These guys don't seem to know how to do anything but put your computer on their "bench," plug it in, and press a button that makes their software search for viruses and other malware. If that solves your problem, great; if it doesn't, they don't have a clue what to do next.

I had a tricky issue that involved moving information from the PC environment to the MAC environment that should have been easy but was not; one technician here spent a significant amount of time trying various tricks, and when he hit multiple road blocks, didn't give up but researched some supporting software, downloaded it, figured out how to make it work, and finally solved the problem. Although it took longer that either of us expected, he didn't give up on it. Problem solved. The place looks pretty shabby, but they worked to get my problem solved, so, despite appearances, they seem to know their stuff.

My desktop crashed the other day. Brought it into the store and met Mark. He told me he could look at in about 2 hours. Well 2 hours later he called and told me it was not worth fixing since it was so old. So he offered me some units that were rebuilt and ready to take home. I did that at a ridiculous price. The computer blows away what I owned and the cost was $200.00. This place is awesome and Mark is a fair and honest man whom I would do business with any time. Thanks so much. I have had the guys at Geek To You work on my business computers for several years for everything from standard cleaning and maintenance to multiple error messages and the inability to install and uninstall programs to dealing with the "blue screen of death" They know my business depends on my computer, and are always as prompt and thorough as they can be. And they are knowledgeable about computers, tablets and phones, and really seem to care about what they do. I highly recommend their service.

I brought my computer in because a hinge broke on my laptop and pulled out my wifi wire. I told them what was wrong with the computer and exactly that. They called me back and said it would require a $75 diagnostic fee to figure out what needs to be done. I responded with that I already know what needs to be done and no diagnostic will be required. So I picked up my computer and they told me it would be 2-3 hours of labor to fix (even though they did not "diagnose" it). Obviously they did in the 10 minutes that it had been dropped off. I took it home and with never have taking a laptop apart before, I fixed it in 40 minutes. They are just out for a buck and not the customer.

I had them hang 2 televisions, on which they did an excellent job.My computer was slow so I asked him to fix that. I happen to live far from his shop, so it took a while to receive the computer. They ended up doing diagnosis, virus removal and a full reboot for $150.00. I like to support family businesses, and this is one I would recommend.
