Went here to have my kid's Ipod checked. We waited for almost 45 minutes for a technician. I watched people walk in and got a technician to help them right away. I had to ask the staff on the door about the wait, to which he responded, "He's only been waiting for 25 minutes, a technician will be with him shortly." A technician finally came 9 minutes before the store closes — when they have pretty much helped everyone in the store. When I start to ask questions, he responded in a very condescending way as if Apple is too superior for us and when I asked to check the battery, he then told me that I had to make an appointment for that. We waited for nearly an hour and we did not get any answer from these techs. I'm very disappointed with the service we received here and the attitude of the staff. I've been a long time Apple user and used to receive service at Apple stores in Los Angeles (we just moved in Reno) and not once did we encounter such an arrogant and patronizing "tech." I will not be coming back to this store as it gave us the vibe that if you speak with an accent, expect to get the least possible help from these people.

It was extremely hard being from out of town to find this store. They have no cross streets listed, as well as no nearby stores. GPS was not working. It was a horrible experience, actually the worst with the 1st tech. Pushy, in a hurry, didn’t listen, not friendly....on and on. I eventually asked for a manager when I had enough. Drew Loftus saved the day. Awesome guy, friendly, professional, respectful, informative. Fixed the issue. The 1st dufos told me he had only 15 minutes basically f you. I was out of there problem resolved 1 1/2 hours later. If you go in ask for Drew

Is apple corporate reading the horrible reviews at this store ?? After 4 attempts and calls to apple tech dept. A 40 minute wait for a girl who should not be a phone tech. She left me on hold to ask someone else. Never came back. I installed I tunes go my windows 7. Tried 2 different versions. Wont open. Drove 28 miles to this ridiculous far apple store to be told they couldn't help me because they dont know about windows. They are prejudice if u dont have A apple. Well I told him how about I drive home father up my 5 apple I pod devices and you can give me a refund Because they are worthless without I tunes ??? Or I spend money for a computer tech and you can pay the bill. I'm dead serious!! Apple store sucks for customer service

Went to the Apple store and the young store manager female went out of her way to make our experience miserable. She changed sales people on us and was condescending, complacent, and wasted more of our time than she needed. We went on February 22 in the day time. I really think it was be irresponsible for Apple to continue to employ her. With all of the mistrust that Apple has brought on themselves, employing this woman assures that more people will change to other technology companies. My mother is on a fixed income, my sister pays her phone bill and Apple has taken advantage of her time, and money. Now she has to pay $150. To change her battery that she should have never had to change in the first place. Crapple this is pathetic! Thanks Tim Crook.

Had a terrible experience today at the Reno Apple store. Walked in to buy a macbook pro 13". Literally waited in front of the laptop for a free sales person for 20 minutes. There was one agent *right* next to me "helping" a friend of his by chit chatting about workouts the whole time. I asked another agent if she could help, she actually asked me if i wouldn't mind stepping aside so she could show someone else the laptop. Meanwhile the male sales person keeps chatting about "legs day and his long run after". I go to concierge, who was very nice and told me he'd get someone to help "right away". 10 minutes later, still waiting near the laptop (can't stand in front of it because of aforementioned sales person doing sales), I say to myself "thanks Apple - you did the impossible...you talked ME out of a spontaneous purchase of one of your high end laptops." VERY disappointed in the complete lack of interest you had in me. Most disappointing was that your agents seemed more busy socializing with friends and each other to conduct basic business functions. Terrible.

I walked in because one of my AirPods broke and I wanted to see if they were still under warranty. The staff didn’t seem very knowledgeable about how to go about this as they just stared at me and said okay. I then told them they need to look up the serial number on the AirPods to which they replied “ya I know that”. So after they looked it up they informed me that my AirPods were no longer under warranty then proceeded to continue to sit there and stare at me as if I should leave their store now. I told them that now my option is to get them fixed for $70 (why am I the one telling them this. Why are they not helping me). To which they replied “ya you can have them repaired but you need to set up and opponent”. They guy who helped me just seemed very pretentious and unprofessional. I was then helped by a different guy in going about perchacing an Apple Watch. He was a lot nicer.

Michael Carter

Very poor experience with Will. My device was under warranty and had apple care. His main goal was to get my money. Brought in an unlocked device with Apple care, after replacement device is no longer unlocked. They bring me out a replacement device. First he says my SIM card is not activated and that’s why we’re unable to activate. So I say, I have another sim also activated we can try, phone still doesn’t activate. I asked to speak to the manager thinking she will fix this, she barely said anything. Will just kept talking over her until I got angry and left. Use Samsung

Andretti Pizana

Good quality phones and great service as well as toys.

I was having an issue with my screen on my iPhone 6 and went into the Apple Store last night. While they didn't have any techs available when I walked in, they said they would let me talk to another guy about what my options are for a new phone since I have had my 6 for a long time. I haven't wanted to upgrade my phone because I didn't want to pay for all the ridiculous fees that come along with it. Ralph was so nice and so patient with me as I went back and forth between updating my phone or waiting to get my issue resolved. I eventually ended up upgrading to a 7, but wanted to leave a review for Ralph - he was so nice to work with, friendly, personable, and he never pressured me to upgrade or to make any choices. Good customer service is rarely recognized - it's important to make a note in the middle all these negative reviews that there are solid helpful people working at Apple and Ralph is one of them. I sincerely appreciate his time and energy. I felt he gave me all my options honestly and upfront without a push for a sale, and I walked out of Apple happy. Thank you, Ralph!

Franco Carroll

The worst Apple store I’ve been too!! Don’t compare to Tucson Applestore!!. All I wanted to do was purchase a lighting bolt cable! I wasn’t even greeted by one person! Every time I’d walk towards someone they walk away!! Not one person, for twenty minutes, did not come up to me or say hi!! Shut this place down.. not worth coming here cause u will leave feeling angry and disappointment!!

Dleko Urial

Nice people, but everything is so freaking expensive. Additionally, because it is so busy, it takes so long to get any assistance.

Emire Stitt

Very nice staff but unfortunately very incompetent. As a result I wasted 3 hours and at the end I did it myself. How many Apple reps does it take to set up a new iPhone and transfer the data ? No, that’s not a joke

Bryce Egbert

They don’t have a direct phone line, so if you call you will be re-routed to a customer service area in another part of the country. I called to see if they had a specific accessory in stock, the call center said that the store did. Went to the store and the person who helped me said that they did not have that product in stock at the store. Asked him to check the inventory on their computer because the call center had told me that they did have it in stock, but it also showed that they didn’t have it there. Waste of a trip and waste of time.

