My coworkers and I bring our Mac products here for repairs. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful, plus the pricing is very reasonable.
Had broken screen on Macbook Air replaced last year or so. Work done quickly and professionally at fair price. Year or so on, still working fine. Quite satisfied and would return for repairs or purchase of Apple products.
Great service. Very knowledgeable.
This shop was awesome. Smashed my phone with no cover on it. Broken glass spider-webbed. Walked in, said I heard they replace glass, and within an hour had my phone repaired. Actually better than it was originally. Pretty sure they gave me a 10% discount as well. Great place, great help, and quality customer service. No need to drive to the Apple store in Portland... just visit this shop, you will be pleased.
When MacEdge was the only show in town that is where I would always end up with my Apple woes. Experimac opened within walking distance to my office and I gave them a shot. So I've been in a good ten times now with various Apple product issues and each and every time I have walked away more than pleased with there knowledge and service (which is remarkably fast). I also find their pricing to be more than fair. Give them a shot, you will not be disappointed. (I should also note I never write reviews but feel they have earned this one)
Didn’t charge me until they knew if they could fix my phone. The tech spent 20 minutes to conclude I needed a new phone. No charge for the time, which I offered to pay. Give these honest guys a chance to help you.
Excellent, generous, very knowledgeable service on multiple devices by all staff, good prices, and quick turn-around. Terrific resource.
Hooked me up with an Ipad Pro and made a great recommendation for a keyboard. Nice!
The techs were friendly and extremely helpful. Much better than the Apple store where you get "it can't be fixed" and a lot of attitude. I'm sticking with Experimac here and in FL
Came in and they were friendly and totally helped me out!! Thanks for being cool!
No one knows Macs better than these guys and their turnaround is fast. Great having a local resource that’s top notch.
Timely repairs. Great customer service.
great guys, very knowledgeable, excellent alternative to the apple store madness. good deals on new and used apples, and their service/repair work is fantastic. thanks jb
I stopped by this business to help me with a computer problem after I was turned down by an agent at the Staples store. Experimac went out of their way to help me and stood behind their work 100%, even when the repair ran into a problem. This country needs more small business owners who believe in customer satisfaction over revenue. Thank you Experimac team! Sal Terrezza / Dover NH
prompt, efficient, knowledgeable
Knowledgeable, fast and efficient service! I got exactly what I needed and am very happy with my laptop.
I called about 40 minutes before they closed and they said they would fix my phone no problem rather than come in the next day. Very friendly, fixed my phone screen in a remarkable amount of time. The price was very good for the quality of the repair.
I cannot recommend Experimax enough - my go to for all things Apple!
I was with a friend who recently brought their MacBook to Experimac and came away very impressed with the knowledge, courtesy, and diligence of the staff. They shot straight, explained all the options, and finished the work quickly. I will happily take my Mac to them if it has problems.
love experimac portsmouth !
Great works
Best place to buy pre-owner MacBook/iPhone/iMac. Got my 15” MacBook Pro 2015, and couldn’t be more happier with my purchase. Highly recommended.
The techs at Experimac Portsmouth are awesome. Very knowledgeable, very friendly, very helpful, and they work quickly and efficiently. Pricing is reasonable and competitive for repair services, as well as the pre-owned devices. They have a great selection of trustworthy gently used Apple laptops, computers, iPads, and iPhones.
I have done business with Experimac of Portsmouth a few times. They are great with fair prices, good service, and knowledgable staff. If you are looking for a good used Mac, definitely check them out!
great place i was in and out very professional fix my phone like new
Great place and nice people! Replaced a battery in my iPhone ! Done in an hour and very reasonable price! I highly recommend them!
Always prompt, professional, and friendly service. Never try and sell you anything you don't need. Highly recommend !
These guys did a great job fixing my Macbook Pro, I spelt wine on the keyboard 2 years ago, they cleaned the unit, replaced the keyboard, updated the operating system for a reasonable price. Good luck in your new venture, the area needs a good Apple products repair shop, you can also buy refurbished Apple products at a reasonable price, thumbs up to Experimac, Portsmouth, NH
Staff always friendly, knowlegeable and efficient. Prices very reasonable. Convenient location and hours.
