Knowlagable employees who aren't afraid to put their own opinions out there are great when it comes to gaming. I will admit that some of their policies can get frustrating (such as EVERYONE needing to show an ID for an R rated game), but they're just doing their job.

The girl that attend me she was so ineffective!!! I suppose to get a 3 months of game pass and she give me 3 months of gold also the first time give me a ps4 content when u have xbox!!! Please??? I know we should look what you are buying things in digital but I trusted because she show me the photo of the product. I look at the screen and i see what i suppose to get but the things are completely different on the ticket. So disappointed! I live 2 hours from there and I just go back every 2 weeks!

I have grown emsnsly tired and frustrated with this store. A while back I got my first Xbox one from them and after a week it broke. I wound up having to pay for another one.. but more recently I got a ps4 and the cooling system is shot so it will just turn off on me and not work at all, but the games they sell are good I guess just no system works. I would not suggest you get systems from them.

Sold a fake PSN card with no serial number or redeemable code on the card. I’ve confirmed through both PlayStation that it’s a fake, and through the GameStop that they’ve only ever sold scratch off cards, whereas my card has no spot for a scratch off code whatsoever. PlayStation Representative also confirmed the card is missing a serial number.

I think this place exists mostly for the console gamers that want physical media and for physical games to give as gifts. I'm sometimes surprised the store is still in business though it's handy to have here on occasion. Prices are high and there are so many alternatives that are cheaper especially for PC games.

Love being able to trade in games, but do not expect to get a lot of money when you trade-in. The store is well organized. Most of the employees are very helpful. One ordered the wrong game for me and I would not get the correct game for a week, so just went to Walmart to buy the game. GameStop does offer a lot of sales.

For the gamer this store is it... My boys love this store... I tolerate this store.... Its like taking boys to buy hair bows hahaha... Everything from older ds games to new ps4 and xbox games. They also have a great selection of tshirts backpacks unusual collectables and Pops. Great place for a gift or gift card for a gamer/kid

GameStop is the best place to get game because 99% of the time they have the game I want and when you call them they can answer your question. Like I did not know how to connect my Wii controller to my Wii but when I called them they gave me the answer and I was able to connect them.
