Ryan misdiagnosed my Macbook last spring; I ended up taking the computer to a better specialist who rapidly fixed my problem at a very reasonable cost. Some time later, my stepdaughter brought her I-phone to North Country to replace her screen; a couple of weeks later her screen went black. Two strikes is enough; I'm not coming back to risk a third one.

I had windows 8 on my pc and upgraded to Windows 10 and it just wasn't working right and Nortons anti-virus was most of the problem with out-dated drivers as a secondary problem. NCTS got my machine working properly and I started using PC Matic as my anti-virus and utilities, that was over two years ago and I have not had a single issue since.
