Awesome people here! We've had some nice conversations with the salespeople when trying to decide between different products. The store layout is nice and makes sense and there's even room to stop in and hang out and chat with other photographers. It's very inviting. The summer fest was also really cool this year and they had great prices, some discounts, and tax free! It's absolutely worth the drive to go check it out!

Great store, in a terrible part of town. It seriously feels so unsafe to go to this store. Staff are knowledgeable but not super helpful when you don't even know the right questions to ask. Had they taken 5 minutes to discuss options with me instead of shoving one basic option in my face, I would have purchased all the items there I was interested in.

So I've been in this place multiple times and the experience has been OK but it seems like they are more geared towards professionals and not for the pro-sumer/hobbyist. I read through their owners comments and they preach the "local" thing. Where I am from you don't treat locals like they do. There's a bit of an attitude depending on who you get that comes across as pretentious. Today was that day as I stopped in to get a common lens for video on my Canon 80D. Being a hobbyist I'm on a bit of a budget so factoring in the tax I felt I would be spending a tad too much. Rather than offer to do something the guy just handed off the lens hood to an associate angrily, in my opinion, and left me to be rung up by someone else since I said I didn't want the lens. If he had shown a shred of interest he would've learned that a simple $20 something discount would've probably earned my business. Instead I left with an overpriced lens hood and know to keep my business online as much as I can. Update: I am dropping them to one star for an under advertised policy that I find quite disturbing since I bought a lens hood at 2:36 PM and at 3:56 PM I was told cannot be returned all sales final which is small print at the bottom of the second receipt they have you sign. Just an absolute disappointment I now have an overpriced lens hood paperweight/decoration and a lesson learned keep your business to be BH, Amazon and in a pinch Best Buy. TIP: Go online. Do your homework. And most of all be 100% before you buy, because ALL SALES FINAL!

Best camera store in Vegas. They have everything you need, from equipment to accessories and bags. They even have a rental counter where you can rent any camera or lens that you'd like to try. They often have workshops and classes, and I've attended several. Very helpful staff and a large selection with competitive prices.

Great place for professionals even people just starting out. My first time there was today. They have great quality equipment. I️ believe the rental deposits are a little overboard I️ mean if I️ really wanted to buy the camera I️ might as well if I have to hold the value of the equipment on a card in order to rent. I️ think that defeats the point of renting. But other than that good customer service. Greeted at the door, and someone had answers to all of my questions. I️ will be back to purchase some things.

Best camera store in vegas- better yet, the whole west coast. Everyone at the shop are some of the nicest people, and some of my now- long time friends. They even have a little cute cafe-type-thing where they have snacks & water & coffee all free-of- charge, they're never stingy about letting you test equipment at all, and do some of the coolest events I've seen a camera store do. If you're ever in Vegas and/or live here, and want camera stuffs, this is the place to go to.

Expidited sensor cleaning was quick and was done within a couple hours--10 years of sensor dust are now gone...why have I put this off. I'll be back annually for this.

Bought a GoPro here. Was looking for a suction cup mount to go with it and the staff recommended me one. They forgot to tell me I needed an adapter because the suction cup mount has a thread mount. GoPro doesn't fit and now I need to find a store that sells an adapter. Going back is not an option because I found out too late (on a road trip)

Tried this place while in town and will not be coming back. They must be understaffed or just not interested in helping everyone. I couldn't even get a simple hello from any of them. I had questions on the many camera backpacks not couldn't get the attention of any of the salespeople. After about a half hour of getting ignored I and my money walked out.

I've been going to B&C for several years for camera gear. And finally decided to write a review. B&C is a well established and licensed retailers for all the major camera brands. Their prices are congruent with all legit online retailers. If you do a lot of traveling, you'll find B&C one of the best across the USA. They have just about everything you could need in a pinch. They have most of the new and popular gear on the market. But if you seek hard to find stuff, call in advance to see if it's in stock. Nevertheless, if you are traveling through Vegas, and need photo/video gear, give B&C a look.

Absolutely incredible camera shop! When you walk in the door its like stepping into another world, just for cameras! I was greeted by staff immediately. The same person took us around the shop got us what we needed immediately and made his sale. After making a sale the store clerk was still super helpful. Great people, very helpful, now my main camera shop. EDIT: Alrighty, just adding more. So I being fairly new to photography finally wanted to get a new camera. I walked in quite a few times, told them about what level and style i wanted to shoot, and asked for suggestions. They pointed me towards a few, explained some deals, and i was on my way. Did some research of my own, made the choice, bought the camera after handling it. They were extremely helpful in this process and more than willing to share their suggestions Ive been there several times now for various things, and have always been helped quickly (give them some slack lol, sometimes there are quite a few people each with lots of questions, but they get to you as soon as they can. Love probing their experience for suggestions, but in the end make sure you still do your own research and then make a choice (like most things). Overall great shop, prices are as expected, and in stock variety is plentiful. Keep up the excellent work guys

No one said hi when I walked through the door. I automatically felt uncomfortable. Once I started looking at backs packs there was a guy on the left hand side of the store who greeted me and helped me. He said he started off in photography and now does video. I wish I knew the young mans name. He was very helpful. He also helped me choose the right filter for my camera

Good selection of gear but I think you have to be rich to shop here. I felt out of place when I seen the price of most equipment was outrageously out of my budget. Thought I would give photography a try only to find out I could just rebuild a car for cheeper. Can't believe some lenses go for thousands of dollars. Now that I have spent over 3k for the camera I now have along with several lenses. Because you never know what type of lens you would need/like to learn to use.

