We recently had a new server installed at our facility. We needed cross platform support (Mac & PC), with the ability to share data across 6 networked computers. From start to finish this project took Botnay Bay about 3 weeks to complete. That included quoting the job onsite, ordering the hardware, and completing the install. In the midst of getting our new server configured, our old system crashed, losing 14 years of data. Bud and Mark worked diligently to retrieve our existing data, installed it on our new system, and got everything up in running with only about 1.5 days of downtime! Adding in the cost to retrieve the lost data, the final price was still lower than the original quote! Needless to say, we are thrilled with the results, and the professionalism with which this project came together! Thanks to everyone at Botnay Bay for your great work! You have just gained a customer for life!

I purchased a PC from Botnay Bay six months ago the service was good in all counts. About a month ago I was having all kinds of issues and I didn't know what to do. I spoke with Mark Furlong and he said he would have one of his team look into it. I had a very busy day and noticed a voice mail on my phone. It was Mark's Technician Robert. He said the computer was all set and to give him a call. I called and spoke with Robert and he explained there was not enough memory in my computer and I needed to upgrade it. Of course all I could see was another expense what did I do that made the memory for short of my needs. Robert explained the situation so I could understand and of course I did add two large programs. Saving the best for last he not only added the memory and only charged me for one hour of service. I didn't need an appointment, they fit it in same day and explained to me in my terms. They are always polite and sincere. I am never afraid to ask a question. I truly recommend them for purchase or repair.