Very knowledgeable, great service, excellent prices.
Great responsiveness, great price and quick turnaround.
Always friendly, willing and able to help. They are quite knowledgeable about Macs, good pricing on their laptops with some excellent resources to finance, especially the "90 days same as cash" programs. As much as I like MacEdge, these guys are priced better, far better turnaround on repairs and maintenance. I've bought several Macs from them, had a HD replaced and some repairs. 5 star work.
Knowledgeable, professional, and very helpful .They were able to solve problems several others couldn't. Great service and very nice people.
Integrity, honesty and the fastest, most trustworthy, knowledgable service are what I was hoping for when my macbook pro became unusable. Hoping for, and got. I have never been moved to write a Google review before, but I have to tell the world, this place (and Hussein !) are the only place I will ever go And, thank you to the owner of this wonderful shop for attracting (and keeping happy) the best technical experts.
I've been to experimac a few times for help when my apple devices aren't working correctly and I have always gotten the help i needed! The last couple of times I was there Victor assisted me and he was so kind and knowledgable. I would highly recommend this place if you're looking to buy apple products or get help with the ones you have!
The owner cares about their customers.
Excellent service, very reliable, trustworthy. They are honest, and they care about their customers. Ant then they bent over backwards for me, once they realized a friend of mine was a customer of theirs. I will be buying my next refurbished apple product from them, no hesitation about it.
Worst experience ever. I traded in a laptop with a busted screen, left with a comparable Mac laptop that began firing off battery errors within 48 hours. Took it back, they ordered a new battery, took 2 weeks, they never called to tell me it was in. When it was, I was called to come in. They couldn’t find the battery. I went home. I called two more times, and was told to come in, “we have the battery””.” I arrived, and was told “come back later, we’re not sure where the battery is.” Eventually they put a battery in and told me “faulty battery sometime happen...” Fast forward two months later (June). The laptop will not hold a charge, then it cycles thru shutdowns repeatedly. Knowing I had a bad Experimac experience, I take it to MacEdge (who were amazing). They run a diagnostic test and tell me “our tests show no battery in this machine at all!” They flip it over to open it up pointing out only two of twelve screwed are holding the Mac together (Experimac never bothered to screw the machine together)!!! Upon seeing the battery the tech at MacEdge actually laughed out loud at the knock off low quality if it. A knock off at best they tell me. End of story, I went back to Experimac Portsmouth three times this week. The store manager was rude and condescending , the owner ignored me completely (fully aware of what was happening), and they actually called me in twice to say it was ready for pick up, both times it wasn’t. Today after 9 plus visits (since end of February) I left with a machine that fingers crossed works. NEVER AGAIN. These people deserve no stars. Horrible service, horrid quality and totally disrespectful. The only person who helped at all was a kid, on the job three weeks. He had nothing to do with any of this and these clowns let him spin in the wind on it. Do not go to this store.
Went in there because I was having a issue where I would be using my trackpad on my MacBook and all of a sudden it would just stop working BECAUSE STUFF LIKE THAT HAPPENS. The tall guy that helped me was very nice and knew exactly what needed to be done. It took him almost no time at all to finish. Would recommend to anyone!
