After two months of bizarre issues with the battery they replaced, I took it to the Apple Store. The battery they installed was so faulty that it was putting pressure against the phone’s shell. In another week or so, the battery *in my child’s phone* would have exploded. Mobile Envy deserves to burn in Hell for the danger they placed my kid in, simply for a quick buck.

If you smash your iPhone or Any smartphone he will fix it insuring your lunch break from work at the mall was a great one!

I went in to get my phone screen replaced, they gave me the wrong screen. It didn’t have the features of the previous one, they said they gaurateed it for life. Then because it had a minor scratched they revoked the guarantee. When they had given me the wrong screen in the first place. I would not recommend going through them by any means.

I dropped my laptop and the charger got jammed into the computer. I rushed to Murat at Mobile Envy in somewhat of a panic because I work from home and needed it fixed PRONTO. Murat was calm and collected. He was able to get the part necessary to fix the computer and also fixed the cord! Which avoided the necessity of buying a new cord. Price was fair and turnaround was FAST. Murat hasn't seen the last of me!

My boyfriend cracked his Samsung Galaxy s5 about a month ago so we went into Mobile Envy to get it fixed. We already had seen horrible reviews from other customers and even from phone companies inside the mall. But this was our last resort. My boyfriend went in and told the man that he's seen the reviews and wasn't impressed but he's gunna try to trust him with his phone. The man told my boyfriend that it would be 140 bucks and told us it would be 45 minutes. We come back 45 minutes later and told us it would be another hour. So basically it was a two hour trip. Other the course of two weeks after getting the screen fixed the screen was lifting from the phone and also getting in the way of the front facing camera. Today he woke up to go to work and check his phone but the whole screen wouldn't light up at all while the phone was turned on so the phone is completely unable to use. Absolutely HORRIBLE experience.
