Went there the other night to get my wife’s phone fixed. Got there around 540-545 and we were told they’d send a text when they wanted us to head back to the store. Finally got a message at 8 to return back. Was told it would be 10 minutes maximum to get seen. At 905 (after the store closed) we still hadn’t even been acknowledged. Many people came in well after us and were seen right away. When I made the staff aware they said others had been waiting for 3 hours to be seen. Funny, we also waited over 3 hours to be seen. When they were made aware of that fact they became defensive and rude. I can’t recall ever having a great experience at any Apple store but this was definitely the worst.

Trid to get my iPhone service here with AppleCare+ for speaker issue. They can not replace it and told me must send out for mail-in repair. Wait 5 days and got it back, shows they replaced 6 parts for this repair. Why don't you just give me a replacement at that day. Lost all every things from my phone.

My friend's Mac Book's screen had stopped working and several other places that looked at it, including Geek Squad, Apple Tech Support and the UNH Computer Store, told us that it would cost us just to look at it and assured us it would be hundreds of dollars to fix. Enter the Genius Bar, the Apple Store's in-store technical support. They looked at the Mac Book and didn't charge us for it! Amazing. Granted there was a little bit of a wait, but the savings made it well worth it. On top of that the Genius who helped us was able to determine it was a $10 cable that needed replacing and he was gracious enough to not even charge us for it. I am extraordinarily happy with the service offered by this store and they have shown a strong commitment to developing a long term relationship with us as customers.

Literally was told I'd have to pay at most I'd would have to pay was $100 for a new iPhone X if they couldn't fix the screen and like $50 or something if they could with the whole apple care so we made an appointment went and then they decided that the apple care didn't cover it after the whole thing and made me pay $300.

I am only giving this place a 5 star review because of the assistance of Scotty and T. The last two previous times I came in here I had a damaged phone and I went to the store on the 3rd of July then the 4th. On the third of July I was told I needed an appointment, or he said you could come in tomoroow which was the 4th and i should be able to get assistance. Again I had no phone during this time so I was in much need of a replacement because I had apple care. Anyways, I went in on the 4th and these two reps said oh yea I need an appointment. On a serious level they had the attitude of just not caring, all 3 reps I dealt with and I wish I remembered their names. But they could care less that I had an issue so I had to call apple over the phone and they sent me to best buy in Salem to get a new phone. Anyways, fast forward to today I was at the mall and I just had a simple question, and here I go again, one rep was already ready to broom me off, but then I encountered Scotty. Scotty and T are examples of what customer care is suppose to looks like. In the middle of one rep telling me to hold 10-15 minutes Scotty was right next to him ready to help me out with a big smile on his face and I said to myself “finally someone who actually is going to help me out”. Scotty didn’t have the answer to my question and that’s when he told me to see T, and T gave me the break down for the answer to my question and I was happy. It was a simple question but one rep was already going to give me “oh you have to set an appointment up”. Anyways thank you Scotty and T, seriously, y’all should train your co workers on helping the public out.

So I NEVER do reviews, but I feel like the team deserved to be recognized. I went in when my new watch I bought at AT&T stopped vibrating. The staff got me seen almost immediately which was awesome. I worked directly with Oscar who was polite, patient, personable, and knowledgeable. What more could you ask for. I ended up having to send it out for repairs, and in the end had to get a replacement. I had issues getting the cellular to work, and since AT&T was no help I turned to the team at Apple. Needless to say, after some trial and error at a different Apple store, and then returning to the pheasant lane mall, my new watch is all set up. Managers were even accommodating! I wish there was a way to give extra stars because this team deserves it! I hope I never need to get any of my Apple products fixed again, but if I do, I will ONLY go to the pheasant lane mall store. Thank you Oscar, managers, and other team members!

Awful experience! Wondered for 20 min in the store and the sales people were passing me by looking at their hand held devices. Had to intentionally bump into one of the salespeople to gey him to help me with my purchase. If it wasn't for the fact that Samsung haven't had a new tablet in a while and that I needed a tablet for a gift, I was going to give Apple and that (xxx) store one big FU and walk out and never come back.

