Insane waiting time with disconnected sales staff. When asked for, got an answer that they could not spot me. Customers who walked in after us were attended prior to us, when we checked with Donny, the store manager gave us a blunt answer saying that he couldn't spot me. Not sure, if the expectation keep checking our number/turn. Not a great experience, certainly not upto the Apple's standards.

Honestly if i could make the three star rating that this store or “Apple” in general has go completely away or if there was a negative star rating that would fit this place best. Has to be some of the WORST customer service i have ever dealt with and honestly i really dont even know if i want apple products anymore after this experience. Long story short my screen cracked on the very bottom corner. Which in return two weeks later the top half of my iphone X (yes the iphoneX remember the brand new top of the line state of the art $1250 phone) had just decided to stop working. Problem being the fact that my password started with a 1. I had now been completely locked out of my phone. Again long story short good luck getting an appointment here. And long story short again i spent 4 hours at the mall on the friday before labor day weekend and did not walk out with a functioning phone. Now not ONE employee in that apple store said to me if you have an old phone just switch the sim cards and at least youll have a temporary phone for the LONG weekend until the “new” (its not new its refurbished so don’t believe a word they say because it cost me $280) one comes in on Tuesday. So basically every employee in there went home happy with there iPhones and me the paying customer for over ten years now left there empty handed with out a functioning phone. Now that makes sence right? BEWAREEEEEEEEEE THEY ABSOLUTELY SU*K!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Terrible service. I had my iPhone 7 under repair which i was told would take less than 14 days to finish and so they gave me an iPhone 6 as a loaner phone for the time being. I come back on the 13th day because they told me that if i wait any longer than 14 days to return my loaner phone , i would be charged the price of the iPhone 6. Anyway, i get there and they tell me my phones not ready come back in 5 days. I'm frustrated but understand since the holidays usually take up time and processing. I get a call back 2 days later that my phones ready to pick up. I go about 3 hours later after the call to go pick it up. I walk in, check-in and am told to wait at this "table" & that somebody was supposed to come to to help me out shortly. I waited and waited. I'm the only one at the table at this time. 6 CUSTOMERS ARE SEEN BEFORE ME EVEN THOUGH THEY CAME AFTER(it's been about 30 minutes). I brushed it this off and said to myself they should be coming any minute now. A whole hour passes of sitting down to the point where i'm having trouble containing my anger (i wanted to throw all the displays to the wall). I leave without saying a word. I feel as if i were to talk to someone i might explode. I call back later and they say i can come in tomorrow to pick it up. Hopefully i get it quick. I'll be sure to update. 1 star for horrible service.

DONT GO HERE!!!! I would do NO stars if possible. I called ahead to make sure they had my model in stock (128g grey iPhone 6) They confirmed they had plenty and it wouldn't be a waste trip (not closest apple to me) I got there and put my name on the list.. 2 hours go by I stop back in. They tell me to take a seat at the bar. 20 mins later I go back up to ask the guy how much longer.. THEY HAD DELETED ME OFF THE LIST! I throw a fit and he made me next. Turns out they didn't have the phone IN STOCK!!!! F@$%/ morons! avoid this store at all costs. Any other store will be better than this one!

Waited 25 minutes to be ignored. When someone finally agreed to talk to me, they said that my MacBook Pro was too old for them to help me. I guess things would be much different if I said I would buy a 2K MacBook on the spot. Snobs.

This Apple Store in particular is really busy all the time. It is located inside of a mall. But because it is in New Hampshire a lot of people travel from the bordering states to buy their Apple products tax free. If possible I would say avoid this Apple Store during the holiday season because you will end up waiting an hour or two for someone to help you. When we went the week after Thanksgiving there was a line coming out the door. The associates of that the way it was an hour and a half. They did make an express line for customers who knew what they wanted to buy but even then the express line took about 30 minutes. The staff definitely were helpful and accommodating. They were swamped by the crowds of customers but even so they were very helpful and understanding. They felt bad that we had to wait so long. It is cheaper to buy Apple products in New Hampshire because there's no tax but if you're not buying anything too expensive I would say that the wait isn't worth it. Overall the store is like any other Apple Store. It is well organized and there are lots of staff to help. The formatting is the same as all other Apple stores. The products are placed similarly as well. It is conveniently located inside of the mall so there are other things to look at. The food court is just right above the store so you can always grab something to eat if you waited for 2 hours.