Apple is trendy garbage

Leslie Dugger

I have not had the same positive experience as others at this store. I have an iPhone that I purchased from Verizon and had some questions so I went into the store and the greeter told me I needed to talk to the genius guys and made me 2 appointments back to back because I had so many questions. One of my issues was I use Outlook on my laptop at home and wanted to find a better way to sync my phone. When I went for my appointments, the gal told me that they didn't support the program I was using (no problem) but when I asked her what other options I had, she brushed me off and basically told me they couldn't help me. I know it can be done but I'm assuming that since I didn't purchase my phone there, they were not interested in providing technical support. Will I recommend or return? Probably not. I live an hour away from the store so it was a huge wasted trip.

Gina Light Tanner

The guys at the Apple Store were terrific. They went over and above what would've been expected. Many many thanks to Gary

Loved it nice workers try to make to time to help you

Douglas McMillan

This store has the worst rating I have ever seen and it is well deserved. It's pure chaos with a bunch of youngsters with all attitude who won't help you. They tell you to go to tech support on web who when all I want is to enroll in a class to learn how to use their phone I7

Trina Essling

Awesome customer service!

Manuel Ayala

Takes all day to see a tech. Very frustrating to get anything done if you have a problem with your device.

Melissa Barajas Lopez

Great customer service:) once I walked into this store I was greeted, and checked in for my appointment automatically. Aaron came out promptly he assisted me, and answered all my questions. Couldn’t be more satisfied.

James Woodruff

I have a business account with Apple and this store continues to disappoint me.

Jeannie Kaatz

Did not start migration of data until after 48 hour period had elapsed. No manager to speak to. New and old computer will not be available until the New Year Holiday. 96 hours delay vice the 48 hour turn-around. Unsat!

Judith Wright

I went to this store today for the first time... my experience was outstanding. When I got out of my car with my iMac, one of the reps came out and took the box from me into the store. My service was impeccable... First, Steve and then Justin made me feel so comfortable and explained everything they were doing. As I sat there I noticed that all the reps were pleasant and helpful. I would highly recommend this location to anyone.

Frank T

My first visit to an apple store. Interesting experience.

Kevin Samuel

This store is terrible. I wasted 4 hours and they didn’t even fix my phone and all they had to do was replace the battery.

Adam Cornielle

No help horrible. The worst costumer service.

Gia Martynn

Very poor customer service. Waited for five weeks for my battery to come in, had an appt scheduled and showed up on time only to be told they were back logged and I would have to leave my phone over night and pick it up the next day. I explained that I drove 1.5 hrs because I live in a small rural town and this was the closest Apple store to me. I took a half day off work to get this taken care of and I couldn’t take another half day to come back and pick my phone up. She apologized but said there was nothing they could do, because so many people had come in and they were closed yesterday they were backed up and there was nothing they could do to accommodate me. Obviously making an appt means nothing. When I finally said I guess I’ll have to just reschedule she said sure we can do that I’ll make sure we don’t give your battery to someone else. Unbelievable! I shouldn’t even need to be replacing my battery in the first place, since it’s all because they throttled them as soon as they hit the two mark. I’m very unhappy with the service and the company.

Liz Coronella

not good I went in with 3 apple products. I had a problem with my school vs work emails and the App Store, etc. The guy had a attitude, wiped out a bunch of stuff off my phone and it STILL isn't fixed. He acted like hey, can't you do this? Then he screwed it up. I'm devastated I lost years worth of info on my phone.

There is a bit of pre- planning before you head into an Apple Store, we loyalists know the drill. Lining up all the questions you want to ask and being prepared to wait your turn. This store has relocated from one side of the Summit in South Reno to a much better location with loads of parking. This day it was filled with customers and an impressive number of employees. Buzzing around from securing reservations, signing you in, answering questions, pulling stock and solving tech issues - kudos to the sheer drive and customer service they give. I had issues updating my Apple ID that day on my iPhone, spoke to several employees, even Apple - & had to resolve it by starting from scratch with a new Apple ID installation. I received immediate help at the "genius bar", surrounded by customers with a myriad of gadget issues - and ultimately got everything handled. I moved to a quieter (less Apple chaos) part of the store afterwards, finished up re-installing everything & watched again for a moment at the volume of customer service here .Organized commotion and smart employees serves this store well.

James Galatola

I went in after my iPhone stopped accepting a charge. After an hour long wait for tech support I was told the charging port did not work, and my only option was to buy a new phone. I left, and discovered on my own that my phone just needed to be restarted to resume working normally. I can only assume they missed this intentionally to try and sell me a new phone

Andy McNutt

I'm going to have to echo many of the other comments. This is the worst Apple Store I've ever been to. I was only able to get my situation taken care of after calling Apple Customer Service to complain. If you have an issue, call Apple! They are fantastic and will help get resolutions.

mary angel smith

i have been here numerous times and every experience has been 5 stars

Quick version: Apple stores are usually a hassle since they are busy and expensive. This one is no exception but is by FAR the best I have ever been to. Good staff, clean environment, and they are faster than your average Apple store. Long version: I have been to this location three times and I have always been impressed. Great staff, clean and beautiful store, and it's easy to get to. The staff is incredible. The man that first greeted me, I believe his name was Peter (I suck with names), was the ideal employee. Very friendly but not pushy, Knowledgable but not arrogant, and he checked on us to make sure things were going smooth but he didn't interrupt what we were doing. The man who helped me with purchasing my new phone knew the products and was not pushy. He could have been a little more personable. I had start conversation when we were waiting for my phone to update. This is not a complaint but instead a small piece of constructive criticism. He was great. I have always loved coming to this location as it looks a little futuristic. Big glass walls, white floors, and clean displays. I feel like I am big money when I walk in. Silly I know but I really appreciate the clean look and they obviously take great care in keeping it that way. I love the location. I hate going to malls but since this store is at an outdoor mall you can park right by the entrance and walk right in. No wandering the mall trying to see where it is or fighting heavy indoor mall traffic. There are restaurants nearby as well so you can eat before or after going in. A couple of small complaints. I feel like they should have more options for cases. They have a ton of colors but only three brands. I love the displays they are on but I feel like the Apple store should have more options than anyone else when it comes to cases for their phones. Keep in mind that I do not think that is this stores fault. The heads of the company probably make those calls so while I want to mention it for anybody going in, I do not think it should majorly affect the review.

Darryl Jacobs

Went to pick up a wireless charging pad for phone. Although first guy didn’t help me, he got someone that did.