I just had the worst experience ever here compared any Apple Stores around the world. When I first came in there were so many people stuck at the door and we were in line to check in with two staff. I was checked I with a young lady and seems she’s not familiar with the process at all: keep asking someone else for the process back and forth 3 times. Eventually I was sent to A4 table and told me someone will come to help me. After waiting for around 10 minutes with nobody’s presence, I went back to check with those two staff at the door. The other guy told me totally different story: you should go to the other place(table) and your product is there. And he guided me to there. A lady in that table then told us my produce is NOT available after fast checking with her device. Which is not true, because the first check-in lady told me they have stock. The guy then told me the same and asked me to go another Apple Store. I insisted to ask them to check again and the said they have stock eventually. This is totally unprofessional! You guys can’t depreciate the service just because this tax-free store is getting popular!

Bad experience with the Nashua Nh at the mall Apple Store , took my phone to get display replacement and they said the don't want to do it caused water damaged, which I am sure my phone was not exposed or close to water, but anyways I ask them just to replaced, I'm paying any ways, they said no and my only option was to buy another phone for $350 Dollars, sales person very rude , unprofessional and ignorant, I asked to speak with the manager they said that I have to wait until they have a changed to talk to me , I asked how long do I have to wait they answer DONT KNOW. If this review get to see it by corp office at Apple Store Nashua Nh, please take a correct action on this matter about allowing untraining ignorant employees at the store to treat customers right. My last tough about Apple Store in Nashua Nh (mall) location shut this placed down or fire those ignorant and unprofessional people. This place needs some management change and the support guys need to slow down! I have been going to this store for past couple of years for buying/support/repairs but recent trip just made me loose all my patience. Support guys are not up front with whats going on with the phone, incomplete explanation, they threaten to cancel your repairs if you ask them any further questions or change your mind! Be aware if you are going for any repairs and look out for what they offer and they expect you to be aware of all the Terms and Conditions.

I went into the store to pick up a replacement phone for my wife’ phone (device was charging slow and Face ID non-responsive - store I had my original appointment at did not have the phone in-stock). The Genius Admin gave me the replacement phone and told me to call Sprint or go to a Sprint store to activate the phone. Went to two different Sprint locations, both had no SIM cards so I went back to Apple. The specialist gave me a new SIM card (did not offer to activate the device) and suggested that I go to Sprint again. I called Sprint and updated the device and SIM card number on their end but the device did not activate. Sprint transferred me to Apple Support who then suggested that I go into the store to have them resolve the issue. I went back in and spoke with either a specialist or manager and they grabbed another associate to help. After 3-5 minutes we got the device activated. The point to this review is that I was sent on a chase to get a device activated that it should have been activated at the store. The issue could have been resolved 15-20 minutes instead of the 2 1/2 hrs it took to get the phone activated. This is below the expectation of the customer service that should have been presented by Apple. Based on how the pickup went at this location it makes other companies stores like Best Buy or Sprint look like they have customer service that is superior to what Apple can deliver and what I know can be delivered. Exceed expectations, don’t under deliver on them!

Just bought a MacBook Pro here on Black Friday and the deals for it were pretty good and the service was amazing as I was able to get a good deal for the computer and the salesman was pretty knowledgeable. It's pretty good to come to Nashua satisfied especially if you're buying expensive things tax-free. Overall, by coming to NH, we were able to save over couple hundred bucks in taxes by coming to the store and purchasing my mac.