This was an AWFUL experience.. I wonder if people in the store even got any training. When I arrived I was told that the phone would be ready in 1 hour.. 1.5 hours later I was told its "minimum 1 hour and maximum 24 hours but the employee must've been confused". As a result the manager "cancelled" my order since it wasn't easy for me to come back the next day.. But it never really got cancelled since I kept receiving updates AND my phone got delivered to the store the next day although the manager had canceled it the previous night. Horrific experience with 3 employees not knowing what to tell me or how their own sales process works. I had to drive for another hour to get my phone which was supposed to be cancelled! 0 stars!!?

Honestly every time I visit this store with a minor issue they rack up a $500+ tab and then order the wrong parts and then cracked my screen after replacing the motherboard, the associate insisted it was my fault but they’d replaced the screen on the bill with no charge but there was a new crack. Terrible, terrible experience. I told the tech my phone was dead and he gave me an appointment an hour out. I showed up an hour later to have my appointment pushed out, twice. Without a phone I had no idea what time it was and my kids were in the mall so I had to be at a spot to meet them at a specific time. Worst support ever!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had to give them one star to get this posted but they didn't even deserve that. I still don't have a working phone.

UNEDUCATED STAFF- Worst service ever. Would give 0 star if I could. We were planing to get a MacBook Pro and we asked for help at the moment we went into the store. One of their stuff told us to wait and there are actually plenty stuffs hanging around doing nothing. They just kept us waiting like they are the customers. 10 minutes after, another staff came along and said some every day greeting nonsense and let us wait again while we could see other staff chatting in front of us. Terrible, horrible, unbelievable experience. Wasting our time.

Had an appointment before coming in. Salem, NH location in the Rockingham Mall. Have Applecare+ on all phones. Giuseppe was very helpful. Ran diagnostic and stress test on phone. Restored and had the screen replaced for $29.99. Thanks Apple!

Was forced to stay there for 3 hours for some maintenance that should have taken less than 20 minutes. Staff are rude, unhelpful, and incompetent. Staff members stole my old phone (my property) after breaking it. My experience in this store makes me want to buy an android.

The retail side of this store seems fine, though I haven't really purchased anything here. I'm reviewing my experience with a repair. I brought in a 2013 MacBook Air that had gradually lost all of its battery life. They diagnosed it promptly and the repair, while it required a couple trips to the store, went as they said it would. However, after a couple of weeks it was clear that the new battery was not performing as it should. We went back and were told that the new battery passed inspection. My wife pushed the issue, so the Genius Bar tech took apart the MacBook and found that 1) the battery had been incorrectly installed, and 2) the inside of the case had not been properly cleaned from the last battery. So, basically, the repair was horribly "done." No offer of remediation was made, for example, to refund what I paid for the first installation labor. This was hardly what I would consider an "Apple"-level experience.

I visited Apple's Retail Store in the Rockingham Park Mall to purchase a new macintosh computer and my experience was excellent! After arriving at the Rockingham Apple Store, I was met by a very attractive retail store sales person that was very knowledgeable about the new Apple iMac. Having purchased other Mac's in the past, I didn't need to be sold on the quality, Snow Leopard, iLife '11 or any of Apple Pro Tools or any technology help but the salesperson really wanted to help me get this iMac at the best possible price. After showing my employee badge which I happened to have on my belt, it landed me with a total of 17.8% off this brand new Apple Computer as I received 11% off from the Employer discount and 6.8% off due to not having to pay State sales tax! This resulted in a discount of over $300 off the $1799.99 retail price, better than Amazon, or any web price. I found out Apple have a list of over 5 hundred corporate customer discounts available so please check if your company is on the list!

Dylan Pech and Alex Jimenez were very helpful and solutions-oriented getting me to a satisfactory outcome that was resolved with their out-of-the box fix for my broken ipad. Their attitude to stay on the problem until a viable run around could be identified was great. I had been to another apple store in MA where the tech help couldn't get beyond standard response that pad couldn't be repaired rather than suggesting a possible accessory that would bypass need for repair and keep my brand new ipad usable.