David Lockett

Very helpful and professional staff, someone is always at the entrance waiting to help you!

Duncan Arnold

Bought a new iPhone. In and out in under 15 minutes. This was on a Saturday afternoon. Fantastic service.

Jerry Hellurude

Waited 45 mins after my appointment time. Dont make appointments you can’t keep

Bryan Andersen

Nice apple store

Ugf Ugf

This is my go to Apple store! Seem to always get me in when I need a repair and they text me when its my turn. Purchased two phones, cases and screen protectors. Today I went in with an issue regarding me screen protector spoke with Mgr who seemed very concerned, did not just cut me off and made sure that my issue was resolved perfectly. He did not leave our side until the issue was resolved. This type of service is why we chose this location.

Harold Carey Jr

This is a small store. Meet the manager. Good service and friendly. Went to the Apple Store to check it out. I also came to use the very fast internet the Apple Store's is one of the best places to get fast internet and any city that has one. The staff is very friendly and helpful and answer any questions you have.

Katie Jones

Wednesday at 4:00 in the afternoon. I needed to get my ipad reset as I have forgotten my password. They told the man in front on me in line it would be an hour wait. I ask how long a wait I will have, and they tell me 2 HOURS. As I left the store disappointed, I watch 3 employees standing around, basically staring into space. Very unprofessional.

Tom Herøy

Was in Reno for 6 days, and after talking to Apple Support I went in to have my apple watch replaced under warranty. Got here on my first day and was told they needed to send it offsite for evaluation/repair. Would take 3-5 days. Got back after 5 days. Still no watch. Was told it might arrive the following day. Stopped by on my way to the airport the next day. They "checked the back" and no watch. Was then told that due to memorial day repair requests were now 7-10 days. Arranged for them to forward it to Denver where a friend could pick it up and left. 40 minutes later, just as I had passed through security at the airport I get a mail telling me my watch was ready for pickup. So much for them checking the back like they promised. On the other hand though, every other part of my experience with them has been good.

Tom Streefkerk

Such a great girl helped me yesterday. Good to see that staff members like each other, great atmosphere! Super service, she really helped me out! World wide warranty, thanks so much!

Miya Morrison

Great customer service

Irma Svanadze

Went in for the software update. They asked me to wait 45 minutes to see a technician...50 minutes later I asked for estimated time and was told it would take another hour at least...and it could change any minute either way. They just wasted my time without any prior notification of possible delays.

glorydog11 .

Overpriced and I didn't receive any help. I won't go back ever.

Katie Maltais

I missed my apt. and had to wait for an available agent. After they found out i drove from 45 mins away and wouldn't be able to come back for a few weeks, they squeezed me right in and helped me out. The agent was Jess she was great!

Larissa Gonzalez

Customer Service is awful. I went in on a Sunday and missed my appointment by 3 minutes but by the time a technician helped me at around 5:00pm, they said I was 20 minutes late and couldn't make another appointment to help me that day because they were going to close soon. If a business is open, then they should be able to attend a customer even if they are going to close because they entered while the it was still business hours. I also stood behind another customer who said he had driven an hour to get to the apple store and the entire hour he was on hold, so by the time he pulled into the parking lot he just hung up.

Teresa B.

Had my daughter's screen repaired. Took a long time to drop off and wait but the pick up was fast.

Laura de Jong

Signed in and waited 45 minutes with no idea how much longer our wait would be. We knew what Apple watch we wanted and just needed to pay for it. When we asked how much longer they just said we’re under staffed and they’ll get to us when it’s our turn. I don’t need to wait over an hour to spend $1000 bucks. Even Great Clips and In and Out have a more courteous waiting system

Lee L

Been here a few times. For a while the GPS location was wrong since they moved down the strip mall. The new location is nice and clean. But needs some management work. I came in to buy a charger and the manager passed me on to 3 different people. Took 40 minutes just to checkout. Needs some work but no other options in the area.

Kiera Pendleton-White

I can't be more thankful for the customer support I got at this store. I got told yesterday by Apple Support that it was highly possible that my hard drive was fried, and that would mean all of my family photos would have been lost forever since I hadn't backed them up. I took it into this store, and the technician that helped me was very optimistic that it was only a part of my hard drive and that my pictures would still be intact. She was super helpful and told me that she would try to get me my laptop back as soon as possible, since I desperately needed it to work. I was able to pick up my laptop this morning, less than 24 hours after I dropped it off and all of my information is still on my laptop. I am so thankful that I was able to get it back so quickly, and keep my information. This is the reason I chose Apple.

Stacy Haruguchi

Waiting 20 minutes so far for an appointment. They also have a line of about 10 people just trying to get set up for some help. Maybe they should have spent less on the high rent store front and more money on staff to actually help out.

Garth Marenghi

This place is a painful migraine all wrapped into a predictably trendy retail location.

Rodney Smith

Stood around for 20 minutes before anyone even talked to us.

Patrick Miliano

Have been calling for 2 weeks, they never answer the phone. Called customer service and the store hung up on them too.

Pinkalicious H

Good service and the associates seemed to be really knowledgeable on their products.

SaxtonP .

Drove 45 minutes to the apple store because we had a appt to have our ipad replaced under warranty. Waited for someone to help me for 15 minutes, left out of frustration. I called my wife and she talked me into going back in. Went back in and waited another 10 minutes before I had to interrupt a employee to see if I could get pointed in the right direction, then I said we had a appt and after she looked it up she said she was unable to help because it was past our appt time. I even explained I was there on time but I couldn't get anyone's attention, "Sorry sir there's nothing we can do"

Mike Bibby

Couldn't unlock my kids iPad after a factory reset (still needed the password for his apple account) and they helped us out. Great customer service. Also gave me great advice on the iPhone 6s and the 6s plus, the differences, and were honest about what the galaxy phones do better, and what the iPhones do better.

Gyembo Gyeltshen

first of all there aren't enough staff workers there. not very helpful to internationals. complete waste of my time. I wish the ratings had very very very poor, thats what I would give them.

