Very neat and clean store. I had a little trouble at first determining who I was supposed to approach. Once I was treated by staff my experience went well; They were able to pull up my appointment and sit me down with someone within minutes. Staff is very helpful for support as well as sales. The representatives are pationate about the device and I can tell they are being genuine about owning these products themselves. Cris gave me lots of options and possible outcomes for my situation and Connie showed me a lot more of what I could have accompany my Surface to increase my output.

I went in because my Xbox was not working. Unfortunately, I left the proof I had of the issues I was experiencing with my Xbox at home. Moreover, my warranty had expired and I found all this out once I rushed to the store. I am in the military so I am a pretty busy person and it's easy for the small things to fall through the cracks, yet the manager and the tech named Omar helped me out with an out of warranty replacement and made me feel welcome and trusted. I am a HUGE Mircosoft consumer, I will continue to trust this company because it is given it both ways...which is sadly, rare nowadays.

Went to microsoft official website and to get some support for my 'microsoft word 2010' little did i know that microsoft corporation is holding third party scammers in their support lines. A "professional technician" that went by the name Warren M ended up putting a deadly virus on my laptop. (BE VERY CAREFUL ABOUT GETTING SUPPORT FROM MICROSOFTS WEBSITE! THERE ARE A LOT OF SCAMMERS!!!) Anyways i called microsoft 1 -800 number in attempt to fix the problem THEY caused and long story short they weren't willing to do anything! called several times and nobody was willing to help me. Went to the microsoft store in vegas and was helped by the manager named scott. he was very kind and very helpful, he listen to your problems and actually tries to help instead sell you a whole bunch of stuff you don't need or want. Would highly suggestion going to him if you need anything!

Upgrade to Windows 10 erased my master boot record on my hard drive, common problem, stupid of me to not backup first, even stupider of Microsoft to not insist 9r recommend I backup before upgrade. Lost EVERYTHING, not recoverable at all. Pictures, gone, home kovies, gone. Came to store for them to install fresh windows 10 since I couldn't do anything now. Drove 40 minutes Dropped off, 4 days later, it's ready but I have to wait 20 minutes for a tech to go get my laptop and hand it to me after another 40 minute drive here. Meanwhile they keep trying to sell me services. I now hate Microsoft and will never buy again.

Never buy an ms phone. Took my nokia 920 in because the battery is loose inside. They never even bothered to hook it up to a computer. They just looked at it and called another employee with a phone like mine to prove me that all the 920's have a loose battery. Bunch of amateurs, they said even if they were to replace the phone they don't have it anymore. Really?!!!!! It's a one year old phone how can you not have it in stock. Worst experience ever for me. Get an android or apple instead. I'll never buy another nokia phone and I'll tell everyone that I know not to.

Always have fun in one of these places as there isn't one near when I live. Great to see the innovative products and accessories they are now producing and this time I tried out the Microsoft holgram reality headset. Wow, the future looks fun, although the price was ridiculous. When they become more mainstream I'm having a set of those! Wish they had more of these stores worldwide to expose the products to a wider audience.

Absolutely terrible! Cortana does not work and will not listen, respond or anything i say. I tried calling customer support and asking about cortana is no an option. It then asks me if i want to pay for customer support..... SO i buy a $3,000 lap top that does not use basic function and then i have to pay for support? Not to mention your robot hung up on me when I asked to speak to a customer service Representative. 1/10 for customer service and 1/10 for product. Going back to apple.

Microsoft at Fashion Show in Las Vegas has a great selection of high performance desktops, laptops, gaming cpu's and of course Xbox's to choose from. Their staff are very knowledgeable and don't work on commission, so they are their for your customer needs. I purchased my last desktop and Surface Pro from them. Not only are they very helpful on making sure you get the type you need, but help you set it up before you go. The best part is, they Do Not download a bunch of SPAM advertising like all other computer selling stores. So your computer operates at its best without trying to sell you more unneeded software. Even when I have a quick question I just stop by their store and they happily help me out. You can schedule specific training for your work teams, in store, to help learn your new hardware and/or software for your business environment. They even allow your team to get training before store opening so you don't miss a fully productive work day. If you travel the globe like I do, and you want a computer product that will work wherever and whenever you need it, shop at this Fashion Show Microsoft Store.

