Properly diagnosed failing hard drive, explained options, installed SSD (fast), recovered files & found and set up my browser settings as they were (a nice unexpected touch), etc. Don't know how speed of service compares with others, but offer faster service at higher rate. Would have preferred that they asked before installing a free version of a virus software (other than the one I use). I would definitely return & recommend.

Always thorough, always fair, and no heavy sales pressure. Made an excellent recommendation for updating my WiFi network so I would get more than 20-30 megabits out of my Gigabit service. They didn’t hesitate to offer a super alternative solution when I said I had a major expense coming up and save a few dollars. Installed with all the professional decorum anyone could ask for. Network working great. Trying not to kick myself for hoping the internet service provider would fix the WiFi problem for over a year!