I am giving this business a one star primarily due to their one shoe fits all return policy. I can understand why a return policy is needed, as some consumers may buy gear, use it then return. This I do not agree with… In my case I am a tourist and purchased a light kit unopened box and wanted to return it less than 24 hours. When I returned to my hotel and looked up what it took to bring that back on the plane it was not worth the hassle (fragile goods, extra charge of the large box etc…). I explained the situation to the assistant store manager (Ron) to no avail. It is almost like the store is afraid once they get you $$ they never want to give it back in fear you will never return. The one shoe fits all policy is what will cause a potential client to never return and believe it should be modified… Here is another interesting fact. Online orders have a return policy while in store purchases do not. Does this make sense? "If you receive a product that is not what you needed and is unopened, you can return it for an exchange or refund* within 14 days of receipt of product".

I stopped by B&C camera during one of their big trade-in events. Although I didn't trade in equipment, I had the opportunity to speak with the Leica representative (Ebi Kuene). I purchased the new Leica C-Lux camera, and I have been extremely impressed. I recently took it to the Smith Center, where we had seats in the way , way, way, back. The pictures I was able to get with this little camera were amazing. Often times, it is impractical to bring big professional equipment , and this little camera is perfect for throwing in your bag for just such situations. The staff at B&C are always knowledgable and professional. I am very impressed with my experience.

I love the selection of things here, but everything is way too expensive. I can understand to a point why but some items feel like your paying money for name brand items just because. I visited the B&C store a few years ago when they had one on Tropicana (I believe). I was buying my 5 yr old a water proof point and shot. I felt out of place and like the didn’t want my cheap business. I visited the Sahara store today because Im in need of a good dslr and lens. Same feeling. Store has an extensive amount of inventory. Staff are quite friendly and knowledgeable. Did not feel rushed at all and had plenty of questions to ask. It's also very modern and clean. If you have any kind of camera needs I recommend this store over any of the larger stores that only have a camera section. Example is Best Buy I only had about 8 lens filters, this store had about a hundred or more.

I used this place to send my lenses to Canon for repair and was not informed of any "checklist" for parts until my lenses came back without their uv filters on them. At 1st I was told no worries the matter will be looked into and replacing them would not be an issue. That was not the case once the manager called me back and proceeded to suggest the error was mine. The only two lenses of mine that don't have uv filters are the ones that came back from canon via B&C Camera. I had to replace them on my own, I am extremely disappointed and will not be using B&C Camera in the future.

I'm a student and my professor recommended this place, but I guess they only cater to professionals. I'm amazed by the comments where people say the employees actually talked to them about the different products in the store. I was told to just look around. Maybe they thought I couldn't afford anything just based on looks (black lady here). Unfortunately, I did not feel welcomed and will certainly not go back. Update: B&C sending a canned response starting that their behavior is unlikely doesn't mean it didn't happen. Please do not invalidate my experience. Instead acknowledge that a mistake was made and work to make sure it doesn't happen again. You're basically telling everyone that has a bad experience that they are lying. You really should pay attention to the previous comments and stop trying to belittle those who already feel as though your company treated then badly.

Went in looking to buy gift spent 15 minutes looking, l guess l did not look like l was spending any money because not one of the men ask could they help or even acknowledged my presence. The store only had 3 people including myself. I would hate to think to that because l was a Black woman and thet were dealing with 2 white males l was ignored. l usually don't do negative comments nut this kind of bothered me.

Fanominal. Kyle listened to what my video needs were. I inquired on a Sony and Panasonic video camera. He then quickly suggested a Luninex 4k camera. It was on sale and $300 to $400 Less than what I was considering. After some reviewing he lead me to the best choice for me. Soft easy going, informative, knowlagable sales person and gave me all the time needed to help me make the best decision for me. Awesome sales rep. and store. Kyle I'll be back because of your professionalism. I've spent 30yrs in sales management and Kyle is tops. Ask for him and you will be glad you did. I highly recommend. And by the way the knowledge and assistance now and in the future face to face is worth paying the sales tax versus buying on line. He gave me $300 worth of knowledge, savings plus if I have questions all I have to do is come back in face to face for free for any help. Support our local business not on line. More value at this store and worth it.

Wow... Poor ole Robertas lol. I ran him ragged as I tried to decide on a lens after I got the camera. I came in knowing I wanted one ( a7r iv ). I looked and thought... trying to envision and he got a grasp on what gear I already have and he came up with a solid solution of a Tamron 17-28 f2.8 along with a Metabones adapter to use my current F mount Zeiss Milvus 50 and 21 since they are full Manual anyway.
