PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO READ THIS! After having my screen pop out (NO, not cracked & YES, still receiving messages.. Aka WORKING), I made the mistake of taking my phone to Cellular Freedom in Manchester, NH. They charged me $90 to temporarily fix the issue, but ended up completely ruining my phone. Not only did they make my phone literally unusable, but they made me make 4 different trips back to the store, just to give me all different reasons as to what caused the problem that THEY had created. When they finally came to the conclusion (which I had already decided), that they had no idea what was wrong with my phone, they told me I neede an entirely new phone because now it was a "software" issue. This is when I decided to take it where I should've from square one, NH iPhone Repair. Not only did they make my time a priority from the beginning, but they were also to fix my phone in ONE trip. Ultimately saving me hundreds of dollars from the damage another company had caused. Bottom line- TAKE YOUR PHONE/DEVICES TO NH iPHONE REPAIR! They are the only trustworthy, professional, quality place that actually cares about their customers & will even do the repairs in front of you. I will never take my phone elsewhere. The LCD on my phone was cracked in several places, and not working. I was not optimistic that it could be fixed, however I made an appointment in Bedford. Much to my pleasure, it was fixed in less than 15 minutes and looks & functions like it's brand new. I believe the technician who fixed it was Colin. He was personable and professional, and the price was reasonable. I hope I don't have to use them again, but I will if needed!

5 STAR SERVICE! Had my lightning port replaced with Colin and Cole in just under 15 minutes for only $50. This fix cost tons less than the Apple Store and their lifetime warranty is something they stand by 110% no questions asked! The friendly staff makes you feel comfortable and at home, they have a great sitting area and high quality accessory items for sale to look at while you are waiting. These guys truly want to help you and always keep your time in mind, rather than just taking your money and sending you off on your way like other chain-brand repair shops. When I went in I had scheduled an appointment online, which was very easy, and I was assisted moments upon arrival. Booked an appointment online which was super convenient. Had to wait while the tech finished up a walk-in repair but he asked me a few questions about what happened to my phone, which I thought was nice that he addressed me even if he was with another customer. He made us both feel important so he gets an A++ for customer service in my book. When he wasn't 100% happy with the glass replacement, he took the time to redo it and then added an extra protective shield for free to thank me for my patience. Two weeks later and phone works and looks great.

This is how phone repair is supposed to be, 15 minute screen replacements are no joke! Friends in NYC all got quotes around $200-$300 but Chad doesn't overcharge and gets the screens direct so his price was only $115!!!

I found NH iphone repair last year after my autistic son threw my iphone against a wall breaking the screen. They were recommended by my local Moms page. I was able to book my appointment online for the same day & saved $10 for booking online. When they fixed my screen they suggested a glass screen protector and at a discount because I was already getting a service done. They were quick and reasonably priced. The staff is alway friendly, inviting and personable. I have since brought my kids & husband’s phones for glass screen protectors along with my son’s iPad & iPad mini. I just went again for a new battery for my iphone and again got the best service! Also parking is very convenient. So much easier then going to the mall!

I have used NH iPhone Repair 2x now. About 2 years ago to repair a cracked screen on a gen-1 iPad. It cost $90 and is still working with no problems. Last week, they replaced the screen in my iPad Air-1 which had a bad digitizer which was causing phantom or ghost touches. It was $100 and is working great. For this last repair, I mailed them the iPad via priority mail ($10) on a Friday and I received it back (via priority mail) the following Wednesday. I checked with Apple and was told it would probably be about $240 to repair.

I broke my iPhone 4 screen the other day and I found Chad and NH Iphone Repair on Google. I gave him a call and brought the phone to him the next day. Chad was AWESOME! He told me he could have it done in about an hour and that I could stay or go run som errands (which I did) I came back in about 45 minutes and he was done! I am shocked by the quality of service I received today! I dropped my phone and smashed the screen on my iPhone SE this morning. I found NH iPhone repair on Google and gave them a call. They weren’t too busy, so they were able to take me as a walk-in. When I got there I immediately felt welcomed by their friendly service. They had a bowl of jolly ranchers on the front desk, so I grabbed one and took a seat. They finished repairing my phone before I finished my jolly rancher! I was just as blown away by the price. For my phone, it was only $75 for a new screen! I will be recommending these guys to everybody I know! I hope I don’t need more repairs in the future, but if I do I know exactly where I’m going.

If I could give more stars, I would. The guys who work here are so friendly and they are such pros. Up until 10 months ago, I had never shattered a screen. In the past 10 months, as a family, we’ve broken 5. The experience I had with Chad after I broke the first one kept me driving an hour in each direction to NH iPhone Repair just for the friendly, fast service. I joke each time we break a screen that I have to go visit “my boyfriend, Chad.” While breaking a phone is never a good experience, these guys lessen the blow. Very easy online booking too!