David Coelho

I would rather go to the dentist than visit the iPhone store! I get a new 7 0r 8 hundred dollar phone 10 months ago and have had nothing but trouble with it. they decide my phone is a lemon and give me a new one. The old one cost me money, time, friends, and much grief...no one could fix it..The gentleman named Daryl who I spoke with from the iPhone store could not have been nicer and more helpful in spite of the fact I am livid with all the trouble this phone has put me through...Daryl was off the day I go to pickup the new phone and the people who helped me were rude and acted like they were doing me a huge favor...The manager I spoke to told me they made a mistake by issuing me a new phone and that Daryl was going to be spoken with because he never should have issued me a new phone!!...I was shocked! All the trouble I have had with this phone! I told her that it would be my last iPhone then and she tells me to have a nice day. I was livid ...I leave go home and the new phone they issued me will not update my settings! I cant call anyone so now I have to go back 40 miles again in the morning....I am over Iphones and apple! This is my 4th iphone and my last.....

Jim Pierce

Very neat store. Extremely busy.

greg dowty

so both of our 6's are problematic....you go into this store and they do a hard restart and let us muddle through the rest to then have the phone do the same thing. given their genetic proprietary disposition and systemic disregard for their customers I do believe that I am over Apple. what lowered expectations we have developed...give us a great show and empty our wallets.

Salvador Jimemez

Still waiting for my appointment at 4:20 I checked in 20 minutes before and when I ask what happene after 4:20 the lady told me no one check my in... and still waiting...

Jenefer Coscio

I’ve been calling the technical support for 10 times and i still could’t talk to somebody to help me with my problem :( This is the worst experience i’ve ever had!

Julie Miescke

Went in for info. They are the best!!

Tiffany Loera

I just bought my head phones for $29.99 here at this Apple Store about 3 weeks ago. I noticed this morning that the headphone cord was ripping so I thought If I took my headphones in to the store they could help me exchange them. I went in this morning and the sales associate was very helpful and the exchange process was fast and simple. I was out of the store within a minute. Great place with a great environment! Definitely will come back. Thank you!

Christopher Harvey

Best and only Apple Store in Reno. Every now and then my 6s ports get clogged with lint but they are able to get it cleaned out without any hassle super quick.

Jon Rafferty

I have been on hold for over 30 minutes now without talking to a single person! I understand they are busy but really? 40 minutes?!?

Heather Cesinger, M.Ed.

Thank you Steve

Muhammad Osama Rashid

Very good customer service. An underrated apple store.

Gustav Erlank

Be warned, Apple is not a trusted company when it comes to standing behind it's flagship products. This year I purchased a custom built, high memory capacity Macbook Air online from Apple at a cost of $2800, including taxes. Out of the box, the machine wouldn't boot up properly and I spent over 4 weeks in lost productivity (working abroad in Africa, visiting the genius bar wasn't an option) trying to figure out was going on. Finally, after an online diagnostic, it was clear the machine (a 2018 airbook) had a logic board failure. On my return to the US I visited a Apple in San Diego, to return the machine, and to pick-up a new pre-ordered machine for which of course I had to prepay another $2800. I then returned to my field work, with the machine this time seemingly working fine. After 4 months in the field, on my return to the US, a further notice was awaiting me in my inbox, this time apple informing me 3months after the fact of purchase of this 2nd machine, that once again, my machine has been identified with a logic board issue and that they have a repair program in place, that I should bring it in. Once again this meant a trip on my expense and time to my nearest Apple store - in my case a flight returning to the US. I explained to Apple the above and that my preference was to simply replace the machine with a new one - as I expect apple to stand by its product. And that I didn't have the luxury at this stage to part with my machine for 5 days in order for them to repair a brand new machine that should have been working out of the box. A saga I've now been hampered with for the last 8 months. Apple simply shrugs this off. They suggest I buy yet a third machine, at my expense, to use in the 5-day period they need to repair my brand new machine, which I can then return for a refund once I collect my repaired machine. Apple policy gives me 14days to return a faulty machine after purchase, for a new machine, where there are issues. I explained that I had no issues, and that it was Apple who informed me only three months after the issue, that there was an issue. This made no difference to Apple. They expect me to cover the cost of travel to them, the huge loss in productivity, etc, for their product failures. Multiple times. I have spend over 1000USD over the years investing in MacBooks - with 5 out of the 6 machines breaking down in under 24months. From 2010 to 2019. Be warned. Apple is not the company it claims to be.

Diane Burgess

They are so helpful. Even without an appointment I was able to get helped in a reasonable time. Their pricing on accessories will compete well with any source.

Adam Morris

Waited hours and when it was my time my problem news not solved it's worse all you moved the store but at old Location it doesn't say that crazy

Baa Humbug

Manufacture defect on iphone X will cost you 500 dollars to trade in even though they admit it was the bad phone. NEVER buying an apple again. Got a new Galaxy Note 9 with a contract for 400 bucks. Rather not buy 2 iPhone X's in less than a year.

Mary Edwards

This is my 'GO TO" store. I have always received courteous and prompt help and really enjoy the complimentary classes on different devices and use of the devices. There are things on my iPad that I am still discovering. I find the instructors patient and helpful. The new store is quite nice and user friendly with many tables for the classes. There was even a 4 year old taking a class. Now that is amazing.

Jess A

Agreed that their check in process could use some work, but the reps here seem to understand that frustration. They were attentive, communicative, and friendly. We had an appt to fix a screen, and they were able to do it within a couple hours even though it was the end of the day and they were quite busy. Thierry (sp?), a rep there, helped us the majority of the time, and we appreciated his expertise and good rapport. We mentioned we were trying to make a movie and they managed to get it done just on time. I feel like people are more apt to write a review when they've had a bad experience, well this was a good one.

Greg Schaedel

there is no easy way to call the sierra store - each time the automated system takes over 30 minutes to connected me with apple support not the store.

Mel Nutter

Absolutely horrible service. I dropped off a Mac for repair several days ago. Received a call from the store to return their call about the repair. I have called the phone number left on the message several times over the last few days. No one answers. Awful, awful. I'd rate ZERO stars if possible.

MARY GAFFNEY

Plenty of help and most techs are great!

Kate Cline

Bottom line as many others have noted, service sucks. Even the automated operator hung up on me twice when I tried calling.

kevin casperson

I can't remember the name of the gentleman who helped me but top notch service

Jake Sanchez

As much as I hate everything apple....they were super awesome.