I am torn about writing this review because the sales associates did, in the end, refund HALF of the cost of the labor on my computer, and that is why I gave as many as 2 stars. The main point of this review is that I want anyone who has the same problem that I had to know about this before they go to Experimac. I experienced mechanical failure of the hard drive on my late mother's computer, which I had very foolishly never backed up since when she died 2 years ago. The computer would not start and the diagnostics attempt I made over the phone with Apple failed to give a fix. Because my computer is too old to bring to an Apple store, I brought it to Experimac due to the good reviews on Google. I emphasized that my main goal was to recover as much data as possible off of the hard drive, that I was not in a rush to have the computer back and that returning function to the computer was not my main concern. They attempted to update the operating system, which failed. They then told me I needed a new hard drive and the cost would be $250 and that there was an 85% chance that they would be able to recover the data to the new hard drive after it was installed. They told me there was no way to attempt to recover the data prior to installation of the new hard drive. Then they called me and said the new hard drive was installed and they were unable to recover any of the data from the old hard drive. I asked to pick up the old hard drive with the computer, and they said yes I could have it, but emphasized that the data was unrecoverable and offered no other options to further attempt to recover it. My boyfriend picked up the computer and old hard drive for me because I was out of town, and within hours he and his dad had plugged my hard drive into his computer and easily backed up all of my old files. I do not know enough about computers to know that this is a possibility, but I can only hope/assume that a technician working on computers at Experimac would have known. If it hadn't been for my boyfriend and his dad I might have given up and lost all of the photos and documents that my mom had kept on that computer, some things that I had never even seen. I was heartbroken when I thought I wouldn't get them back. Additionally, they gave me NO information regarding what was done to the computer - what brand of hard drive was installed, what operating system was installed, or any other information about results of the diagnostics they ran. The receipt just says 4 hours of labor. They were unable to elaborate on this when the computer was picked up or after. The reason for the 2 stars is that my boyfriend returned to the store and expressed his dissatisfaction and after a long discussion with several sales associates, they refunded him half the cost of the labor. It seems this would be a good place to go for simple cell phone repairs or updates to your computer but not for more serious issues like the one I had, where so much was at stake. I am happy with the new hard drive and operating system, the computer is working great. I am impressed that they were willing to offer some money back in the end. But I really wish the communication and level of expertise/honesty had been better, and I would hate for this to happen to someone else who didn't have the resources to back up their hard drive on their own.
"My computer was smoking and I was sure I was going to have to trash it but I took it in to Experimac and it was fixed in under an hour while Apple said it's too old to be fixed. Each time I visit my computer is fixed and never feel like I have been taken advantag of (last time I had a virus)."
Work done on our computers was honest, careful, and timely. We felt confident that the diagnosis and solution were both correct. We would recommend Experimac to anyone who wants to extend the life of one of their Apple products.
I was travelling for business, forgot the charge cord for my macbook and was in the middle of an important meeting with a laptop rapidly nearing 0% battery. Unfamiliar with the area, I found out Experimac was within a couple miles and called to see if they had what I needed, and they did. When they learned I wasn't going to be able to make it before close because I would still be stuck in my meeting, one of the guys said he would deliver it on his break. What great local New Hampshire service. Thanks Experimac.
Excellent experience, help in time of need (thank you), knowledgeable, friendly, FAST SERVICE, we got a great laptop, and have recommended to friends.
Had the battery changed in my 6s no appointment, done in a half hour, great service
Great service and fast!
Very good customer service and they are professional's.
I had a great experience at Experimac of Portsmouth. I have purchased several MacBook Pros with them and I'm loving my computers. The customer service was outstanding and they were very knowledgeable and friendly. Thanks...
Fast and friendly service. They replaced my iPhone glass same day during my lunch break. Price was competitive. A+ guys!
Place is amazing. No longer have to go all the way to Salem Mall.
: EDIT II: after my initial review I was contacted by the store manager who was very humble and kind regarding my review, he offered me a full refund for the part I did not plan on replacing, and overly apologized for the experience I had—he explained they're sort of in an in-between phase with employees right now but regardless this shouldn't have happened. Yesterday I had an average experience—if I could have rated 2.5 stars I would have because it wasn't horrible but it wasn't great; however, after being treated so kindly by the manager I'd be happy to visit Experimac again. : It started with a lack of communication regarding my repair—each person I spoke to seemed confused as to what I was there for, even though I spent a half hour just consulting with them. I came in for a battery replacement, and was told a new battery would fix my trackpad since they're parallel. After the new battery repair, the trackpad was not only fixed as a result, but it no longer worked AT ALL. I had no choice but to replace the trackpad at that point, costing me an additional $100 due to no fault of my own. "Well you were gonna have to replace the trackpad at some point anyway," he said. The guy who helped me said it was probably due to how he replaced the battery. He gave me a 20% discount due to making my problem WORSE which I really appreciated, but it shouldn't have happened at all. EDIT: turns out even though he said he gave me a 20% discount, he only gave me 10% off :-)
Helpful, so nice, great prices.