Worst apple store experience I have ever had. Awful service and horrible attitude. Before I visited, I called them to make sure the iPhone and iPad I want are in stock. After got a yes and let me walk in to buy, I went there. But when I arrived, the staff told me I cannot just walk in and buy an iPhone at all. So I told him I called to confirm and wanted to tell what I did before coming in. He interrupted me several times rudely and kept saying I was talking to a machine and it cannot tell me the availability. Actually I talked to a representative and I said why don't I call your store number now to see who I will be talking to and whether she/he will give me the availability info. Just after the call was connected, he said stop it and he won't do that with me and asked his manager to serve me instead. The manager did nothing but let me make a online purchase in the store and let me come back to pick up the items after I got email notification in 1 to 24 hours. The explanation about the phone call I made she gave me was the representative doesn't know the rules in this store. Definitely won't visit again.

I just updated my iPhone 7 to the 11.4.1. Version and, as a result, my phone is no longer able to make outgoing calls or receive incoming calls. It will cut out the call and the audio/speaker button will be greeted out. In addition, it takes 10 minutes to turn on. They did a diagnostics and found “no issues”. They went out back to talk about my options and the only option I have is to get a new phone altogether. However, because I’m 6 months out of warranty they will not replace the phone for free, it will cost me $319. I was told they researched and found that it wasn’t a software issue on their end, but how is it not a software issue if the phone just stops making calls and there are no other issues to it (via the diagnostics). I find it very frightening that they will cut off a customer’s ability to call and not offer anything to mitigate the issue, this could be a very serious issue in the case of an emergency. It’s pitiful how much I’ve spend on their phones and that their phones only last for a year and a half now. I fully intend to take my money elsewhere, I’m not going to deal with Apple’s scams any longer.

Booked a time, stopped in 40 minutes early to check in and see if I could get in early. Store was busy, so they said they were running on time, to come back in 30 minutes. Came back, registered, only to wait another hour. Finally asked where I in line, and a nice person at the genius bar said she would look at my phone. She immediately told me my phone was counterfeit, and more than likely couldn't be fixed, but they could try if I wanted to wait a couple more hours. I left, set up an appointment at another Apple store, and within 5 minutes of arriving in the store, said my screen was creating the 'distortion' and they could fix it within the hour. Will never go back to the Apple at Rockingham Park. Would rate their service a zero if I could. Horrible!

My son has an iphone 7 that recently had cell service interruption. Apple identified they know the model he has has an issue with this and will fix for free...BUT he has a cracked screen so if they need to fix that in order to fix THEIR phone issue it will be 149!...phone has been functional for months with the screen and now I may be forced to fix because their phone now has cellular issues!...AND I am not getting cell service I PAY for in the meantime...and repair tales 5-10 business days that I will also pay service for and my son will have no phone (so I cant reach him!)..wouldn't even give discount on screen repair if forced to do it.. NOT IMPRESSED!!

I'll deal with the Nashua store from here on out. Rockingham Park Just wants your cash and then it's all done from three. Just returned from the Apple Store, I could not be more pleased with the customer service I received. The young woman (sorry didn't get her name) who helped me was so professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I was having a problem related to the conversion to AOL from Verizon e-mail, spent over 4 hours trying to get the issue resolved, finally gave up and went to the Apple Store. I did not have an appointment, was greeted immediately, and my problem was resolved in 5 minutes. It doesn't get much better than that!! Thanks so much.

Very strict rules about appointments, but none about purchases. It contains all products. The selling staff is generally helpful. However, they do congregate almost a wall. Nothing exceptional.

They said they could fix my iPhone 7 for free and it was a software issue on there end. I said ok that works and they offered to give me a replacement phone for the time being. They come out with a 6. The 6 already had a little crack on it and it was bound to crack more. The crack spreaded over the week when i had the replcement iPhone 6. They then give me a call 6 days later saying it will cost $160 to fix my iPhone 7 which they said would be free. The iPhone 7 I gave to them to fix had no cracks. In the email it says there was a little crack which would cost $160 to repair. I told them there was a crack on the iPhone 6 they let me barrow spreaded and they said it would cost be another $120. They said they could give me $70 for my iPhone 7 but they are charging me $120 to fix a crack on the iPhone 6 that was already there. To sum it up they basically took my iPhone 7 for a week and didn't fix it and made me pay $120 to fix a iPhone 6 screen that wasn't even my fault. I don't suggest going to apple.

I am really tired of dealing with anything storefront related. They have a phone number, but Apple has decided they must be too dumb to answer the phones. So I’m done! I need a screen replacement. I’ll simply do everything myself. Screen replacements are on amazon and there are how toos online. I’ve done them before and I’ll do them again. It would be nice to call the phone number. Get the actually store and talk to someone who can walk me through the process. But nope! I have to go through the Apple call center. Whoever in corporate comes up with these dumb ideas wonders why sales are down?