If they designed their voicemail to alienate customers and drive them away, they have a success. They have created a automatic response machine that sounds human and will not answer questions or put you through to an associate without playing ads, suggesting you go to their website (where we've probably already been), and been routed through dozens of other irrelevancies. I was calling to get an appointment, since that's the first thing we're asked when we get to the store. This is apparently not an option they've anticipated. I know that the people are helpful, polite, and knowledgeable... once you can get to them. Why is it necessary to reduce me to a gibbering, angry madwoman before they let me speak to one? I was sent to appleCare, which doesn't offer appointments at the story anyway, and will not allow you to proceed without spending $30 to tell them so. In another attempt I was put on hold with some techno-"music" that seems designed to raise pulse and blood pressure. It seems really unfair to their associates to first irritate all possible customers before letting them contact. I feel sorry for them and wonder about who designed this awful system. (In store, the people are really nice)

If you expect assistance with your device or something to be fixed, Do not go here as no one will help you. I made an appointment in advance and arrived on time, after checking in and doing what I was supposed to do, I stood for an hour. I checked with one of the 14 employees that I counted standing around doing nothing and they said I was the next customer. When I was finally called to the counter I sat for about a half hour while he told me to factory reset my phone, which I explained had already been done and the issue wasn't resolved. If I wasn't going to get a new phone, then I at least needed a new screen, which they didn't have in stock but said could order me one and have it in in about a week. I have an iPhone 6S which you'd think they would keep a few around. Apparently not. In Summary, have low expectations when you're going in and you won't be too disappointed.

We went to Apple in Nashua to get the iphone XR becasue the price had dropped and my trade made it less aswell. The person who started helping us seemed nice enough and it was quick to get the phone and everything settled. My phone before the XR was a samsung and I have US Cellular as a carrier he told me to take the sim out of my samsung and put it into the XR and i dont need to go to my carrier to get it activated, this was completely incorrect. We went back to the store because that didnt seem right and wanted to speak with someone else. At the start of the conversation the guy who was originally helping us came over and took over again telling us everything would be fine and we should go home to set up the phone. We went back a third time to figure out what we really needed to do and told the women at the front we did not help from the guy who was originally helping us because twice now hes told us its fine and to go home. She gave us a quick answer and the one we were looking for. Now come Monday 9/16/19 I go to Uscellular to get the phone activated and they tell me they cant see the phone in their system to activate and wanted to make sure I got the right phone and everything from apple which the apple employees told me it was 3 times!!! I get on the phone with apple support and talk to Elmer who was very helpful and he told me the phone was good to go and they should have no issue finding it because it was unlocked and sim free. We go back into uscellular and tell them "hey it should be good to go apple says so" well turns out the model phone i have is not the american model phone uscellular can use but someone very high up was able to enter in my model number and get y phone activated. So i recommend not going to the apple store becuse you might get a phone for another country which im pretty sure i did. I will be calling apple to see if i can get all my money back in a return for this phone that is 4 days old!! Overall this was the worst experience i have had with a store. i like apple products but i will never buy one from the apple store again

It was the CD-rom that wasn't working on my Macbook Pro that brought me into the Apple store. I called the store and was able to quickly and easily make an appointment for the Genius bar. Getting off the phone, I checked my email and it said that my appointment was scheduled on a different day than what the woman on the line and I agreed on.. Decided to wait a bit instead of calling right away to see if it would be changed and sure enough it was! Really impressed with that! Went into the Apple store on a Saturday, they shipped my computer out to replace my CD-rom, hard drive, battery, and a couple cables all for free (thanks to Apple care) and I got it back that Wednesday. My computer is like brand new, everything works great and I was incredibly pleased with the employees at this Apple store!

I've bought a new iphone there, they gave me so many problems. They charged me twice, gave me two order numbers, I tried to cancel one of the orders, but it shows no orders under my account. I've been calling them for two day, they put me on the phone forever, no one helps me. This is the worst experience ever buying iphone there. I am very disappointed in this location. I had an appointment for 7:30 after getting to the store near 6:45. I got the text saying it was almost my turn. Then after over an hour passed someone told me i was next. Another hour passed till i could even start my diagnostic test. After all this the mall was closed and now i couldn't even take my phone home. Loosing my work phone is now very stressful and a pain to deal with. I am not happy with the service here at all.

useless. took my MacBook Air to the genius bar after i spilled water on it. guy told me it needed replaced for $750 and it would take a week to get it back. i ended up taking it to a local repair guy who fixed it for $400 and it took him 4 hours. conclusion: if your laptop is broken or parts stop working NEVER TAKE IT TO THE GENIUS BAR.