Very knowledgable and helpful staff. I got a fabulous used iMac 21" that I am extremely happy with. They really know all about Mac's--which I have found not to be the case with most other Mac retailers. I won't go anywhere else to buy used Apple products now that I have discovered Experimac.
We had a broken iPad...They fixed it! We had an iPhone6 sitting in drawer ready to collect dust....They bought it! We needed a new iMac for the office...We got a great deal! And, every time we were met with amazing customer service. I highly recommend Experimac!
Friendly staff, and reasonable pricing on service.
Excellent customer service! Super fair pricing. Fast service ... A++!
Fixed my cracked iPhone screen but when the home button stopped working as a result of the replacement, they were at a loss for how to fix it. Price was pretty good so I was grateful for that had the repair worked.
Bought an iMac on eBay from them - was just what they described and it was priced right
I was in the market for a new (used) MacBook Pro but I didnt want to deal with a private sale or the long lines at the Apple store so I did some researching and I found Experimac online and they had plenty of inventory to choose from. I'm a Graphic Designer and a 25 year Mac user so I knew exactly what I needed. The guys at Experimac hooked me up with a Mid-2015 MacBook Pro with everything I needed. It was about a 1.5 hour drive for me but worth every mile that I traveled. They were not pushy, and gave me plenty of "alone time" to examine the MacBook. I purchased without a doubt in my mind that I was making the right decision. I especially like the 1 year full warranty that came with it. I'm about 6 months in using and it supports all my Adobe Creative Suite apps and has a ton of RAM to keep me happy when working with multiple apps opened at once and large photoshop files are an ease to work with. I highly recommend the folks at the Portsmouth Experimac store. If you're an experienced Mac user or even a newbie... why spend thousands of dollars for something brand new when a few year older model works just as good for a fraction of the price. I'm a very happy customer!! ~ Matt K.
Great products at very advantageous prices, the staff is very knowledgeable, the technical support is outstanding.
A suburb customer experience. Was treated with respect and give excellent customer service. The products work perfectly, and look brand new. Could not recommend this great company more.
When my Macbook pro died, a simple google search led me to Experimac of Portsmouth, and I couldn't be happier that it did! They looked at my laptop the day after I dropped it off, confirmed it was in need of replacement, and called me with an affordable replacement available, enabling me to complete college coursework that I would have otherwise been unable to. They also bought my old machine for parts, further reducing my out of pocket cost. The service was professional and complete. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Well done!
Excellent service! I Would highly recommend them. Oh the service is very quick also!
I recently dropped my IPhone 6 onto hard pavement and ruined the screen. I thought my only option to fix the device was to drive to the Apple Store in Salem, NH, which is an hour away. After a little investigation I found that Experimac of Portsmouth, located on 833 Islington Street, provided the same services as the Apple Store. I walked into Experimac, spoke to a very helpful gentlemen who promised that the repair would be done in an hour. I did a few errands and picked up the phone an hour later. It was perfect. I would certainly recommend Experimac to everyone living in the Seacoast area as it was so convenient and reasonably priced.
Great place! Very knowledgeable and helpful! Helped set-up my MacBook and have always been there to answer questions and provide advice. Prices are very fair and they completed the work quickly!
Incredibly rude, didn't fix my screen properly the first time, when I brought it back they claimed it wasn't the screen it was the hard drive, which wasn't true. They took far longer than they said and did not listen to my requests. Go to MacEdge instead. These guys are awful.
They fixed my problem the same day to my total satisfaction.
Very happy with this store. I brought my MacBook Air into the other Mac store in Portsmouth when I had some water damage. The other store charged $60 to tell me that I needed a new motherboard for $700. When I brought my MacBook to Experimac they said there would be no charge to see if they could fix it. They completely fixed the machine for $250. Couldn't be more thrilled. Thank you Experimac!