Michael Nailor

Pushy and rude service

Braydon Ellis

I was stranded in the parking lot for an hour but the summit is pretty neat

Calderon Randy

Was at this Apple store today, 01-18-2018 for an appointment with a "Genius" @ 1:35PM that I scheduled a week ago through Apple's support line. Tech on the phone guaranteed that I will have my phone replaced come my appointment time because they'll have the battery by then. After waiting half an hour from my appointment time, a "Genius" told me to come back by late March to early April because they don't have the battery for my phone. Horrible customer service. I came to this Apple store with a 3 day old Ipad Pro. I had left it on top of my car and while driving it fell off and was run over, hence the tire streaks across the screen. The people were really nice and helpful and explained that my Apple Care + covered by accident. I am only here for a couple days and I'm headed back home. This store didnt have my ipad in stock and was able to order it from my home town Apple Store and have it waiting for me when I arrive home. Everyone at this store was helpful, nice, and thorough when talking through their policies. Only dislike is I had to make an appointment and come back 2 hours later. So my trip turned into an all day event instead of the 15 I needed to swap out my Ipad...

Dakota Ward

Ask for Trever! He's awesome. Super helpful and patient. Had a bad hard drive on my computer and helped me wipe my disk clean and it costed me nothing. Will definitely be coming here for all my apple needs.

Madeline Iroz

It is ridiculous that the only Apple store in Reno is all the way on the outskirts of town and there is always a 4+ hour wait to just TALK to someone about an issue. I got to the store right as it opened and people had already camped out there for at least an hour! There was no special event going on and it was a week day, they all just needed support. Apple really needs to invest in more techs or open up a new store a little bit closer to town.

RENO APPLE IS AWEFUL SERVICE I SPENT THOUSANDS and the had defective equipment which they have yet to assist me in fixing. After 3 months I got a call today from Drew the manager that offered me nothing but excuses for his staff. What he should have done to save my business is said sorry that you had such a terrible experience, please lets make an appointment for you to come in this week with the 4 Defective pieces of equipment and we well get all of them taken care of in one appointment. Also please identify the employees that treated you so poorly and I will personally retrain them in proper customer service. LOST ME AS AN APPLE CUSTOMER -ACTUALLY I FEEL FREE from Tim Cook’s clutches. Husband I phone screen just gave out yesterday - I am going to buy him an Android today

Let me start that I live in South Lake Tahoe. So I first went to the Sacramento Apple Store in the mall and they told me my iPhone 6s had a swollen battery and they'll be give me a new iphone for free but I had to back up my phone but we didn't have time to do that because they were closing. But they said because I live far I could go back within ten days to switch phones, it sounded great and everything but then I called them and asked them if I could go to the one in Reno instead because it would be easier and they said yes, I could. so when I went they said that they'll just be replacing me my battery that I don't need to get a new iPhone even though Apple promised me a new phone and they left a note in their program thing about my phone and that they'll be giving me a new phone and he just ignored that messaged that was there. So I didn't just want to drive down to Reno for no reason so i just gave them my phone to fix the battery, they said it would be 60 dollars and it came out to be 90 dollars. Also they said my phone will be ready in 2 hours I went back 3 hours later and they told me that my phone was ready to just wait in the back that they will bring the phone out I waited 30 minutes for it to come out and the only reason it came out was because I had to tell one of the workers to go into the back and get my phone.

I brought my Late 2014 Retina 5K iMac in to be looked over because it would randomly shut down with no warning. I was told it was going to take 2-5 days, including weekends. I called on the morning of the 6th day, and they said that they were working on it and it would hopefully be done by that day. I got a call later that day, about 4-5 hours later, and I went to go pick it up-and I did. Fast forward 1.5 weeks to this week and it's shut itself off 5 times as of today (9/14/17). So I called the store reaching a busy signal 4 times. On the 5th call I finally reached a live person. I explained my situation to the gentleman, and he said he could schedule me in next week or come by tonight and I'd be able to be seen. So I drove 25 mins to the Apple store and I waited less than 10 mins to speak to the guy to schedule me in, however, I was told that there was no availability tonight and that he could schedule in next Wednesday. Being this iMac is my business computer I can't wait that long. So the guy said that I could try to come in when they open (10am) the next day and see if I could join their wait list then. This kind of "customer service" is extremely unacceptable. If you are in the reno area I sure hope that you never have to visit this store for any service. You'll end up with busy signals, or be told to come back later. P.S. any other apple store has openings at least the next day, this store has appointments 6 days later. Something has to be done about this. Hire more people to accommodate the growing city, or open another apple store to offload the business of the current apple store.

Toni Abney

Horrible. Had to wait 3 hours to be told we need to wait, no-one on the floor had any technical knowledge. Have to wait for people in the back.

Shannon Doughty

We had a great experience today. My son left happy and that's what matters!!

smooth benni hat mob

Horrible. BEWARE terrible service. Never coming back. Would only come back to speak to manger or someone about how poorly I was treated. Really upsetting. But apple could care less as long as there making money.

charles wallick

Long wait for something didn't even need appointment for

patricia cavalli

this was the worst . I also had a problem experience of my life next time i go i will bring my funeral plan with me. the i card are no better

litch36 .

Bought a new iPhone 7, sales associate was very uninformed. Said he would help me with switching contacts from an Android and he failed. Said he would be there to help and totally ignored me after that, same with the guy from Genius Bar. Once they got my money they disappeared, really bad experience. Only reason I gave 3 stars was because I have received decent help there in the past. Finally got it set up when I got home using Apple Care.

yadwinder singh

came in to get my x phone fixed...was out in less than 10 mins. i forgot to ask the name of the lady that helped me... she was nice and did the job... thank you .

Todd Ganos

I had been a 35+ year Apple devotee. No longer. My business had been exclusively Apple. I had been in the Apple business program. I had spent tens and tens of thousands of dollars on Apple products. At this particular store, I was working with a technician on a display connector issue. After about 10 minutes, the store manager (with a look of contempt on her face) came over and said a salesperson would now help me instead of the technician. The technician tried to explain to the manager than he was helping me with a technical issue. The store manager insisted the technician leave me and the sales person take over. The sales person was not able to resolve my display connector issue. That was the turning point in my relationship with Apple. It was followed by other hardware issues -- some of which have been widely reported in the press. As a business owner, my computer of choice for my employees is now a Chromebook. My phone of choice is a Pixel. My video device of choice is a Chromecast. I wish Steve was still with us -- the company culture seems to have changed.

Stephen Larson

Hats off to Oscar and Jose for their superb customer service assisting the replacement of my broken IPhone 6s. Simple, easy, satisfying.

Joe Johnson

I wanted to buy my Mac from the Apple Store instead of Best Buy, as I was tired of Best Buy's service (or lack thereof from my experience). Plus, I'm betting the team at the Apple Store will be better equipped to fix my Mac over the geek squad (just had negative experiences with them in the past). Anyways, the service was overall really great, and with being a web designer was able to relate to the staff there at the Apple Store a lot better than other places (not really a techie, nor am I really into gaming. Also found that the prices at the Apple store to be the same as on Amazon. Overall, great experience.