Pathetic genius experience at this store On Sunday 7/11/2016 Jonathan very courteously tried to repair. Later when the repair was taking longer to restore the OS onto s reformatted SSD he said store will call u back and leave the Macbook Air overnight. We agreed and left 2 callback numbers No call was returned in 48+ hours We called back on Wed 10/11 Call routed to Genius help desk was hung up during hold We called back again and requested a call back instead of a hold again We are yet to get a callback. Ordered two Xs’s and some Apple accessories the next day of their release date. Order was placed on the phone, I was sent an email with a pick up time. When I went to the store, Apple Corporate had a glitch in the system and my order was not ready for pick up. I drove about 2 hours to pick up my order. Kudos to Jason and James for understanding the situation, going above and beyond to correct it and processed my order as a special sale. 5 stars for their customer service and understanding.

I just had the best experience buying two iphone 5S's at this location. We walked in at 8:15pm and luckily, they had the phones we wanted in stock. Processing the first phone went smoothly but due to security reasons at Verizon, Mike our Apple associate had to call Verizon and spent 15 minutes on hold. He was super pleasant, entertaining and not at all annoyed with the process. The whole process took a lot longer then I'm sure he was planning because we weren't able to leave the store until well after closing time. We didn't feel rushed or made to feel like we were keeping anyone later then they wanted to be there. Thanks to all the associates at the Nashua NH Apple store and a special thank you to Mike. Last Saturday (5/4/2019) went to Apple store in Nashua. One Sales guy named Harish approached me when I entered the store. I told him that I am switching from Android to iOS & looking for the latest model. He showed me, but he did not explain properly what is the new feature in iPhone xs as compared to previous models iPhone 8plus. He thought that we are not going to buy a phone and do time pass. He not even greeted or asked for any other questions. As a new user, I was expecting some kind of help. he just showed me the payment plans and left. I have explored all by myself and asked another sales person's help. This guy said he is the 'traffic router' he will ask someone to help. Finally, I have purchased an unlocked phone with full payment. The sales rep should help customers. Nashua Apple store management should teach how to behave or respond or help customers.

If I could give negative stars I would. Bring my phone in that I had an appointment for at 3:30pm. Come back at 5:30 for a simple screen repair that literally takes all of 20 minutes including calibration and it’s still not done and won’t be done until 7pm. Are they on drugs? iPhones aren’t worth the customer service mess that comes with it. Never buying an apple product thanks to this store. P.s they couldn’t even find my apple care in there awesome system even after showing them I pay for it. This store needs help.

She was very knowledgeable and answered all the questions we had about this product while demonstrating for us some of its features on demos, not to mention her assistance as we were choosing a case cover and screen protector for our new iPhone. Be aware that if you need to get the battery replaced due to the ok overheating, they send it out and it takes 2 weeks minimum. So you are left without a MacBook Pro.

Went in there today? I told them I needed a new phone and picked one out within two minutes. I was then told someone would be with me in 10 minutes. Thirty minutes later I asked someone, who said they were a manager, where I was in the Que. I was not in the Que. another 10 to fifteen minutes go by and finally someone comes over to start the process. At this point I was out of time and had to leave. I was in there over 45 minutes. If they had told me up front I would have come back another time. While I was there people were in in out that came in well after me.