I was able to purchase a very capable recent Macbook Pro with my choice of operating system installed for $700 out the door. The staff were very helpful. I'll be going there again.
I bought a used early 2012 15" MacBook Pro Retina with loads of storage and a very fast processor from these folks for a great price. I had a problem with the screen a few days later, and they first replaced it, no charge, and fast, but that didn't seem to do the trick. So they gave me a newer computer, upgraded with the storage capacity I needed, again fast and no charge. These folks are great; they stand by their warranties and are committed to customer satisfaction. Highly recommended.
Called this company to replace a scream for an iPhone plus, they wanted $159. This is more than the IPhone store without AppleCar.see which is $129. We want cheaper not to get ripped off.
This store has the best staff, they are always ready to help me with questions and work with me to learn how to use my computer and printer and phone.
Excellent service, knowledgable staff. Installed an upgraded hard drive in our 5+ year old(gradually slowing) Imac. When we, not being computer whizzes, had trouble getting new systems running they quickly and kindly solved our problems. Thanks guys! Highly recommended.
I visited Experimac when my the sound on my iPhone5s stopped working. Not only were the guys friendly and helpful, they fixed my phone within the hour - and then didn't charge because it was a simple fix! (They had to open up the phone, but just had to reconnect the speaker: a person at a different store had disconnected the speaker when replacing the battery.) So I recommend them highly!!
One star ONLY because they DID resolve my problem. I think they are friendly and knowledgeable but I also saw today that they will take advantage of people...money wise...if you can afford to pay way more than even makes sense...like $50 for a factory reset..sure. I went in and told the guy I needed a factory reset on my phone to override the pin for my restrictions so I could get a replace my phone. T-Mobile sent me there because they no nothing about apple or technology period..I told the guy what I needed he said they could. I asked about a price he said “it SHOULDcost nothing” then another guy took over and continued to do things to my phone or not(leaving it plugged in walking away and doing other things) I waited for awhile but didn’t mind..I did wonder what was happening. Long story short I was all set then the dude tells me I owe$50....FOR A FACTORY RESET.. they were selling iPhone 6s (which is what I have) for $85.... tell me how that works ...oh right I got taken advantage of. It’s just like finding a reliable and legit mechanic.. GOOD LUCK. And Mac edge is horrible also but for different reasons. I never write reviews but this really pisses me off...I got a whole new screen replace my for$75!! Anyway...They have no shame , are expensive and untrustworthy. Just be prepared and know your stuff before going in if you have to.
I bought a really nice preowned Mac here, after going into the shop a half a dozen times. They were always really nice and helpful. I'm really glad they opened.
Everyone at Experimac was great! They're patient knowledgeable and take the time to make sure that you are happy with your purchase or concerns. I highly recommend them as an Apple retailer and repair. Rose
These guys provided great service when I brought in my water damaged iPhone. They save all my data and ported it over to my new phone. I definitely recommend them n
Responsive to my troubling issues (old slow laptop) and quick resolution - !
Expert, friendly, diligent staff. Fixed my computer the same day I brought it in! All other Mac repair places I know of around here require that you leave it there for several days, which is a great hardship for people like me who run their businesses with their computers. Note: when buying from Experimac, I highly recommend purchasing the 3-year service plan. Someday, you'll be glad you did!
Leo helped us with 2 Macbook Pros by putting in new hard drives in record time. Thank you for efficient, effective repair services and fair prices.
I had them do some work on my Macbook, excellent and timely in all regards. Top notch!
Experimac’s friendly and knowledgeable staff has been an amazing resource in a variety of situations: from choosing the right MacBook to repairing a cracked iPhone screen. This is my go-to place for all of my Apple product needs - and they support the local community in a big way. One of the best additions to Portsmouth’s West End in recent years!
Excellent service plus friendly and helpful. Even when returning after changing my mind. Highly recommend. Will go back for sure.