My phone wouldn't charge at all. It would show that it's charging but wouldn't charge, and if it did it wouldn't go past 1%. I think there was a problem in the charger port. I went to the Apple Store and they told me it would be $299 to replace the phone. I went to NH iPhone Repair instead and got it fixed within a few minutes, and for a very reasonable price. My phone charges perfectly fine now. Chad was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely go again if ever needed.

OK so Chad is pretty much awesome. My wife dropped her iPhone 4S and the front screen was absolutely devastated. Very upset with my experience here. Chad took my phone in for a screen repair and his employees actually caused new damage to my phone. They damaged the motherboard and caused a "Boot loop" on my device, and after replacing the screen Chad the owner accused me personally of "trying to pull a fast one on them". This offended me greatly as he was now trying to charge a board repair for $250 and a battery replacement for $50 while accusing me of breaking the device myself. They sent my device to North Conway (a separate company)since they are not qualified for board repair, took 2 weeks while they never followed up on their own once, when they finally fixed my device and it turned on, I proved to them that my phone had notifications from minutes before they logged my first service ticket. Proving that my phone was not boot looping and was actually working minutes before the repair. The owner Chad and and a few of his employees had nothing to say except "this phone has caused us all to drink a lot". "We're at the point of doing whatever the **** it takes to get you get out here". "Basically never come back again". These are all quote by quote from Chad the owner and his employees. As they said these things I wrote them down and told them this is no way to treat a customer. How in the world are you in business Update after Owner reply: The battery in my device was a genuine apple battery and was proved by looking at the actual battery they took out of my phone. Chad is claiming my battery caused the issue since it was replaced. Yet they are trying to replace it with a non-genuine battery. If a replacement battery causes issues with phones, why do you install non genuine replacements in all of your customer devices?

I was loosing hope when my iPhone did not work after water damaged. Luckily my daughter happened to find this place and I made the appointment. I had to wait for five days to not have a phone because they were closed from Sunday to Wednesday (July 4 holiday) and had to make that appointment after work on Thursday. But before finding this place, I went to Apple Store to see if they can do something to my phone. NOTHING! They only opened it, look insid, took pictures to show me what I already knew. Apple Store made no attempt in fixing it and only told me that it will cost me $300.00 + to swap my phone with the same model, 6S. I waited for two hours for nothing. I left the store almost in tears. I must say, NH iPhone repair shop in Bedford saved me from spending hundreds of dollars and I did not have to loose any of my memories that are in my phone.Thank you Colin (what a nice man) for not closing the door on me after arriving to your shop late (after closing time) and stayed to fix my phone. I do not write reviews. Ever. This is my first one, but I wanted to share my experience. I came here to get my Samsung S8 screen fixed since I broke it last July. I was finally tired of it and it was time. I showed up and they were very nice, but they did not have the phone screen in stock after I made my appointment for that Tuesday. They called me when I was walking in to let me know. I was a little annoyed because it's kind of out of my way, but I scheduled another appointment for Thursday. When I came then, they went right to work. I did have a minor crack on my back screen but I was not worried about that. However, it shattered upon replacing the front screen, so they just replaced it. They did not have silver in stock for the front screen to match my phone, so they asked what color I wanted. The color really didn't matter so I just went with black. It was all fixed and I walked out. I went to plug it in to charge on my way to work but it said the internal battery temperature was too cold. I gave it the benefit of the doubt as I'm sure the materials they received came out of a cold box. After having the heat on it for 15 minutes and it still saying this, I knew something wasn't right, so I turned around and went back. There was another girl there that had the same problem that got her S8 fixed the previous day. They said they have never had this problem and have now had it multiple times. They were able to figure it out and fix it. The next day (Friday), I noticed that my front camera was not focusing. I gave them a call and they said to bring it in when I could. On Sunday, I noticed that my phone would no longer vibrate, but they were closed. The next time I was available to bring it in was Tuesday, so I went all the way there, but they were closed for the Patriots Parade... I had no other time until the next week. I brought it in the next Tuesday to get this all fixed and they were able to do so. I did walk out without the sim card being put back, but I was able to walk back in and get it before I took off. Again, they were extremely nice and I did not have to pay to continuously return, but the extenuating circumstances were just not the greatest. I'm sure they are great with iPhones (hence their name), but I wouldn't recommend to anyone with a Samsung.