waited for 2 hours... that's where we begin. walked in experiencing technical difficulties on my phone, checked in was told the wait would be about 1 hour, didn't really have an issue with that. I was told that next time i should schedule an appointment online (don't worry apple, and employees of the pheasant lane mall apple store, there wont be a next time, just bought a brand new shiny Samsung note 5.) anyways i don't typically schedule when my phone breaks so i don't schedule appointments for it when it does. after about 45 minutes of waiting, i walked up just to get a time estimate, was told that i was not even entered into the system and that my spot in the queue was cancelled, but not to fret, we will put you right back in as a priority. waited an hour and 15 minutes, dint really feel like a priority. finally get to have help and they took my phone and told me there was nothing they could do because the screen had already been replaced. as you can imagine waiting 2 hours in a mall you don't even want to be in to begin with is absolutely frustrating as all hell. one positive thing comes out of this, and that would be their employee Kevin, he was extremely nice, apologetic, and worked way above and beyond anyone else in the store to answer questions and provide 5 star service to every customer he could. if it weren't for Kevin it would be a 1 star review. however Kevin was not the employee who initially checked me in, nor the one that told me that there was nothing they could do.

Had an appointment. Came in and had to wait 20 minutes while they waited on other people who just walked in the door. They’re all about Sally not about fixing. And less you’re going to buy something they don’t want to wait on you in the store. Go somewhere else Verizon is looking a whole lot better right now.

This apple store is a hit or miss. Some of the staff are helpful but most are just trying to get through the day and are completely useless. Overall it doesn’t seem the technical team are knowledgeable enough about the product they’re suppose to know. I have been to this store several times, twice due to a malfunctioning iphone and had completely different experience. I would not recommend this store if there are other options. I was there recently and the staff didn’t even try to plug my phone in to troubleshoot, instead told me upgrade. Even though my phone had no physical damage and appears to just a programming issue. Also they need to fix their appointment system, it’s a complete mess.

This is probably the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had. You stand there waiting for one of the employees to come over and they never do. You try flagging them down and they ignore you and walk to the other side of the store. I tried getting the attention of 2 employees when they were done with a customer. The first had a headset and as I approached said “on my way” and ran across to the other side of the store. The second employee I tried getting the attention of walked away and to talk to another employee, then when he was done walked across the store... After 20 minutes of just trying to buy an iPad I said “that’s it. I’m done” and walked right out of there and I’m heading over to bestbuy now.

Went in to compare new iPad Pro bs MacBook Air. Asked 3 different sales associates about flash support. All 3 said iPad Pro will support flash but it will need to be downloaded. After a quick GOOGLE search I found the iPad still doesn’t support flash. So I asked a 4th sales associate and she said yes it will support flash. I asked her to show me the download for iOS. She could not and then said we could purchase it and return in 14 days if AppleCare could not install it. So I have to spend $1,000 and then wait on AppleCare to get a final answer. UMMMM....no. Buyer beware. Do your own homework. AppleCare associates have been helpful before but Sales is horrible. Good luck.

Very slow service!!! We were waiting for more than two hours because there are not enough employees to attend the big number of Costumers. The store doesn’t have the text service to let costumers know that they are next in the line, so we couldn’t leave the store while we were at the waiting list. Very bad Costumer service

I never write reviews but I had to do this one. I am long time "everything apple" user. I loved apple for creating seemless interfaces and reliable devices. Not anymore. My experience with this store is extremely unpleasant. Starting with endless waits, then making me come back another day and finally not accepting my old phone to get credit it was anything short of disaster. Supervisor was also useless. I never expected to get this type of experience with company who charge you Cadillac payments for their devices. Really really disappointing.

I took the iPhone 5 in because of a battery recall. After the major inconvenience of booking a genius appointment through the non-user friendly phone (could NOT get a human on the phone) and website (makes it overly complicated to book an appointment), I took the phone in. Genius Jay was nice (the one silver lining in this awful experience). The battery was eventually replaced half an hour later, but now the home button doesn't respond at all. Thanks to the people in the back for making the phone WORSE after being "fixed" and now forcing me to pay $129 for a new screen. All for apple's messup in the first place for making a faulty phone. I have been loyal to Apple for years, but now I am changing. Major disappointment. #applefail

Shittiest customer servics. All the customer service is wandering around, look busy do nothing. Pickup at store took more than an hour without any particular reason. There were other people who were also waiting to just pick up an online order.