Laura Cable

Adam and Aaron saved the day!

Aasim Farman

Super helpful staff, went in for repairs without an appointment, it took a while but it was worth it. The employee was very helpful and took care of the problem right away. Would recommend this location. Book an appointment a head of time to avoid waiting.

Nut Jon

Called and asked if I needed to preorder online. They said no. Drove to the store and was told I needed to preorder online. Thanks very helpful.

Sonny Wun

Very friendly & helpful

Andreas Spieth

as everywhere very nice helpful staff.

Ellen Yurish

I am looking to replace a battery in my Mac. I was told by a "specialist" in the store that I did not need to bring the computer in that I could call the store and they could, with my help, look up what battery was needed and if the battery needed to be order they would and I could make an appointment. So I called. The kid told me that I have to bring the computer in so a diagnostic could be done to confirm the battery is failing and if they had the battery they could replace it and if they didn't have it they would order it and I could make a second appointment. I can't watch a movies on battery without the computer dying. I don't need diagnostic. Why can't I just pay them to replace that battery????

Bradley Wilson

I can honestly say I came in was helped immediately. I had to have a replacement with Apple Care. In order to not loose my videos, docs, pictures I had to download. I was standing there waiting on the iCloud storage for a while and never was left for more than 10 min at a time without someone caring or being invested in what I was trying to accomplish! They def all staff went above and beyond with the level of professionalism and knowledge and actually conversations with me when it was less busy to keep me occupied while I waited. For the staff May 11th from 2 pm- 9pm!

Angela Havewala

I had a great experience at the Apple Store yesterday. Went in on a Saturday morning, so of course the store was full of waiting customers. They put me on a wait list and took my cell number, told me it would be about an hour wait so I could leave and go do other things. So I went and ran some errands, and the text notified me when it was time to return to the store. I only had to sit for about 15 minutes before I was helped. Toby was extremely helpful, professional, and efficient at addressing my device issue and getting it taken care of. I was so appreciative to get such great customer service, especially on such a busy day of the week.

Bill Turner

Awesome.....

Alice Chi

I came here three times to try to get some basic help with my $3000 laptop. Everytime the wait is unbearable. I can't even ask a simple technical questions without booking an appointment 3 days in advance. The store is too busy to help you after you buy a computer!

Frank Gilbert

I always go to this location for all my apple needs can’t wait to get a new iPhone this year

Jorge Serrano

Been here since 6PM (9pm now), I have no idea why people flock to these stupid phones. If i wasn't in absolute need of a phone by tomorrow I would have bought something else but its too late in the day now. I update my phone and it looses all data capabilities.... 2 hours on the phone trying to fix it and now almost 3 waiting for these "geniuses" and no luck. Now even if I buy an iPhone 6 they may not be able to get it linked up with Sprint before closing. At least ill be trendy right? I miss my Blackberry, at least that phone allowed me to make calls.

Amber Hightower

Terrible customer service, went in expecting to purchase more apple products, left with a bad taste in my mouth. Triple thumbs down

Paul Brett Hammond

TERRIBLE SERVICE! I took my 6s with a cracked screen to the Summit Sierra store about 5 pm today. I was happy when they said they could replace the screen and would do it about 7 pm if I could return then. They said they would text me with a specific time I said we would go to dinner and they said fine. When I reached the restaurant about 15 minutes later I found a message saying my appointment was cancelled. I tried to call but was shunted to the national phone center. 30 minutes later I'm still on hold. Meanwhile I tried to contact the store via internet and am told the first appointment is 3 days from now. TERRIBLE SERVICE.

Ken Bergman

Horrible initial dealings with store clerk. Sent by Apple Support. Finally manager was able to help.

Jalen Wright

They moved to new location!

Spencer Thomas

Items in stock were very minimal. I came in for a square reader of some sort and not only was customer service horrible but they had no stock. Tried to speak to two different managers and they both said their piece and just walked away from the situation. I am probably the biggest fanboy and to get such poor customer service is very unsatisfactory. There are other waiting to be helped and employees are just walking around visiting with each other. Come on Apple. Your the most expensive on the market have the best customer service.

Michael Young

It's an Apple store. Their "geniuses" are kind of insults to anyone who works with computers and usually assume you have no idea what you're talking about even if you explain very clearly that you do. Everything in there is cheaper basically anywhere else.

bhanu prakash

Worst service they waited more than one hour to say that not under warranty or apple service/care was expired . Spoke with manager she doesn’t know how to deal with customers. I don’t no what they are thinking about them self’s. I don’t recommend this place . They really waste your time and money .

Katie Matzke

Had a wonderful experience with the Apple store today at Summit Sierra. The employee helping me was George S. and he was incredibly helpful. He went out of his way to help me figure out a confusing situation with upgrading to a new iPhone while switching from a pre-paid to post-paid plan and keeping my number. Even though he couldn't fix the problem at his store, he told me exactly where I could get the problem fixed and I couldn't have gotten it done without his help. The other employees at Apple were very helpful as well, and even though they were really busy it seemed like no one had to wait for service. I highly recommend this store and I think George needs a raise :).

Josh D.

Absolutely terrible service. This place is a joke.

Michael Farahi

Some of the most frustrating moments of my life have happened at this apple store. I remember almost half the employees every time I go in for a repair (which is the only time I go into the store). Every single person will give you a different answer. The worst part is I left my computer so that they could do some extensive tests to fix my battery problem. When I come back they say nothing is wrong with the computer and hand it back to me. When I start using it I discovered that the speakers are not crackling all the time if they are used at all. When I return to the store they say this is caused by liquid damage, and not their fault. I bring my computer in to have an issue fixed and instead I get it back with the same problems and new ones. Isn't that exactly what you want when you think about customer service?

Shaun Miner

Very chaotic and they were 20 minutes late for my appointment. However the customer service was excellent

Cassidy Bush

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Everytime I go in the people there are very rude. This time they told me they couldn't work on my mother's phone which is one of their products doesn't make any sense to me. The lady looked at the phone for like 5 seconds and told us she couldn't work on it. I'm tired of Apple just trying to get more money put of people. It's disgusting to me and it's the reason I switched to a Samsung.

Coffee Repair

Bad experiences with Will. Manager was zero help. Don’t chose an Apple product because they give you zero support

Pedro Gutierrez

I have been waiting on the phone for over a half hour and have yet to speak to someone. They should upgrade their service; at other places they ask you for your number and have an advisor call you back when they are available. This sucks, I can't make an appointment over the phone nor can I ask for help over the phone because no one answers. YOU GOTTA LOVE YOUR IPHONE.

