CPR Cell Phone repair was THE MOST reasonably priced option around Nashua and Manchester to get my Note 9 fixed. They were very courteous. The parts for my phone came in within 2-3 business days. The repair on my phone took less than an hour and I was amazed they were able to fix my phone because it had extensive damage and I thought I had to get another phone. I highly recommend this place!

Came in with a broken phone, that I wanted the pictures off of, Zach took it apart, replaced the screen, recovered the data, put it on a flashdrive, and I was able to put all the photos on my new phone. All done within an hour and 20 minutes, and for only $50, exceptional service and will definitely come back if I ever have tech that needs to be worked on.

This was the first time I had ever cracked the screen on a smart phone (Samsung Galaxy S8), so I had no idea who to go to that would be reliable. My boyfriend happened to find this place and got a quote for me which was lower than the other repair place nearby. I decided to go with them and they were able to get my screen replaced within an hour. Unfortunately, that night I realized that my ear speaker no longer worked when it had worked before the repair. I contacted them by email that night and got a quick response from the owner to bring my phone back the next day. They replaced the ear speaker for free but it turns out that was not the issue. I had to bring the phone back a third time and they were able to figure out that it was a factory error for the screen. A place where two holes were supposed to be punctured were not. They didn't charge me for any of the extra labor as per their warranty policy, which was definitely helpful. However at the same time, I got my warranty replacement screen protector from Zagg which they offered to put on my phone since I was doing business with them. When they attempted to do it, something went wrong with the adhesive application process so it barely sticks to my phone. The owner admitted he was not used to applying this type of protector since it was not glass and did explain the benefits of glass protectors, however I have had negative experiences with them in the past so I have not wanted to go with them. He did try to follow the directions, but I wish he would have said he hadn't applied them before agreeing to doing it for me. I can't exactly get a replacement for the replacement, so now I have to buy another protector. But overall, other than the inconveniences that popped up, these are really great people. You can tell that they are dedicated to helping you and are hard workers. The second time I had been in, the owner took the time to talk to us past close. They definitely uphold the warranty they speak of.

I went to the store because my I could no longer see the screen of my phone do to all the scratches on my otterbox plastic cover. Rather than making me buy a whole new protector they simply popped out the plastic and replaced the covering on my phone with a new glass protector. They were half the cost of Verizon wireless.

I've had chronic problems with my iPhone 6+ and after a quick diagnostic, Don suggested that a new battery was the answer. 20 minutes later I was out the door with a phone that seems good as new. Took my Wii here. Had it since 2006, started making a buzzing noise whenever it had a disc reading inside around 2009. Rarely touched it since due to other reasons. They fixed it up in the time they esitimated and now it runs as quite as a cat. The price was about the cost of a refurbished Wii, but it was worth it to not loose my downloaded content with the Wii shop closing down.

This is an AMAZING company! I broke the screen on my Galaxy Note S9 (which takes an hour to fix as its and LED screen). The man that I believe owns the company or was working that night saved me bug time! My insurance company arranged it so I could go to this store, however, I work till 6pm or later and they close at 7PM. By the time I made it to Bedford and got everything squared away, it was almost 7PM. Although it was going to take an hour to fix and it was closing time, the man working stayed late to fix it an hour late mind you, not 20min an hour! He was empathetic to my situation and knew I needed it for work! I would NEVER utilize another cellphone repair facility if someone paid me! Thanks again! BTW you'd never even know it was broken! I'd recommend you to everyone with a repair needed on their device.

I emailed CPR about my broken back glass on my galaxy s9 plus and I got FREE estimate within 10 mins of contenting them Cpr did a repair did the repair to my galaxy s9 plus in less then an hour cant even tell it's a whole new back glass. I was looking to extend the life of my HTC 10 with a new battery. This phone is DIFFICULT to open and repair and not very common and these guys were the only ones willing to work on it! Went to CPR cell repair to get my cell repaired and after talking with Don Tacewicz about the repair to my phone, we mutually agreed that a refurbished phone would be the way to go. Now the story, Don and Zach were helpful in helping me get all the photos and videos, lot of them off my phone and onto an external hard drive so i can use anywhere. Then Zach, set up couple files for me, pictures and then Videos. So then he showed me how to keep my phone from ever getting jammed up with photos and vidoes again. Thank you Don and Zach. My wife's phone fell into the dogs water bowl (only the top half) but that was enough to cause the screen to stop working. After contacting our cell provider we found that they do not repair phones, just throw away replacements is what all cell providers seem to be doing. With phone costs $600 or more that is really disappointing, I found Cell Phone Repair (CPR) on line, chatted with there techs and came up with a game plan. They tried drying the phone through there process but it still didn't work, we decided to replace the screen and that resolved the issue! Great group of guys at the Bedford NH location, highly recommend this place if you have issues with your phone. We were fortunate that the motherboard of the phone wasn't damaged. There charges were very reasonable AND if the screen didn't work I would only had to pay for the initial service charge plus a $10 restock fee. As it turned out the screen worked and the initial service charge was applied to the cost of the screen and installation. Really a great deal!! Thanks!!!!

Fantastic service and prices in a world where it is never easy for the customer. I dreaded repairing my computer when the back and front parts of my laptop screen started to separate, and the pressure marks that began to form on the screen worried me. I brought it in expecting to have to pay for a new screen, but with some superglue, it was fixed! Why can't every store be this well-run? They obviously care for the customer and understand what it is like to be in their position. Not sure why I ever considered Geek Squad.

I have an HTC 8 phone. It is about 3 years old. When I plugged in the charger, I had to wiggle the cord to get it to charge. Then, it stopped charging altogether. The techs at CPR in Bedford were able to diagnose and fix the issue. They installed a new charge port and now it works again! I want to report that I experienced excellent customer service from my first contact right through the entire process. I was dealt with professionally, fairly and promptly. I highly recommend these guys. If you have any issues with your smartphone take it there. If it can be fixed, they will fix it.

CPR came throught with flying colors. They helped me out on a Friday. Walked me through the proceedure and explained the ups and downs of miss matched components. I then called US Cell and was informed that I should just be getting a new phone instead of a screen repair. It may have cost themselves a commission but they helped me to understand the process. I would not hesitate to suggest these people to have repair work done. They are honest. Only downside is they are so far from where I live. Mailing to them was an option but I was going that way to visit family. THANK YOU CELL PHONE REPAIR (CPR)