I tried to call the store to see if they had sales tax in New Hampshire, since I'm traveling to Boston I figured a detour to New Hampshire with save me some money in tax. I called the store and got transferred to someone in Texas. a long story short is a 15 minute phone call and I still don't have the answer to that question. The rep offered to transfer me to the sales team only if I gave her my Apple ID. I asked what does an Apple ID have to do with my question. She said no Apple ID, no transfer. From a tech company why do you publish a local phone number if your not going to answer the phone? Seriously I want to know.

This was the worst day ever because of Apple. First, they told us we would have about an hour to wait and then an hour for the repair of the iPhone screen. Didn't get a text to be seen for 1.5 hours. Then the technician took the phone and said the repair would be 1 hour 20 minutes (not what they said before). We gave him an alternative number to text or call in case it was done early or anything. 1 hour 20 later, we went back and they hadn't fixed it because it was a third party screen, which we didn't realize even though we told them it was a used phone. They obviously figured this out early on but couldn't bother to text or call. We wasted 3 hours waiting for them to fix a phone they didn't fix. And then we complained and explained this and the woman helping us was the most unapologetic I've ever seen. So we went down the mall to a third party guy who fixes screens and he did it in 20 mins.

I have now been 3 times to Apple since its IOS update and battery debacle. I like my apple product and would like to get the new battery to extend its life. I didn’t ask for this issue —- Apple created it. Thus, they should be better prepared to handle the fix —- seems like a reasonable request? The first stop in Lynnfield was a 6 hour wait which was not acceptable. The second was an appointment in Rockingham to just order the battery which was out of stock. Seriously? Today one and a half weeks later I stoped in to have it replaced. I was told no appointment necessary. I was initially told it takes 30-60 min to replace the battery. So today imagine my dismay when I was told a three hour wait. The manager is of course nice enough and apologized but there was no attempt to give me a straight answer on when would be a good time to come back. 10 am maybe? That works so well with my work week—- not. And I live 45 min away. I have been a loyal apple user for a long time but my apples are now bruised and I’m thinking of looking at the other options out there sooner than later. Disgruntled in MA.

I assume Apple hired extra staff for the holidays because I was a bit taken aback by the way the staff behaved while I was in this store. I have been in numerous Apple stores along the East Coast including Manhattan and downtown Boston. I was shocked to see a young man "customizing" his Apple sales shirt with a hoodie and baggy pants-and were those headphones around his neck?! How anti-social and rude. He chose to wait until I had a pair of headphones on my head to ask me if I "had any questions", a phrase that is taboo in any retail environment. The guy was walking around like he owned the place and was totally out of character from what I have come to expect from prior experiences. A second sales associate, this one a girl, was unable to answer a basic question I had about the iPhone. I was very disappointed with my visit to this store but assume this display of uncharacteristic amateurishness was due to the store's need to staff up for the holiday rush. I intend to return to the store after the holidays and be welcome by staff members who have gone through Apple's excellent training program. Dear Apple Store Salem: Next year please tell your staff to leave the baggy pants, hoodies and headphones in the locker. Thank you!

It's an Apple Store, so it is always quite busy. If you are troubleshooting or repairing an item, make sure you have an appointment and allot yourself plenty of time. With that said, once they do get to you they don't rush you and make sure you are 100% satisfied. I've been there three times for repairs on my products and while no one likes to wait, the customer service is excellent. (They also offer free classes there on a number of subjects pertaining to Apple products.)

I can't believe they claim to be the greatest and the best when you can't even go in without an appointment. In my case they are typically three days out and then you still have to wait past your appointment time. . And when you do the three times I have gone I have not had a resolution to my liking. Despite their warrantee you always end up paying a lot to get them fixed. I will say they are all very nice and they seem to want to help you but they certainly don't budge on warranty.

I was humiliated today. I just wanted to pick up the phone I ordered and showed up at the "check in" window only for them to tell me that I had to wait for it to say "ready for pick up." I sat there until the store closed and I can over hear the sales associates talking about me like I know what the heck I'm doing. One guy asked if I needed help, but he quickly left (maybe I came off rude, I apologize for that, but I was pretty upset at the time). I canceled my order and so I literally wasted hours of my time. I guess this review is so everyone can laugh at me some more. Well laugh away. I lost.

