I have been pretty careless when it comes to iPhones. And usually have to purchase a phone after any repairs I have had, due to the products only have a month warranty or just non at all, then breaking even worse. I was giving advise and before Chad even tried to replace the broken piece he offered to save me money and tried to get the tiny pebble out manunally. Even though i did have to replace the part, which has a life time warranty, I would have paid more just for the service and his real honest advise! If you want any repairs I highly recommend th his spot!

My daughter's iPhone 5c was dropped, shattered, and wouldn't turn on. I suspected there was something wrong with it apart from just the screen. But NH iPhone Repair in Portsmouth had it working again (as good as new) in about an hour, and even waived the diagnostic fee, since the only problem with it WAS the screen. Incredibly pleasant to deal with, quick turnaround, and really great work!

These guys are awesome!! Do not hesitate. We were driving by on a motorcycle ride to Portsmouth. My phone had been having some serious battery fails. They knew the problem exactly, brought it right in, showed us a very comprehensive diagnostic. They offered us a beverage while waited, and had the phone fixed before we finished!!! These guys are fantastic! Took my phone to the Portsmouth office and met with Ryan. I was having issues with the charging port on my phone, figured I would have to have the port replaced. While we chatted he checked for lint in the port and pulled out a TON. Phone charged perfectly afterwards. Had him check the battery while I was there and it had no issues. He gave me some tips on freeing up some memory and I was there for maybe 15-20 minutes and best of all, there was no charge! If your having phone issues, I highly recommend going to these folks first.

Normally I'd be suspect with all 5 star reviews but no BS here. I've had an issue with my charger port for a month now - my phone was not charging unless I propped it up to put pressure on the port. They first tried to clean the port before doing the repair (alot of places will just default to doing the more expensive service). The port did need to be replaced, which took 15 minutes tops. If you have multiple issues with the phone they offer bundle discounts on service, so just ask. For the price of two monthly installments on a new iphone 8, my phone has a new lease on life.

I called at 3pm yesterday looking to get my iPhone XR back camera replaced. Ryan ordered the parts and called me the next morning to tell me the parts are in and that I could come down anytime. I got there at 12pm and it was ready in 30 min. camera works perfect and it only cost me $100. The apple store wanted to charge me $399!! I highly recommend this place.

I wasnt successful as the phone was still having issues so I booked an appointment online with these guys as i despise AT&T and will never bring anything there. The first time I used him, Chad was only in Manchester, and he came all the way over to the Portsmouth area to pick up the broken ipad, meet me, and take it away. The next time I shipped it to him. I went in to get the cameras removed from a Samsung s6 active cellphone which you only can access from the front screen which is unusual. The technician was hesitant to perform the work because he didn't want to cause more damage but I let him do it anyways and he was able to take the cameras out without damaging the original screen which was a big win! Wish I could give them 6 stars! Set an appointment to have my charging port repaired on my Iphone since the chord wouldn't stay in the port and I couldn't really charge the phone without holding it. Chad took a quick look at the phone and told me I didn't need a new charging port and was able to solve the problem without taking it apart (the port needed to be cleaned out). To top it off Chad didn't want to charge me for the service, so I bought a glass screen protector for him to install cause of the outstanding customer service! HIGHLY recommend these guys, I'll never go anywhere else again.

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. My phone had sever water damage so I made an appointment to have it "fixed". I ended up paying over $100 for a "fixed" phone when a newly refurbished one was roughly $200. I was not happy with the price to begin with but nonetheless my phone was "fixed". After about a week I went back in because the phone still wasn't working and right from the start they started trying to sell me more parts to "fix" it. I didn't want to pay anything and asked if they could provided me with information regarding exactly what they did the first time and where that $100 went. The refused to give me any more additional information regarding what they did to my phone and in the end responded with "well you shouldn't have dropped it in the water in the first place". This was followed by "sorry sir we don't see this type of problem everyday". If they truly can't fix a water damaged phone why are they advertising they can fix it and taking money from people even though the problem is much bigger than they can handle? These are deceptive practices as a business and are incredibly shady. Not to mention how rude the sales associate was. After I questioned where that money that was spent on the phone for repairs went, the sales associate was nothing but rude to me and was visibly angry. I felt incredibly uncomfortable around this person and wanted nothing more than to leave the store. In the end the owner of the business was nice enough to offer a full refund as long as I returned the parts they installed. They got rid of my old screen and attempted to give me a cracked one to replace it. I pointed this out and the same sales associate got very mad at me. The screen they ended up giving me doesn't even turn on and I believe my phone is more broken now than when I brought it in initially. I will never recommend this place to anyone purely based off of the customer service experience and the way I was treated by this sales associate. Had the sales associate been nicer this would have been a much easier process and a more enjoyable experience.

I love this place! I took my phone in to these guys yesterday hoping it was not beyond repair. The guy there said it would take ten minutes and sure enough ten minutes later my phone had a new screen! Completely dispelled my thinking that it would take a couple of days to get fixed. My experience with Ryan was indescribable. I walked in without an appointment and asked what it would cost, and how long it would take, to move everything from my iPhone 5 S to my new iPhone 7 Plus. Ryan said it wouldn't cost anything because I was going to do it and he was simply going to walk me through the process. (It got a little more complicated than expected since the iPhone 7 Plus had previously been used in a clinical trial and had been part of a device management system.) As a recent college graduate I can say that I unfortunately know my way around iphone repair shops (from the customer's point of view that is) and I have never had service so fast and easy. I brought in my Google Pixel XL Blue 16GB phone after two years of heavy use. Game of Thrones, days of Reddit, YouTube. The battery lasted for about 5 hours before it died. They replaced my battery. Now it lasts all day again. I'm still nervous to keep it off the charger, but I think I will learn that I am no longer tied to the wall. My phone is wireless again! And you know what? if I could give no stars, I would! I also would not recommend anyone to go here. I had very bad experience with them. I paid for an OEM screen but they gave me low quality chinese screen instead. My screen color is not the same and it has too many dead spots on it. I went back 3 times for the same issue. They replaced my screen 3 times, its still the same and my battery started to drain faster since the screen repair! :(

My iPhone stopped charging. Appeared to be a defective charge port. The phone insurance I have wanted $199 for a refurbished phone, or for me to trade it in on a new $800-1,000 phone. Googled iPhone repair near me and found this place. Made an appointment online and walked in expecting to wait the estimated 40 minutes and pay the quoted price of $60. The young man who waited on me said, "Hold on there... you may just have some dust and lint packed in the port." Two minutes later I walked out with a working iPhone and the repair fee still in my pocket. I highly recommend these folks. Cordial, excellent service, and it would have been a great value even if it hadn't been free.
