My wife bought a refurbished iPhone 8 here. The process of transferring data was very quick and painless - however the phone was using up battery quickly. After several attempts to remedy the problem (change out battery, closing apps, screen usage etc), the phone still was draining battery. Hussein (the store manager) provided my wife with a fully warrantied replacement phone. We were so impressed with the level of service, we also bought 2 iPhones for our sons. These phones have worked perfectly. If you love Apple products - but don't necessarily need the newest model - you can't go wrong with this store. Exceptional customer service - and saving over 40% isn't so bad either!

Very helpful and polite staff. I went in to look at Macbook Pro’s and they had all the knowledge I needed to make my decision. Also opted to use their 90 day finance plan instead of paying all at once and it only took about 10 minutes to set up! I was looking for a MacBook Pro but didn’t want to pay the high price for a new one and didn’t want to take the chance of buying a refurbished one from Amazon. I went I. And told the owner what I needed it for and he directed me to the right purchase and didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need. He was knowledgeable and very kind. Friendly service, knowledgeable, and gave us space when we wanted to look at a MacBook without having overhead. Would go back again to buy used MacBooks, plus they offer a 1YR warranty for manufacturing defects (such as batteries, not accident coverage.) would recommend!

Needed a newer MacBook for my audio editing, but wanted to be cost conscious. The upgraded and refurbished Macs they carry here are backed by a one year warranty. Found the perfect machine with i7 CPU, 16Gig Ram and SSD. Why pay a thousand more for new? They will buy your used stuff for the book trade in value... but acknowledge that you can do better selling yourself on eBay. Hussein was pleasant, straight shooter, and helpful. Recommended!
