Some employees are friendly others don't even care. I was comparing some of the prices to other stores & Curacao has the highest prices!!! A bit of advice: if you're paying of something there, I strongly recommend to ALWAYS KEEP YOUR RECEIPT because they have a history of not putting in the system 1 or more of your payments! If you can't prove them wrong, they will damage your credit.! BE CAREFUL!!

Honestly it's like a Costco sorta but Mexican. All Mexican music and everything in Spanish and pretty sure getting hired there means your only allowed to be Spanish. Girl who tried pitching me a computer wasn't very smart and annoying that she had a portable speaker playing music... rude. However I found lots of cool items priced at really good prices overall store is clean and has lots of stuff. I bought my baby a really cool batgirl Walker super cute great price. I'll definitely come back but since were in the US try and get some people that speak English that would be nice. My advice check it out thou

Nice store but really need to check the prices. Some items are priced low, great sales... but alot of stuff is over priced you can find lower priced elsewhere. They try hard on customer service but some (not on purpose) don't give you correct information so be aware.

Absolutely love this store. Their price match is awesome. If you're going to purchase something there first search for the product online and then have them price match it. All there items are higher priced than the competition so if you don't price match you are loosing money. They will give you a great credit line compared to other department stores but you have to watch out for high interest. Very aware of the cons I still choose to make my purchases there due to the pros out weighing the cons for me

The dream of every first time home owner is to shop around for furniture and eagerly waiting for it to arrive at your place. Well that experience hasn’t been delightful at all for me. To start with, I had gone to the store in Las Vegas, heard pretty good things and decided to check it out. I was immediately drawn by the variety of furniture in their and their bilingual consumer service. I ended up purchasing a beautiful couch. Even bought a cologne. My delivery was set for Sunday which the seller couldn’t tell me a definite time but all she said “they will be there sometime in the morning” they showed up at my house at 4pm. - I called them to tell them about my concern. Their answer was “you should’ve paid the express delivery and it would’ve arrived at the time you specified” - great I wish I knew that from the beginning. I then set a second delivery date for Thursday. The dispatch center sent me a text “your order will be delivered between 12:30 -4:30pm. I called them around 5pm they said sorry about that “we’re going to contact the sales manager and he will call you in about 5 mins “ 1 hour went by and I had to call them back, only this time to find out that they didn’t have the couch in stock. They really had me waiting since Sunday to make a delivery to find out the product I want is not available. Consumer experience is everything in a market like this. There is competition everywhere and what can set you guys apart is how well and satisfied your consumers are with their purchases. Worst experience ever. I definitely don’t encourage to shop at this store. Mario Ovalle.

The most horrible experience ever had. Definitely regret buying anything here. I bought a PC I was ask to leave the PC there and pick.it up the next morning cuz they will install some stuff on my PC. Ok didn't like the idea but ok I decide to pick it up next morning. It was a gift so 3 days later I found out it wasn't the right computer they just act stupid and say it was my fault. Then when they finally see it was they're mistake they argue about something was wrote on the box so they couldn't exchange to the right item. Don't ever trust them on leaving your electronics for pick up later. And if so. Please check the box before you take it home. Don't trust them

Pretty good place to help you build your credit and they do have great electronics also, it's missing a star because I went for a unlocked phone for about almost 2 weeks throughout and they didn't have any in stock and couldn't tell me when they were getting some in. So I just bought 2 phones online from them and it literally came the next day, so that was cool. They also have furniture, TVs, purses, perfumes, jewelry, toys, and home appliances.

Nice and clean store, staff is friendly. The only problems are that some prices are on the high end, and waiting in line is ridiculous. Just to make a payment the line can take 20 minutes or more just standing in line. Also, you have to go to customer service for anything regarding your account including simple address corrections because it wasn't done right the 1st time. Both me and my husband had issues with our address with 2 different staff on 2 different days. If they would fix customer wait time and lines, and have more deals, would deff be a 5 star store to shop!
