I called Computer Commuter to help me fix some networking wires after a storm knocked power out in my business. Josh showed up on time, was professional and fixed my problem and even asked if there was anything else that he could do to help me. A rare find especially nowadays where sometimes people just want to do the bare minimum but not with Josh! Highly recommended and would give more than 5 stars if I could!! My Mac Pro was slow and running out of space. I thought I was going to have to go to the Apple store to get it fixed up or buy a new one, but Josh was able to clean it up and install a larger hard drive (for a lot less than a new computer or what Apple was going to charge to fix it). Now it is running like new!

I'm normally pretty good at diagnosing and fixing my computer problems but I was recently stumped after many hours of diagnostic tests that said that everything was fine...except the computer wouldn't even boot up past the diagnostics level. Josh from Computer Commuter to the rescue!! Josh quickly got to the root cause which was a failed disk which contained the system and all program files. He swapped in a 512GB SSD drive, recovered and moved everything from the failed drive to the new drive and was on his way with a happy customer. I lost absolutely nothing except a little time to reinstall some programs. Before Josh arrived I was looking at new computer systems figuring that was going to be my only option. Less than two hours later my HP computer was running faster than new. The SSD drive is blazingly fast. I couldn't be happier and recommend Computer Commuter without hesitation.