Second time buying a new Mac from this store. The guy fumbles and drops the computer on the table and on my phone. Nothing broke, but c'mon these things costs thousands of dollars. Try to be a little more careful. Was not a pleasant visit.

Went to purchase a new MBP. The specialist was nice but the Macbook Pro I was planning on buying was $300 dollar less at MicroCenter but they wouldn't price match. Sadly, they lost a sale - I went up the street to Best Buy who had no problem price matching and I purchased a bunch of accessories too. Do your research before going and remember that Best Buy price matches - even from BH. Apple, as someone who prides themselves on customer service - customers actually WILL go to where the best price is.

They portray a negativity towards a customer. I scheduled for an appointment for 3 PM and they said I would get a text msg once they are ready , and I waiting there at the store . It was past 4 pm and still no answer. When I asked them about my appointment at 4.30 PM they say ," Well I think you need to be patient if you need to get your phone checked " Honestly that is not the way you reply to your customers , who has been waiting for over 2 hours. Very disrespectful staff. I had to just leave , and not worry about going back there again. I would mind driving an extra 20 miles to the Manchester location to get it repaired because there is no point in talking to the staff at rockingham. Pretty disappointed with the staff quality at The mall of Rockingham.

Shopping at an Apple Store feels like eating at a French restaurant where the waiters look down on you. I went to the Apple store to buy a new $$$+ iPhone and the concierge boy at the door, condescendingly told me, that I need to be put on the "list" and that it will be a 35 minutes wait. Funny, I realized, there are Google and Samsung phones as good, I can buy without enduring this kind of treatment. I know, that for many Apple customers taking this kind of abuse is "business as usual" and they have to put up with it, but maybe they should know that there are a lot of companies out there that want our business and will treat us with respect :-) Alexandra

This store is very chaotic. They do not have traditional cash registers and I had to wait to find a representative to flag down to pay for a simple charger. If my daughter didnt like apple products I would never step foot in this store. Apple needs to wake up and stop being so greedy and make their products more user friendly with regard to the design. i.e having to buy an adapter to use headphones.

I came in with my 2 year old who's a handful! I was fearful of a meltdown because it was a busy Saturday but the team greeted me fast and got me set up with an appointment within 30 mins. Tech support diagnosed and fixed my watch whilst my daughter happily played and after a bazillion questions to the genius team I decided to buy my first ever Mac. 27" i5 with all the bells and whistles despite (and this is why i loved my experience) them both down selling me! I didn't need everything in the machine and they politely let me know that. They weren't pushy, they were knowledgeable and they were friendly! Great job Team!

Huge fail. iPod touch died and is used for my daughters diabetic continuous glucose monitor second one to die in less than 30 days. Support doesn’t allow you to sign up for an appointment for an iPod touch so should just be a return defective item. No they make you wait for a technician who can define the brick I have in my hand. 30 minutes from Arrival still waiting. They did me a favor to fit me in. I literally have everything apple I even signed up for their credit card. And this is how they treat a truly great and up til this month happy customer. You guys should be ashamed. It take me about an hour to get the iPod setup, and I have to drive an hour to get here. I have to pay a sitter to watch my kids while your smug employees ignore me. Congrats apple, you’ve lost me.

i went there to buy iphone 5 unlocked for my friends and myself. I saw couple ppl sitting there and checking out 10 iphone 5's in every 10 mins. i ask the guy who service me. can i get 10 too. they told me 2 per person or group, so what about them 10 by 10. their managers' answer to us were “they r the regular customer here. they come here everyday to buy the phones”. i think what the manager means is they r the vip here, no rules for them to follow. i told the manager to complant them. what they said were you were welcome to do it. they didnt scare about it.

So go to store for 2 battery replacement on 6s. Go through the diag baloney. Then I’m told I qualify. We’ll contact you in 3 weeks when you battery comes in. Well 4 weeks later no email no call. If you are there within 5 days. Your battery is gone. . They give it to someone else. FYI. CALL apple. On the phone for 40 minutes with a “senior advisor” who for 15 minutes told me how stupid I was. End of call asked to turn of find my iPhone in order to start repair process??? Why do I have to repair order from apple already. .........She doesn’t know. Will someone contact me after I shut off find my iPhone for the second time? We need it turned off. I have a work order though?? How is turning off find my iPhone going to help your notify me my batteries are ready for pick up? Crickets? What I got out of the conversation. Nobody contacted me about battery because senior representative doesn’t know why I wasn’t contacted. So someone didn’t do there job and I wasted 40 minutes of my life straightening out the baloney. Long lead times to handle simple battery swaps forced me to spend $1,500 for a new MacBook Pro. The first step when getting the new unit home is to migrate my files from time machine... except, Apple has eliminated the highly functional USB2 ports in favor of some new version and now I can't get started on the migration without a $5 part. Congrats to Apple on poisoning experience over a part that would have cost you $0.10 had you included it with my purchase.