Gianni

I don't come in often but the employees here always make me feel like I'm a friend of theirs. I've had devices fixed here, and I've purchased products here. This is definitely my favorite Apple store that I've been to, and I've been to many.

Bonnie Johnson

Get things done.

Alisha Thornton

The Google map needs some work but was not super hard to find.

Kimberly Gardner

Immediate greeting, direct service, and quick!! Screen was spidered. They were able to repair in one hour, with no apple care it cost $109.00. Pick up took 5 min if that. Thank you apple!!!!

Bahart Singh

BAD SERVICE AND NO CARE FOR CUSTOMER I HAVE MADE SEVERAL TRIPS AND IT SEEMS LIKE TO DONT CARE AT ALL AND THEY FIRST ACCUSED ME FOR OPENING THE PHONE AND THEN THE MANAGER SEND ME TO TANOTHER PLACE MACRAME WHICH IS BS AND THEY HAVE NO CLUE AND CHAGED ANOTHER $60 WONT GO HERE ANYMORE

Swenja Ziegler

What a bad customer experience - I took my iPad into the Apple Store today with the intention of buying an Apple Pencil. Neither the lady in the front nor the one who sold the pencil to me cared to check whether my iPad was compatible with an Apple Pencil. Got home and of course it did not work because this 2-year old iPad is NOT compatible.

Henry Gomez

As expected. Quick to lie and offer no resolution other than telling me I have to call Apple. I CANT do it for you. I can't. I can't. The manager started lieing from the beginning. Said (Andy) their was no place we could talk professionally and privately in the back. What you see is what you get. LIE!! I don't know who the other lady was. She was dressed like a snowboarder and claiming to manage something. I couldn't even momentarily take her serious. The floor manager had his feelings hurt the moment I stopped him as soon as the words came out of his mouth. "I Cant". That's a lot of single stars on this rate and review. Maybe Apple should review their policies and do a little house keeping. All the negative comments I just read happened. I stood at the end table at the entrance for at least 10 minutes. I then sat next to a lady who arrived after me get assistance. Then another. Several iGeniuses even made eye contact with me and didn't offer to assist or wave at another iRep. Dispacable! If you are looking for any resolution to any issues that you might have with your Apple product. Call the police ahead of time and have them meet you there. Cuz their is about to be a disturbance. I finally got my Apple ID deleted. I will never own another Apple product. Any positive reviews are probably from the employees. EAD Apple and iGeniuses. Quick to sell you an overpriced brick, and then offer no resolution then to pass you along with a phone number, fake smile and then disappear. The number is to an automated customer assistance resolution center.

Kiki Dee

Our annual trek...we love this Apple store...great size - not overwhelmingly busy and great staff. Emerson was ever so polished, smart and fun to work with... decided to trade in old phone and get a new one. So Easy.

Adam Ki

The good. They offered to see me at the genius bar without an appointment! The bad. The foot on my MacBook pro '15 had fallen off. When I asked for a replacement(and of course I would pay for a little rubber foot)... I was told that I would need to replace the entire bottom plate. This is approximately $150+. I was not offered any other solutions. It was very much a "sorry.. we can't help you" situation. I was truly astonished as the computer is still under warranty. So, after further investigation, this is something that Apple has overlooked. They refuse to sell the cheap plastic foot for repair purposes. after contacting support agents via chat... I was advised to purchase some third party parts for a couple bucks. Problem solved. The genius bar employee could have at least done a Google search and offered some sort of solution for a warrantied machine. I did not appreciate the attitude, let alone them asking me to shell out $150!

Mountain Activities

Make sure you call ahead for an appointment, my wait was 2 hours, and I had to leave. Great customer service though!

Juan Gonzalez

Don’t ever take your phone to repair here they just want you to buy a new phone. Customer service is good and the rest is standard

mtn wen

I know this is a long review- but worth reading for the incredible display of idiocy at this store I am traveling and my iPhone screen got wet when I answered it after getting out of shower -- it was streaky , but worked- took it to APPLE CERTIFIED Best Buy , was told needed screen repair but did not have it in stock. Suggested I go to Apple Summit , as they would probably have in stock. Walked in, was greeted by rep and told him what I needed. We could upgrade your phone- No ,I am here to see about a screen repair " I have 5SE , best phone Apple ever made" He asked a "technician" to come over. She told me they could NOT replace it , as when they open it it would be too dangerous , they might get an electrical shock. ( just because I am over 60 does not mean I am stupid, and you obviously failed 8th grade science)) I said "well ,Best Buy told me they would repair it in 2 hours if they had the part- she said "Best Buy doesn't know what they are doing" I said they are APPLE certified . the first guy chimed in to say - "well, there is a learning curve ". ( that is a pretty small learning curve if you ask me- can you replace a screen or not ) so, they can replace the phone for $267. "There is significant water damage- " "really from holding my phone to a wet face for 1 second " I asked her to check to see if they had it in stock- no ,they didn't, 3-5 days and then they hold it for 5 days- I said "I am working at a campground in the Sierras and I don't know if I can get back in the time frame . Can I call in and order it when I know my schedule? " "No , there is a lot of paper work to fill out." I said "for a company that is in the technology business that is ridiculous" "well, how do we know it is you calling?" OMG - note my eye roll here My son lives here can he order it - "no he has to have the phone with him."" If i order it today can he pick it up -"" only if he has the phone with him-" so ,I am thinking an unrepairable phone just became repairable - to be sold as refurbished. I said "ok, no- "and turned to walk out- she said "what ?" I kept walking. These reps are young, inexperienced and would not know customer service if it hit them over the head. Here is a hint for Apple- how about training your reps to think outside the sell sell sell box- something like- "oh, you have just driven 3000 miles, let's see what we can do for you- we can order the phone now and you can check in with us when you know your schedule ." When I got home I looked up my phone - being one of the most popular phones Apple ever sold, they remade them this spring, but are now sold out- my feeling is I would be getting a refurbished one- and who ever heard of having to return your old phone to get a new one? and ,guess what- woke up this morning to a perfect good screen : )

Sandry Seibert

Sadly this store has no commitment with their customers. I’ve scheduled my visit, I arrived earlier than my schedule time, I’ve waited not only the time I arrived early but an hour more and just leave without my service. Will consider this next time before spend thousands on a cool product.

