Computer Heardware of Kearney is fantastic, Today Kelsey solved a very unsolvable problem. She was so patient and cheerful while addressing my problems with 2 iPads. I was so frustrated after dealing with several professionals who simply said the problem couldn’t be solved. Yet Kelsey was determined to fix the problems and was so kind and calming to me. I've got two older laptops with bizarre problems. These guys patiently listened to my stories, understood the situations, and gave me a wealth of information and advise over the phone for free. Turns out, one's motherboard is toast, but I can fix the newer one myself fairly easily. Glad I found this place. They have the knowledge.

The only computer store left in town that at least has some hardware for sale. The Lenovo selection in the back is old, 5+ or more years out of date and priced as if brand new and the rest is mostly CRApple. I once asked if I could order some PC parts as I don't bank and mostly live Cash only, I was called suspicious for wanting to pay them for a product if they could get it. Used to do this all the time with other stores before. Oh and the worst thing is, they call it computer hardware with nearly no hardware on the shelves except for cords and peripherals. Don't expect to buy mother boards, sound cards, graphics cards or other internal desktop parts from there as you might be seen as a suspicious person if you dare request them to order anything. Sadly they are all that is left in Kearney if you are avoiding online purchases that are super risky. Didn't even feel like giving them my business after that incident when I needed a new mother board. Had to pay a friend the cash for them to order my mobo from amazon. Lucky enough for me I know how to do that work on my own.

Horrible service! I left my Macbook there for two weeks and it's doing the SAME thing as before. I live an hour and a half away I can't just drop it off and not know when it will be looked at. They wouldn't make a specific appointment or tell me how long it would take. I will NEVER go here again!

I brought my laptop in Monday half an hour before closing and I got it back on Wednesday. It’s a bit pricey but I’m just glad I didn’t have to buy a new laptop! I had to put a deposit down which was $50, and ended up paying $10 more when I picked it up. Turns out my charger was just bad. Better safe than sorry though. They were friendly to me.

The worse service ever!!! Some of the staff won't leave names... are very rude and unprofessional. Very little knowledge of their own business practices and fees. They give Apple service approved centers a bad name!!! I will never if at all possible do business there again.

They had my computer for an entire week for a simple malware virus problem. I got it back and it wasn't fixed still have the problem. I'm not sure what I paid them $100 for. The computer hardware in hastings is much better and more efficient. They fix the problem and they do it quickly.

Had to get my iPhone battery replaced. Was able to drop it off and pick it up a few hours later. Price was very decent. Phone works like new again.

Computer Hardware is our go to for getting our computers fixed. They give quality service, are patient when explaining what is going on with your device and respectfully contact you before doing major repairs. I have never been disappointed.
