We rented a house on Flathead for a corporate retreat. During our 2 week stay our company website was compromised, causing 2 of our connected pcs to become infected with ransomware that locked and encrypted all of our files. We called several local computer services in Kalispell and couldn't find anyone even willing to try and help us. We called Tech Operative and he agreed to give it a shot. Not only did he manage to fix our computers he was able to fix our compromised website too. Our company IT department was even impressed. I really can't say enough good things about Brendan from Tech Operative. I came to him after the Best Buy Geek Squad charged me $663 to colossally screw up my MacBook as well as my home business network. Honestly, after this Geek Squad debacle I had lost all faith in the IT business. That was until I found Brendan and Tech Operative. Brendan not only unscrewed the disaster Geek Squad caused he also fixed my iPhone, printer, and our copy machine. My husband and I were so impressed we hired him to rebuild our social media sites (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.) Several years ago I hired a firm out of LA to build and maintain our social media presence but the only thing we ever seemed to get out of them were bills and confusing invoices. Within month of hiring Brendan @TechOperative we began to see new customers and actual profit. To top everything off, I’ve called him numerous times with questions Microsoft, Apple, & Charter couldn’t answer. Brendan not only answers my questions over the phone he does it in a way I don’t feel stupid. These guys saved my life and my website. Our wordpress business site was compromised and started displaying malicious malware ads. Our site url started redirecting to visitors to some truly gross and spammy sites. We called 3 local Webmaster's and no one seemed to be able solve the problem.