Der Beratungsservice war jedoch super : ob ein bestimmter Windows Phone auch mit europäischem LTE funktioniert, konnte der Mitarbeiter nicht sagen (Cortana auch nicht ;) ), er wußte sich zu helfen und schaute auf einer bestimmten Internetseite nach - Engagement pur. Er nahm sich Zeit und machte einen kompetenten Eindruck. Was jedoch vollkommen "daneben" ging, war der Zahlvorgang. Knapp 15 Minuten dauerte es, bis das Smartphone aus dem Lager geholt war, weitere 10 Minuten brauchten wir, bis ein Kartenlesegerät zum Bezahlen verfügbar bar und zudem funktionierte.

UPDATE - WEEK OF THE 20TH. I had a couple problems with a 2nd hand surface 3 machine and they replaced it for me - no charge, slightly our of warranty - a second hand machine - yikes. I do have a 2, a 3 and a 4 and I love my surfaces - but all that tech in a tiny sliver of a machine produces some funkiness in some units - I suspect I was just unlucky - because mostly my experience has been good. The people in the store not only know what they are doing, but if you are direct and honest with the problem, they will go an extra five miles to help you - it is a little surprising frankly. I am advocate for these machines and will buy future iterations as a result of their efforts to make me whole when problems have arisen. If we could only cox cable to adopt these service levels! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ These guys are good. I went there with a minor repair. Stayed and worked a little bit off their wifi (after they invited me to and then got me coffee.) While there I talked to three different guys about the Surface and a few other this and thats - What a great, smart personable bunch. Very Impressive. As a long time MS user, I love that corporate has smartened up and recognized they need a bricks and mortar presence like Apple. Way to go..

Love the microsoft store. Although the service is a bit uneven. Had an issue with my Surface Pro 4's flickering mouse problem where the screen was registering ghost touches, even though nothing was touching the screen. First guy the day before said they didn't honor the warranty since my company bought it from Insight. Yet, the verbiage from Microsoft themselves is that they honor the warranties despite being bought corporately. Came back the next day, and they had to get "manager approval" to honor corporate warranty buys. I showed them the insight paperwork and everyone was still confused, but I still got "manager approval" to get my Surface Pro 4 exchanged.

Worst customer service!! Their surface has known issues and they are just scamming people! They dont answer messages! I have been trying to trying to email, chat online, get call backs, call direct and nothing gets a response!! I Was an ideal customer switching from Apple and I feel cheated and scammed! Surface book screen cracked on its own from internal heating! Known issue and Microsoft Microsoft Surface are not responding. Apple would never have this level of issues and deceive customers..... Update: now they have emailed me 3 times saying I will receive a replacement yet it didnt show up and now they are not answering again. I have now sent my laptop to them and it is left in limbo!! This store has no care for their customers. All they care about is sales, sales, sales. This place does not live up to the Microsoft standards. They treat their customers like they are entirely stupid, and honestly they train their employees with that exact mindset. They do not care is the product solution is the right one for them, all they want is to sell you a tablet, and have you walk away. Their practices are very non ethical. I would recommend buying your products online, or through another source then actually going to this store. Your experience will be a lot better that way.

