucky I have Apple Care) and also turned by phone into a brick after the latest update (not sure how). Did a walk-in since I could not schedule an appointment for 2 days. After forgetting to text me for my walk-in time slot, things got better and my phone is all fixed. My negative-ish review is because of the delay in scheduling an appointment and for the walk-in folks to have forgotten about me.

Typical Apple store experience. Store looks nice, but I really don't like being "handled" by sales people. They herd them in and out like cattle. One bright spot was the second gentleman that assisted me. Took his time explaining the new iPad to me, and how to transfer info from my old one. This is the second time I’ve had to go to the Apple Store in Cherry Hill and have had to deal with rudeness be on rude by more than one employee. The names I was given today where Greg who supposedly was a supervisor and James. I don’t know how Apple can condone this kind of behavior from their employees I expressed how unhappy I was with the I rolling and rude remarks and it fell upon deaf ears. If I get locked out of my phone again I am going to close at all Apple and go back to android I will not be subject to such abuse as I had to contend with the company really needs to clean out that store. This Apple store, more than any other in the area, treats its customers with care and answers their concerns both swiftly and effectively. Jeff was a tremendous help. Answered my questions and helped me out with what I needed. Will come back when I have another Apple product issue. Thank you again. Edit: Went again on 1/16/19. Had a problem with my speakers on my MacBook Pro. Had to wait a little bit at the Genius Bar, and remind one of the employees that I was there. However, once one of the Mac techs came, they did more than I could have asked for. His name was Dan, and he was both friendly and knowledgeable. Since this is twice that I've had a great experience, I'll come to this Apple store from now on. Edit two: Went in a third time on 4/6/19. This time I met with Justin, who came to me very quickly and answered my concerns about my MacBook Pro's battery, fan, and problems with web browsing. He ordered a new battery for my laptop and said that he'd up the time I need to bring my computer in and leave it for repair from 3-5 days, to simply 1-2 days. As I said before, this Apple store always treats me right.

Every time I go here I get no help. Went in for a screen replacement was denied u til the next day for the same reason, overload of customers. I want an easy way to get my phone repaired. One of the worst customer services I’ve ever experienced! They told me my Apple Watch wouldn’t be covered by my insurance if it wasn’t Broken or “damaged” because he it was scratched!!! They advised me to go out side and crack the screen so it would be covered and it would cost $80! I bought a 2018 15" macbook pro and it came defective. I was warned by a friend not to buy the newer macbook pro and wait for the next gen but I was impatient. It took them 3 days to get a replacement screen into the apple store and I am told another 3-5 days for them to replace the screen. I used to do computer repair and know it takes an hour or less. The turnaround time and the fact that a laptop I spent a lot amount of money on came defective is outrageous. They used to have outstanding customer service... what a shame.

They are more than willing to sell you something without an appointment but refuse to exchange something under warranty when you're the only customer in the store and 8 employees are standing around doing nothing. If you question why a repair that takes 15 -20 mins takes 4 hours you will get a nasty attitude and talked to like an idiot .

Horrible customer service. Even with a product under warranty they will try to haggle you to pay a price for repairs. You are better off going to the Apple Store in Philadelphia.

Went here to pickup 3 phones on a business pickup. The associate James was very diligent and required the proper information before releasing the phones. Which is great to see that not just anyone can pickup a device you left. The manager Patrick was awesome and worked with me to assist me in my pickup. The store was packed since the day after Christmas but we were out in around 25 minutes. Kudos to this store!

FaceTime was hung and I could not make any calls .my phone was unusable . Went to this store and asked for help . They just ignored to help me out saying they do not have any technician . They asked me to call support and get help . I explained her I do not have alternative phone to reachout .She did not even bother to listen to what I tried to explain . This is worst of my customer service experience at Apple store .

Will never buy an apple product again...rude employees who hate the job had to wait 3 hrs for a minor prob a tech end up asking me if i wanted another appointment after waiting 3 hrs because they were backed up with customers..... Left pissed and bought new android at att store .

They were rude. First, they made me wait longer then my appointment time. Second, the guy I saw at the Genius Bar looked at my phone for about 2 seconds and said "your phone has water damage. You can buy a new phone if you'd like" my phone does not have water damage. It is 3 months old and always in a case and never near water. There no condensation in anything. I got home and opened my SIM card and like I said.. No water damage. I love my iPhone and I'm very upset it isn't working because of all my pictures of my kids. But I do not like this place.

Horrible customer service! I just bought brand new iPhone about 2 months ago. And now the screen tonally shut down. I brought to Apple store at Cherry Hill Mall to fixed it. I have to wait haft an hour for the customer service, yet when they fixed my screen phone done, they return my phone back, but without my screen protector. When I asked them “where is my screen protector?” One of the tech said “Oh we crack it, and we don’t have responsible for that. So you can call Bill Gates and ask for it”. That was so rude! Very Disappointed! Never want to come back here again!