Long time Windows user, but I am frustrated with them and I need a new computer. After countless hours of wasted time on the internet trying to convince myself that I need an Apple computer that costs way more than I can afford, I went to this store hoping to find the right information to finally convince me to make the switch. Nowadays they don't let you walk up to someone and ask questions, you have to sign in with the "hostess" who will assign you someone. Since when did going to an Apple store become like going to a restaurant. Supposedly these guys are not paid on commission, so I would like to choose someone who looks like they might be compatible with me. So after talking with a kid who looked like he doesn't even exsisted the days before computers, I left because not only did the kid Not convince me that Apple is truly better than Windows, but his body language showed me he did not want to listen to an old guy who remembers when buying a computer wasn't such a complicated process. Never coming to this store again.

Went to get the new air wireless headphones but the person working hid in the back until I started to leave then they came out front and closed the store earlier then the hours stated. Was very upset after having driven an hour and a half in a snow storm just so I could get the earphones for my daughter in law on her birthday

A huge shout-out to customer service rep. Dan. We came in last night with our 17 year old daughter who was buying a new iPhone. She didn't want all the bells and whistles and knew she wanted the iPhone SE. He listened carefully to her and her needs and brought out exactly what she wanted. Because she did not back up her old phone prior, Dan showed her the information that she needed from the Apple website so that she could successfully transfer all her information from her old phone to her new phone from home. He also assisted her with her transfer regarding the AT&T network. (When she got home, she followed his directions and had her phone successfully up and running in no time). Dan took extra time to ask her about her interests and hobbies. When she mentioned photography, he told her all about the iPhone photography classes that the Apple store provides. When she mentioned that she works for Market Basket, he even looked up online to see if there were any discount coupons for MB employees. He spent about 45 minutes with her making sure she understood exactly what she needed to do when she got home and that she was pleased with her purchase. He was extremely professional, engaging, courteous, respectful and just an all around nice guy. Thank you Dan for making our daughter's first time Apple buying experience an extremely pleasant one!!!

This store has been on a long, drawn out plummet into terrible customer service. This is particularly true for business customers. A typical phone call to a "business specialist" now requires that I set 1-2 hours of my day aside to repeatedly attempt to call the line. After the Pheasant lane store refuses to answer the phone, you will be transferred to some national call center which will promptly apologize and send you to another black hole. Eventually you will either end up with someone's voicemail (who will not call you back, despite whatever the message says) or the system will just kill the phone call. What's most interesting about this store is that if you walk into it in person, there are about 4 million employees there who are apparently incapable of answering a phone despite the fact that there are no less than 50,000 phones surrounding them. They are very good however at directing you to other apple employees who will direct you to other apple employees forming I suppose their own little version of One Infinite Loop. If you are so lucky to get through after hours on the phone you will be greeted by someone with a smug demeanor who is clearly honoring you with their vocal chords. After failing to answer any question except "you can come in and speak with a genius" (which I doubt), you will be left holding the simple question you had to ask in your hand and wondering why you didn't just go to Best buy and deal with a teenager who is slightly bummed out that he can't flirt with the girls and has to answer your question. In short... don't bother with this store. You'll never wish for an automated attendant more in your life and blind luck is better suited to assist you in any business transaction than speaking with this status-monkeys. Signed, A CEO who is tired of being treated poorly despite spending 10's of thousands of dollars each quarter with Apple.

Had a great experience with Nashua Apple. Computer crashed, which is unusual for a Mac that only gets used for email and other minor things. Made an appointment online, super easy. Got greeted and checked-in right away. Was seen with in 5 minutes of check-in. After about 10 minutes Michael (?) had diagnosed the issue, clearly explained the issues, said they had the part in stock and had my computer back in no time. Really happy with the level of service, would definitely recommend.