David Leach

1/20/18 - As an ex-Google executive and as a major investor in several global technology companies (AirBnB, UBER, Oculus, Netflix) I travel extensively and have visited hundreds of Apple stores in numerous countries..I can confirm, this store is THE worst Apple store I’ve ever been to with the WORST sales associates ever. This is most likely indicative of the surrounding rural area, Reno/Sparks which is a hour drive from my (seasonal) lake house. The job as a sales associate is to smile, LISTEN, then make recommendations based upon my specific needs. I felt like I had walked onto a used car lot from the 90s, sure it looked Apple-esque , but it was LIGHTYEARS away in competence and attitude than my main Santa Monica Store (Apple Store). I explained I have a RED Helium and RED Dragon camera and a Canon 1dx, that I plan to edit 4K-8k footage on the go, comparing the best MacBook Pro to the Razer Blade, both priced comparatively. Several sales associates don’t even know the difference between i5 and i7 processors, no education on processor generational differences, absolutely no clue about GPUs, gave completely inaccurate information, and stated “well if you want to upgrade or customize any product of ours at all, you shouldn’t have drove all the way to our store, you should have just ordered it from home, but even if you did order it from home... it wouldn’t get there within a few weeks, so it’s always just best to buy in our store”. Essentially stating “I’m a moron for not purchasing something here and now, today”. It was apparent that the (elderly) employees didn’t understand what a RED helium is, nor did they understand how capable (or not capable in my case) their own products were against competitors offerings (no CUDA rendering in CC on the craptastic internal Intel GPU. We’re comparing a very standard and commonplace NVIDIA gtx 1060 vs an intel GPU folks, this is very very basic information folks. Rather than admit this and accept acccountability, and upon Googling the question and showing the sales associate how incorrect she was on her own Apple product, the elderly lady replied, “oh I didn’t give you the wrong information, YOU must have asked the question incorrectly ...or I misheard you”. I didn’t make it this far in life by ever speaking inaccurately...and my question was clear and direct. The management is supportive and defends the employees behaviors, stating on a follow up call “maybe it just wasn’t a match with a certain sales associate”. I had one pleasant experience with “Thom”, which is when I made my purchase (5th trip in), while I’m purchasing my products, one of the unpleasant (older lady) employees comes by interrupts the transaction by making a comment that “oh you’ve come in a few times...going to finally purchase something?”. I have. I come in to physically touch and feel the products, feel the resistance in the keyboard, see the brightness of the displays etc. I explained to her the story of Jobs, how he would go into the bicycle shop for years and always just stare at bikes, knowing he could buy any bike in the world, he wanted the right one for him. Thom, under his breath, said “we’ve had a lot of customers complain about her attitude, I’m really sorry about your experience with her”. Another employee made this exact same comment on another trip in to the store, which means, management is obviously aware. 4 separate trips into this Apple store with interactions with 4 different sales associates, same behavior, arrogance, cheeky comments of entitlement, profound lack of technical knowledge, lack of CURRENT industry related knowledge, poorly executed sales strategies and training. Especially that nasty nasty old lady ...she has absolutely no place at Apple. Working at any company from Best Buy to Apple it’s imperative that the staff intimately understands every single product they represent and sale, as well as conducts themselves professionally in and out of the workplace as a reflection upon their employer.

Hayden Vonrader

Walked into the store knowing exactly what I wanted. T I told 4 different associates what I wanted cash in hand just give me the watch I want. After 45 minutes went to best buy walked in and out within 5 minutes with the watch I wanted.

Phil Martin

Needed a new battery in cell phone. Done and working good now.

epoch_ era 95

Went there 1/27/18 to ask about my MacBook Air early 2015 not connecting to my WiFi because of the update (read online that everyone was having the same problem). The girl who helped me was very rude and said that I needed to get my WiFi antenna replaced and that it wasn’t the new update at fault. So I left and went to Best Buy, talked to geek squad did a free check on my MacBook and said nothing was wrong with it .the Mac expert at geek squad said that the update didn’t update properly so he fixed it for me. I think apple needs to do a better job at hiring people just my opinion. FYI I waited over 2 hours just for them to tell me they were booked.

Kevin Saccullo

Help staff skipped me. Guess they like better looking people.

Grant Gallagher

Very helpful staff

Mike Harding

Can not be reached by phone.

Suzanne Zichosch

A very busy pkace. Staff was extremely knowledgeable.

Megan Melton

Absolutely the worst apple experience ever, I have lived in 8 states as a active duty service member and been to many stores with great customer service. The Reno Apple Summit Sierra has the worst customer service, the manager is totally incompetent. Don't believe such a story, well just have trouble with your device and try using this store for assistance. I drive to California and get complete superior service. There is definitely a problem with this store. Read the comments, they are here for a reason.

Anthony Woo

I hate coming to this hipster central. Everytime I make an appointment I end up waiting so much longer than i need to. Whats the damn point of making a reservstilm when I still need to wait. Half the time I see people just walking around and not doing anything. This place sucks.

Newton Basa

Check in system completely inefficient and broken, needs to be more attentive to people who have been checked in and sent to some sort of a holding area, i.e. cube seats. Waited for over an hour for just an iPhone 6 battery replacement dropoff. People who checked in after us were entertained ahead of us due to inefficiencies. Terrible system. Staff seems nice, though, but clueless as to who have been waiting a while without being entertained. No coordination. No apologies, even. Too bad this is the only store in the Reno area. Extremely upset and disappointed.

Tim Humphreys

I drove an hour for an appointment I had set up here to have my 6s battery replaced due to a recall. They didnt have any batteries available... a phone call to let me know would have been nice. I wasted 3 hours and skipped dinner to make this appointment. now I have to drive an hour each way to come back again. Wasted my time, gas money, and i’m now hangry.

Michael Habicht

Appointment for a battery, 1.5 hour drive to get there, no batteries available, now waiting over two weeks and I call to get an update and get hung up on. Awesome job guys!

Carlos Mariscal

Every time I brought something in for technical support, they just made it worse. Today, they finally ruined my laptop. I just bought a Dell for the cost of what they said a repair would cost. After 14 years, I’m leaving the Apple ecosystem. If you have to go, take pictures and write down names when you visit.

Ginny Miller

I came in this store to buy a new phone and left with nothing. Clerks couldn't answer my questions regarding my older iphone, and pretty much referred me to the internet for answers. I drove nearly 30 miles round trip to get to this store. Complete waste of my time and gas. I will not be back. Next time I will just go straight to Verizon and bypass these jokers.