Unprofessional employees! Do not go there. My gf got a problem with her Iphone 6. Non of her cameras was working, we went today to Experimac with hope to get it fixed. The guy there took a phone and asked us to come back in an hour, when we showed up he said that there is no way to fix the phone and the problem is - the phone itself, not the cameras. He said something about logic bard or whatever.. Well we got our phone back and went to verizon. Verizon wanted to charge us $300 in order to replace the phone, and we almost did pay, but decided to stop by phone repair kiosk at the mall. The guy there just replaced the cameras in front of us (took 10 minutes) and everything works perfect!! Fast, honest, affordable. Went once to Experimac in Portland - awesome. But the Portsmouth one... Hope the owner will keep an eye on employees to avoid these sort of problems in future.
Called this morning to see if they had a specific iPad in stock. The person instructed me they did and had an Apple Pencil for it and the keyboard case as well. Drove an hour there only to find out that they didn't have the Apple Pencil or the keyboard case at all. Decided to get the iPad anyway. Drove home. Went to activate it on Verizon only to find out that it is on the lost and stolen list. They did allow for a return, but had to drive all the way back. Terrible experience!!!!!
Wonderful Experience thank you to Hassan, Louie, and Mike for all the help with my new computer purchase!
Great service! Great prices! Great staff!
Nice place very clean and they are professional And they have great prices
Amazing experience with an even better staff, they went ahead and solved my issue while being super friendly, Highly reccomend these guys to anyone looking for apple help... So Much Cheaper than Apple TOO!
I saw an advertisement for Experimac and went in to look for a computer. I did not have a lot of money to spend. The staff considered my needs and worked with me to find a computer that would support the work I do and could be purchased at a reasonable price. I am so happy I found Experimac of Portsmouth!
They back their products as advertised. Outstanding customer service.
Great products, great prices, knowledgeable people.
I have been to Experimax Portsmouth on two occasions and both times they figured out what was wrong with my phone and did not charge me. Most recently they even ordered a part anticipating what the issue was but when I brought the phone in and they found it was a simple fix they did it gratis. And if your phone does need to be repaired they do it quickly at the store for a reasonable price. Needless to say I really like these guys and highly recommend them.
First time I didn't feel like they were screwing me unlike my experiences with apple, what an unbelievable staff.
Excellent service. So happy I found them!
Great service and much better pricing that MacEdge. Serviced my 2010 iMac with no issues.
Best Service In Town!!!!!!!
These guys fix almost anything I break on my mac, iPad, and Macbook Pro. And they don't charge an arm and a leg. And I typically get my device back around the time I finish my lunch at Street! Lifesaving (okay, maybe not.) Maybe game-changing. Yes.
They went above and beyond to fix my daughter's phone, and get it to me! I woukd highly recommend thier services.
We have bought all of the staff laptops from Experimac and have been very happy. The service was great, prices affordable, and after two years everything is still working well. :)
The service was fast and friendly. I went in with a broken screen on my iPad and it was fixed by the end of the day. I would highly recommend Experimac .
Fast and excellent service replacing the cracked glass on my iPhone 6. Great folks!
They were awesome bottom line.