Worst Apple experience ever, phone 40 days out of warranty with fried main board, they can’t help unless paying $550 to swap, which we agreed on, needed a single AirPod, technician Sam refused to sell us one unless we make another appointment, we explained that we have a flight the next day and asked a manager to make a little exception for a loyal apple family but he said he can’t, he is already making an exception to swap my son’s phone (which I’m paying for) .. I still bought the laptop and the phone I came for, and I’m not sure if I’m gonna stop using apple, but I know I’ll never come to this store again.

I went to buy an iPhone to the store and they said "You got to have an appointment", implying there is no iPhone's (or associates, however there were more associates in the store then customers) left. This is so silly because I went across the hall and bought the phone at the carrier booth! There is no deficit what so ever. Apple is just playing a show off for nothing. Apple got decent associates and good product. Apple got to stop this ridicule with fictitious deficit. Apple is a good American company that need to remain that way. Being a good American company means besides all else to have respect for your customer. Playing deficit games is disrespectful.

I arrived early for my appointment and asked if they could fit me in. The representstive told me to come back at 6:10. I came back at 6:10 and the representative told me I would need to wait until 7:00. 7:30 came by and I was still waiting (this was far past my appointment time). Finally, a technician came out who was very nice. I explained the issue and they agreed with me that the failure was a manufacturer defect and that the baseband component was probably the fault. I asked them if they could help me and they refused because the phone was out of warrant by 30 days. No accidental damage was brought upon the device. Apple still refused to stand by their clearly faulty product. The interesting part is that Apple seemed to know about the issue and told me the phone would probably get stuck in a recovery loop. If they know about the baseband issue, why aren't they compensating on the quality defect? Terrible customer service, kinda reminds me of the DMV. For a company that claims innovation as one of their core values, they are archaic in customer service.

Bad experience, purchase iPhone XR with trade in promotion, but I don’t have the old phone with me, they told me I can bring my old phone next time with purchase recipe,they can match it before promotion gone. I did bring my phone back to the store after, but the store manager said the purchase over 7 day , they didn’t take any responsibility for it, I can’t trade my old phone match my purchase new phone promotion. Total incompetence by an employee today, led to me losing the last year of precious photos. Came in to make an upgrade swap. I trusted him, when he said the back-up was complete, however he failed to check that my photos were backed up. My fail, for not having the iCloud turned on, but I come to the Apple Store to avoid such stupid mistakes. I can’t believe it. Such a simple mistake to avoid, and now a year all over Europe has been erased, by total incompetence. I have lost my faith in Apple.

Have to give it 1 star but they deserve zero stars and they are lucky you can't give negative stars. A few weeks ago my wife went up to the Salem NH store to upgrade our daughters's iPhone (we are on the iPhone upgrade program). The associate mis-entered my wife's SSN which caused the order to fail and the associate said she would have to come back in a week or so after they sort it out. So my wife treks up there again (half hour ride from our house) today and they go through the whole thing again and now they can't communicate with T-Mobile for some reason. The manager is useless and refuses to help. The useless associate has my wife crying thinking it is her fault. Ignorant, lazy - minimum wage snobs charging triple what the da*& phones are worth and they can't even get an upgrade correct after two tries. My wife is furious she is wasting her time and gas. My daughter is crying. Terrific customer support Apple. Your genius bar is staffed with people with IQ's in the low 70's and your manager apparently has never taken any courses or instruction in customer service. You suck so badly my daughter says she wants to go look at Samsung phones. Long time Apple customer is about to tell you to screw. Your customer service is abysmal and your people are rude, arrogant and extremely unhelpful. It is amazing that you have any repeat customers with how bad you treat us.

Be careful when you purchase anything from here, before leaving the store check if they give you exactly what you want. I bought MacBook pro 13 inch with touch bar. I asked for gray color, even showed what color I want. After coming home I opened the box, they gave me silver color. Very disappointing. The sales girl was saying,"yes, we have gray one". Yet they gave me different than what I want. Bad service.