I came in with my Lumia 950 as it was not charging, I was seen to immediately. They replaced the battery for me, as we thought it was that. While I was waiting, I was asked would I like some free water, I politely declined. When I got back home and tried to charge it, it still wasn't charging. I went back later in the day, and Cris (no H) attended to me as soon as he could, but I had to wait about 30 minutes to be seen. You can arrange appointments online, or by popping in, and maybe on the telephone. After Cris became available, he tried looking at my Lumia and tried cleaning the USB contacts, and have no effect. Again, I was asked would I like some free water, and they gave me two small bottles for free. Cris did his best to fix it, but to no avail. In the end, he just replaced it with a BRAND NEW ONE, WITHOUT ANY COST TO ME!!!!!!!! INCREDIBLE!!! I said to him you wouldn't get that an Apple store, and I saidyou wouldn't, they would just say to you they would have take the phone themselves to try and repair, at best. They would probably just fob you off. He had heard that from people coming to them from Apple. I said that I needed to take the photos off my Lumia and put onto the new one, but didn't have a memory card. I asked if they had a spare one I could use (being cheeky), and surprisingly they said yes I could borrow theirs to copy the photos. Amazing. You don't ask, you don't get hey!!! They do have a lot of staff just standing around, not doing a lot. They sell all sorts of PC things in there, keyboards, mice, Xbox, non Microsoft computers, software, etc... Definitely recommend a visit if you are in FSM... Thanks very much guys.

Dave was amazing. I have a surface pro 3 that wasn't holding a charge. Immediately after plugging in their power cord, we figured it was just the power cord. He even helped down load updates. Luckily I came here to get my laptop checked out before I bought another one at Best Buy, which I had an extended warranty, that all the sudden they couldn't fulfill. They did give me a refurbished cord. However, it didn't solve anything. Dave was also patient. Will definitely buy my electronics from them for now on.

My Microsoft surface’s charger stopped working after 9 months so I figured it should still be under warranty. I visited the Microsoft, I took my laptop, charger and box just in case they needed to see it. When the representative approached me I explained informed her of my situation and she immediately asked if I had purchased the extended warranty plan, I told her I didn’t and I had purchased the product at Best Buy, but it had been less than a year. The girl just said that because I didn’t get the extended warranty the. I would have to buy a new charger because it’s not covered, I didn’t feel like fighting so I ended up buying a new charger for $80.00. When I got home I started a chat with Microsoft support and they informed me that because it was bought as a bundle then the charger was covered and they could send me a new one within 5-7 business days or I could visit my nearest Microsoft store. The next day I had to go back to the Microsoft store, I explain what happened they sat me down with a technician which is what the first representative should have done and I got a new charger on the spot. Maybe the girl was new or who knows but this first impression of the Microsoft store was a bitter one.

Came here to get help with a custom controller I ordered online that broke during its first use. Spent well over an hour getting help and the guy (guys since 3 or 4 people were in and out of the situation trying to help) but the main guy that help me didn't quit on me and we were eventually able to get another controller sent after I sent the broken one in. The time may seem long but it wasn't his fault, the online help was giving him the run around until he continued to mention he was an employee trying to help a customer.

For years, Apple has been the paragon of design and customer service. Today I can attest that Microsoft stores and products can go toe to toe with Apple. I recently purchased the latest Surface Pro as a complete replacement to my laptop. I was generally unsure whether a tablet-like device could replace a business-focused machine, but after much research, I took the leap. Fast forward a few months to today, when some software tinkering caused me machine to "bluescreen." Unfortunately, whatever I did was so total that I was unable to recover the machine, no matter what I did. That's where the Microsoft store came in. I took a leap of faith and went to the store without securing an appointment. Within a few minutes of arrival, I was checked in an meeting with a tech person. Unfortunately, the news was not good, and it appeared that my Surface Pro had to be checked in to the computer hospital to recover. The timing could not be worse. Although all my data was backed up online, I was about to travel, and could not be without my computer. In a surprising move, the Microsoft employee offered to swap out my injured Surface Pro for a new one, still in the box, so I would have one for my trip. For free! And with that, I am sold on Microsoft stores. I'm not particularly loyal to any brand, but I am loyal to companies which go above and beyond for their customers. And this store did, which is why I have no reservations in giving them five stars - doe both their products, and their service.

Wasted my time. Had the same conversation with the in store person as over the phone to set an appointment. Diagnosis, “cannot be repaired in store, has to be sent away, cannot be sent from store, cannot be paid for in store”. Didn’t crack the case to determine problem, didn't even plug it in. Why did I set an appt at all? Why didn't the person over the phone give me the diagnosis? Why do they have a "genius" bar if they aren't gonna put geniuses in it?