Experimac is my go to place for help with my computer. The location in Portsmouth is 10 minutes from my home and their hours of service suit my needs. the tech knows me and my computer needs. He has helped me with scam problems, updating security systems, data transfer and general apple maintenance. He is professional, knowledgeable and efficient. He knows the type of customer I am and does not try to sell me what I don't need or want. He takes care of what I need to have done. I have received good service from all Experimac service people. I recommend Experimac to all who need this service and they sale pre owned apple computer the other thing that i like it about them the warranty them computers so its better than buying a computer from the web. thank you guys :) A hard disk drive (HDD), fixed disk[b] is a data storage device that uses magnetic storage to store and retrieve digital information using one or more rigid rapidly rotating disks (platters) coated with magnetic material. The platters are paired with magnetic heads, usually arranged on a moving actuator arm, which read and write data to the platter surfaces.[2] Data is accessed in a random-access manner, meaning that individual blocks of data can be stored or retrieved in any order and not only sequentially. HDDs are a type of non-volatile storage, retaining stored data even when powered off.[3][4][5] Introduced by IBM in 1956,[6] HDDs became the dominant secondary storage device for general-purpose computers by the early 1960s. Continuously improved, HDDs have maintained this position into the modern era of servers and personal computers. More than 200 companies have produced HDDs historically, though after extensive industry consolidation most current units are manufactured by Seagate, Toshiba, and Western Digital. HDD unit shipments and sales revenues are declining, though production (exabytes per year) is growing. Flash memory has a growing share of the market for secondary storage, in the form of solid-state drives (SSDs). SSDs have higher data-transfer rates, higher areal storage density, better reliability,[7] and much lower latency and access times.[8][9][10][11] Though SSDs have higher cost per bit, they are replacing HDDs where speed, power consumption, small size, and durability are important.[10][11] The primary characteristics of an HDD are its capacity and performance. Capacity is specified in unit prefixes corresponding to powers of 1000: a 1-terabyte (TB) drive has a capacity of 1,000 gigabytes (GB; where 1 gigabyte = 1 billion bytes). Typically, some of an HDD's capacity is unavailable to the user because it is used by the file system and the computer operating system, and possibly inbuilt redundancy for error correction and recovery. Performance is specified by the time required to move the heads to a track or cylinder (average access time) plus the time it takes for the desired sector to move under the head (average latency, which is a function of the physical rotational speed in revolutions per minute), and finally the speed at which the data is transmitted (data rate). Prior to the 1970s, Dodge had maintained a separate marque for trucks, Fargo, primarily for use outside the United States. After that point, all trucks made by Chrysler were distributed under the Dodge marque. Ram Trucks was established as a division of Chrysler in 2010, as a spin-off from the Dodge brand, and using the name of the popular Dodge Ram line of pickups that is now sold under the Ram banner.[1] According to Chrysler, the Ram Trucks brand will concentrate on "real truck customers," rather than casual truck buyers who buy trucks for image or style.[2] The two most common form factors for modern HDDs are 3.5-inch, for desktop computers, and 2.5-inch, primarily for laptops. HDDs are connected to systems by standard interface cables such as PATA (Parallel ATA), SATA (Serial ATA), USB or SAS (Serial Attached SCSI) cables. that is the story of the HDD . I really appreciate them work goooo experimac
Professional
Excellent, rapid, service tech replaced my Iphone battery in about 15 mins for very reasonable fee. Highly recommended!
I purchased a MacBook for my daughter and she absolutely loves it as it was flawless and a great value. I have also used your store to replace my iPad screen and was surprised at how quickly the work had been completed. I highly recommend Experimac of Portsmouth.
I have had a number of dealings with Experimac and each time I have gone away satisfied. I highly recommend them for purchases or service.
Very attentive. Any and all minor issues were handled in a quick and professional manner. I would definitely purchase from this company again!!
Highly recommend Experimac. Very efficient operation
My charger cable kept calling out. The guy was going to install a new charger port but he cleaned it out instead, pulling out a huge chunk of dust. It works fine now and they didn't even charge me for it!
Really nice place to find competent, extremely fast, fair apple service. The store is set up in a pleasant display. All the prices for items are on display. The owner and people working there all have much advanced knowledge in Network Engineering so they have high skill sets! The staff also have great attitudes. I called the store asking questions about 5 times before I took my Apple products there. Highly recommend them.
Great service!!!
Great service and knowledgeable. I had a faulty battery still under warranty and they took care of it no questions asked! Thanks, you’ve earned a continued customer!
Great place to pick up excellent mac products, at great prices...lightly used, but in mint condition (and clean).
The computer technicians at Experimac were outstanding. They quickly diagnosed and remedied my problem. They took the time to patiently explain what, how and why I was having a problem. There was no waiting , just immediate friendly solutions. They have earned my trust. Plus, they found and saved my lost handed knitted irreplaceable mittens! Hero’s!