They report “ probably from a company that upgrades their employees phones every year and they never got around to issueing it.” Got home, tried to set up. Worked great as an iTouch but wouldn’t connect to Verizon. Spent hours trying to problem solve with Apple and the internet. Next day spent an hour with Verizon trying to get it activated. They tried everything in their manual. Finally got a Senior Technician on the phone who asked for the IMEI number on phone. Ran it through a database and reported that this phone doesn’t exist. Needless to say I returned it to the store immediately. Now their story changed. “ yeah, we bought it from a guy who then reported stolen to collect insurance money”. “ I knew he was shady when he came in but couldn’t turn him away. It seemed like the phone was in too good of shape for someone to sell”. BINGO!!! Only positive is they did refund money, nothing more. I just find it interesting that the story changed in one day. Also, maybe they should be running the IMEI before selling to customers so they don’t waste hours of their lives. Another case of being burned by supporting the “small guys”. Take your business to Apple or mobile carrier and buy legit equipment.

Honestly these guys are amazing! They have the best prices in the area for sure to start. Also, their website says it will take about 15 minutes to repair your phone but really they fixed it in under five minutes right in front of me. Also they have a super sweet and lovey dog there that keeps you company while you wait! If you break your screen you'll have it fixed in the same day with these guys. No idea how these guys have such good reviews. Brought cracked but working phone in on Tuesday. They tried to repair it for over 1 hour and somehow was able to make it so the phone wouldn’t turn on past the Apple logo. Told me he would have the owner of the shop look at it since he was more experienced and would get a call back the next day. Never got a call back, so I called numerous times leaving messages without success. Closed the place from Friday until Monday for personal vacation. Tried calling Tuesday and leaving messages and never got a return call. Finally on Wednesday after calling numerous times I got a call back saying they were unable to fix my phone. They did not know what the issue was but it would not go passed the Apple logo. They claimed they tried many different reset options, various power cords and even batteries. Went to pick up the phone and he said it was a lost cause. Told me they give me the phone and not charge anything for the new screen since the phone was unable to start. Got home that night and did some research online. After just 15 minutes of playing with the phone and trying various things, I got it to reset using Itunes. After the reset and update was complete, phone turned on no problem, however, the touch pad would not work. Decided to open up the phone and surprise! The replacement screen they installed was faulty and had a very obvious broken connection to the motherboard for the touch screen. I will be buying a replacement screen online and doing this myself. All other features on the phone work so I have no idea how these guys run a business fixing iPhones if they are this unprofessional! Take your phone somewhere else!

I left it to be fixed while I went on vacation.when I returned it was not ready as promised.there was a mistake on their end. Very happy with my new phone screen. I filled out a claim with insurance company Asurion only to find out it was going to be $210 to get a “new phone”. After I was Informed the insurance company sends you refurbished phones I was turned off from sending it to them. Luckily I got wind of NH Iphone repair. I literally made an appointment for the next day, and was in and out in less than 10 mins. The gentleman that fixed my phone was professional and did a great job. I’m very happy with my new screen and paying less than half the cost it would have costed for insurance makes me that much happier. Replaced my iPhone 8 Plus screen very quickly, I broke the LCD when it dropped. After I got home, I noticed True Tone for the display wasn’t an option anymore. Looked into it further and found that auto brightness had also been disabled because it’s not an OEM screen. It’s not the shops faults for Apple almost forcing you to use OEM Apple parts, but I would have appreciated it if the Bedford shop would have disclosed this information to me first.

I cannot believe how rude the employees of this location were to my boyfriend and me. The phone came in with a cracked screen and we left with a very problematic phone, 2 weeks later. Although the situation was frustrating for the employees, they should never have made us, as costumers, feel so uncomfortable and unwelcomed over issues they caused. I would never recommend this place based on the service. It seems they may be great if all goes well, but if any issues arise they do not handle them in a mature or professional way.

I was having significant issues with my iPhone 6s and had it looked at twice at the Apple Store in Manchester, since the phone is under Apple Care. That proved to be useless, as the so-called geniuses at the genius bar are not that bright. I took the phone in to NH iPhone repair in Bedford. Colin did a full diagnostic on the phone and quickly realized that the battery load indicator was way out of line. He installed a new battery and the phone was fixed in 15 minutes. Had an iPhone 6 that for almost 2 years the top microphone did not work. Finally decided to call up NH iPhone repair to see if they could fix it. Walked in to the storefront in Bedford early at 10:55AM. Walked out with a completely fixed, working, iPhone by 11:10. AND I got to watch them fix it. These folks know what they're doing (they fix TONS of iPhones and iPads under corporate contracts for other organizations), and they're super pleasant to deal with. Nice friendly service but be aware that they are not an Apple certified service center and will use second-rate parts for repairs and replacements, which are known and proven to cause glitches and problems with the Apple iOS. My screen replacement was obviously not Apple quality (colors were strange/"off") and soon started causing touch screen issues. Safer bet would be an Apple certified vendor.
